As an interior designer, I deal with people in the Design industry all day long. Daltile is one of the few companies that EVERY single employee I had any interaction with was extremely Pleasant! I’m talking from the receptionist, to the sales people, to the men in the warehouse, to the manager him!!My sales associate Miranda is very knowledgeable of her job and always follows back up with me properly. This is definitely a company that operates out of integrity! The one time I had a concern with my order it was resolved (in my favor) instantly. I would highly recommend doing business with Daltile!!

They have owed us over $600 for over a year. They have lied to us over and over, making up a different excuse every time. At the end of the day though, they told us to order more than we needed and when we returned the rest they kept the money and resold the product. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest behavior. If you shop here and have to refund anything, don’t even try to get these people to give you your money back. Reverse the charge through your credit card company or say goodbye to your money forever.

I bought kitchen tiles for my restaurant,while I came for return some tiles,they have very bad attitude,first time they refused to get back most of tiles and 25 percent money they charged from my refund and 2nd time 25 percent they charged again.i had never seen in USA worse people like that
