When ever I have needed service my technician has been great! James came out today for one of my cameras that was offline. He worked at finding the problem diligently checking everything. He thought the camera itself may have needed replacing, but went into my hot attic area and unplugged the cable to the camera and plugged it back in. It worked! He was very nice, too! I really appreciate good Customer Service! You can pay a lot of money for a product and when you call for service, be told it will take a month to come out. I only waited 1 week from my call. I wish I had that for the company that installed my RO system that is leaking. That company won’t come out for a month unless I pay $$. Guardian protects me and my family and I love them!

My experience with Guardian has been nothing short of spectacular! When pressed for time due to upcoming business travel, they got some technicians out after regular hours to take care of a system install in our new home. During the appointment it was determined that the wrong receiver had been obtained for the home theatre set up, (it happens...), so they came back at no charge to set up the correct receiver and made sure everything was working as designed. Their follow up to my additional questions have been handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend this company!

Guardian has installed and serviced our home security system as well as our home theater system. Every time I have called for service they have been eager to serve, quick to respond, and very professional during the call. This posting is really about my latest service call which had to do with some problems I was having with my home theater system. I thought I had lost the use of my sub woofer, the DVD player wasnt working and my TV was showing video but no audio. I also requested an overall checkup of the entire system.The service tech they sent was James (sorry I dont know his last name).He listened to my problems and began working on each issue. As he worked he would explain what he was doing, and why I had the problems. Within an hour he had everything working again. He saved me having to buy a new sub woofer, the DVD player was shot due to a lightning strike, and the TV was working. He looked over the entire system, made some minor changes, and I was back in business.Needless to say the next time I need service I will ask for James. Thanks, James, for being a true professional.

Signing up with Guardian Systems to protect my family and home has been a great decision! Keith came out to my house and answered all my questions. He came up with what I think was the perfect system to fit our needs and was very helpful. A couple days later the installer DJ came to do our install. He was very professional and extremely courteous with our new home. He brought his own vacuum and broom to clean up any mess made by the install. He also wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean. After everything was done he went over everything very thorough with me and my wife. He answered all the questions we had and showed us a ton of cool stuff we can do with the system and phone apps. I am very please with the system and install! It’s way more advanced than I was expecting. Another great thing about this company is that you can add more things to your home or business anytime (cameras, automated lighting, automated door locks, etc). Anyways I would highly recommend Guardian Systems (Keith for the planning/pricing and DJ for the super clean install and expert delivery) for any of your security needs.

Nichole has always been so polite and professional in answering our questions and working with our crazy schedules. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and services and is prompt in responding to any of our emails or phone calls. Came in and mounted the two TVs agreed upon one was an 82 inch TV and both look amazing! They set up a wireless access point, installed a switch, a doorbell camera, outdoor camera, and an alarm system. Even set it up on a private network like I planned on doing after. Flawless work Jason was outstanding band gave a very thorough walkthrough of everything after he was done. Would highly recommend.

Very good company. The techs are very knowledgeable. They help you out and answer any questions you may have . Cliff did a wonderful job heading up the project on our property. Our property is very spread out so it took a lot of engineering to make sure all the cameras work.

I had Guardian at my new home today to set up my tv and sound bar, security system, and “smart” devices. Mark and Pete did an excellent job. They both were very courteous and worked efficiently. The technician (Mark) Guardian sent out for the installation for our in-home network/wifi and security was first rate and outstanding. Marks work is the definition of meticulous. Fastidious and precise, Mark is a true pro who was careful to explain the function(s) of the system in a meaningful manner. He was also helpful in setting up and explaining the security phone application. If we need assistance in the future, I would specifically request to be placed onto Marks calendar.

I Would really like to thank Guardian to setup the system and Mark was really helpful in setting it up and very well explained us about the equipment making it a walk in the park.

