They did a great job on my car they knew how to work with the insurance co. and I didnt have to do a thing. the work was excellent and fast you wouldnt ever know it had been damaged. Jim W.

Had went here for an estimate awhile back and wanted an estimate. Staff member told me to come back the next day because they were closing in 10min. Not the type of people I want to service my cars body needs. Customer service should be a #1 objective even if you dont close for another 10min. Ended up finding another shop.

2015 Lexus front bumper was painted greatly. But the sanding and preparation job was not good. They didn’t sand everything down and it wasnt smooth. Only fixed the spot that was noticeable to the non detail person. A lot of dirt on paint.

The shop that I had my car repaired at here in Smyrna TN. Was very professional and friendly. They did things during my repair that in my opinion went above and beyond. Im very happy with the work that was done and how I was treated through out the repair process.

Asked them to get my car at Tomkins said they would but didnt didnt call me andwhen called they didnt answer the phone. Twice.told Tomkins not to give them the keys a d called Painters which I have used before and were excellent.Only called lyk nut cause of convenience.Lesson learned Stick with Painters.They do great work are reasonable anddo what they say they will do.
