I go-to get water pump gaskets at other place they gave me water pump I go to Napa and the lady gives me what I ask for right part first time no hastle never going back to other store NEVER!

I had a dead battery recently and instead of selling me a brand new battery, Chuck offered to charge my battery overnight and to my surprise everything is back to normal! I highly recommend Napa in Smyrna and praises to Chuck for being so helpful and kind! He could have easily sold me a new battery. Chuck is great!!

This a real parts store here in Smyrna! Professional staff who knows their parts! A bunch of kids working there or McDonalds. These people know what theyre talking about. Being a professional mechanic for over 25 years I wouldnt go anywhere else

Staff is great! I shopped around before calling to finding my part at a much lower rate. They verified that they had it in stock, allowed me to pay over the phone and pick up at my convenience.

I work for a mechanic shop and I deal with this place on a weekly basis and I have never had any issues. The staff is always polite and helpful and they work hard to get you what you need etc.

Bigger store and better selection/prices compared to other local Napas. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

If you want parts from here you better hope and know that your cars new, common and American otherwise your most likely going to run into alot of problems I recommend online or from a warehouse store that sells for the dealership s or generic but same parts out of a store.unless you just want some fluids and air fresheners