Beware – Our family used Guardian for over 15 years in our previous home. We never had any issues but frankly never used them for anything other than the monitoring. Monitoring was fine but I am guessing you can get that from any number of providers in the Nashville area. What should stand out among the myriad alarm monitoring companies is their customer service. This is my complaint. After being a loyal customer for 15 years, we sold our house and downsized to a fixer upper. I sent a cancellation letter to Guardian but the monthly charges continued. In the midst of the move, the renovations, some problems at the new house and some health problems for my wife, I failed to notice the continued automatic monthly charges. After several months, I noticed the charges and called to find out the issue. Apparently, Guardian either never received my cancellation or failed to account for it. In any event, I spoke to Justin at their office to cancel my contract and to see about getting a refund for the prior months where I was not even the owner of the house. Justin was professional but unrelenting in disallowing any refund. When I asked to speak to the owner, Justin forwarded an email of introduction to Christian Hess (Managing Partner) and Danny Campbell (Owner and President). That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear from either of them. I followed up with separate emails of my own but sadly neither of them would take the time to even acknowledge me. After 15 years - absolutely no loyalty and not even the courtesy of a return phone call or email. Service is what stands out among the number of choices you have available in alarm companies and, for me, this was very disappointingly missing. I would beware and know that if I was treated this way after 15 years of patronage that you are just another contract and money in their pocket. All this over a measly $200 in service fees that I received no benefit from.Thanks for the call Dan and the reasonable solution. As my review stated, customer service is what makes service companies stand out from their competition. You addressed my issues and concerns. I sincerely appreciate it! Thanks

Peter and Jason were absolutely fantastic. Multiple TVs were mounted including a TV outside. Peter installed the WAP and explained in detail how it works. Nothing but professionalism with these guys. Highly recommend.

After using several companies in the past and getting nothing but invoices and excuses, I found the one stop shop for all of my security needs. Guardian Systems not only installed my system but also designed it. They installed my fire, security, cameras, and access control. If you have any commercial needs for your buildings, I would highly suggest giving Guardian Systems a call for both design and pricing.

Keith Adams and DJ are top notch with customer service. Keith will take the time to walk you through the right security and automation products for your home, he will not sell you something that is not right for you or your lifestyle. Keith is my go to guy whenever I want to add on another service which I have been doing over time since moving into my new home last year. DJ installed all my equipment and also took the time to instruct me on how to work everything on the Teleconnect App. He has amazing patience and works hard to make sure everything is perfect before he wraps up his work. I highly recommend Guardian and always ask for Keith and DJ!

I came in contact with Guardian while I was building new home. I had an appointment to select low voltage stuffs like pre-wire, home theater set up, additional internet points etc. We were there just to select our home pre-wire options and same thing was informed to us. But, while doingpaperwork they also included monthly subscription package that too for 60 months. We believed on the sales persons word so didnt pay attention to paperwork. After our house was complete, they start calling often and ask to take their service. I explained several times that I never needed their monthly service but they are not willing to listen. Guardian needs to educate their sales person that whatever is spoken that should be mentioned in the paper work. Saying one thing and doing other...very poor in professionalism.

I had an issue with my system and spoke to AJ Foster, Service Mgr. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me work through resolving the issue. I was a little intimidated to work on the issue but after speaking with him I got it handled, more than likely saving me from a service call. Very good and helpful. PK.

Service call due to issue with my Tuxedo Touch keypad. Guardian tech (Jonathan) was dispatched to house within 1 day. He showed up as promised (actually a little earlier than promised) and was able to resolve the issue. It took a significant amount of troubleshooting and a couple of calls to both the office and to Honeywell, but he stuck with it to ensure everything was right. He followed up to ensure there were no issues. Guardian has done an outstanding job for us since moving to TN about a year ago. Great job Jonathan

Mark and Pete did a great job! They answered all of our questions and left no mess behind.

Took them 4 days to provide a bid that was promised that afternoon. Verbally confirmed twice that we were scheduled for installation, only to learn the day before that we actually were not on schedule at all. Offered a free key fob for the hassle of not having home security for yet another week. Ridiculous customer service, no commitment to customer satisfaction.

This company has very poor customer service skills. My mother had bought an alarm system from this company, it took them a week to install, then another 3 months to get the alarm to work right. They didnt offer a refund, nor any kind of service credits. I will not do business with them again.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would! I called to cancel my service and pay my cancellation fee, which I did. However, they still auto-drafted the bill out of my account after the account was paid in full.I called the company upset, because it is an inconvenience when I am in the process of relocating to have to continue following up on an issue that SHOULD have been addressed the first time.I contacted the company, and the HR/Accounting Manager Justin Angela pretty much accused me of not sending information he never requested in the first place. He also called me rude for getting upset at his mistake. Keep in mind he forgot to even draft my payments when I originally set up my account. I had to call and have them set them up.I would definitely NOT recommend their service to anyone. Horrible Customer Service!!!!
