My better half brought me here from Houston over the course of this past weekend and brags about their chicken being the best. well Im sorry it is not! Ive had way better and it tastes like it was not properly done. I guess Texas does have the better chicken, barbecue, and everything else. I will never eat anything from the store. Hell I had never heard of it anyway. #HEBFamily

Easy to find grocery store in a safe, clean area. Quality of goods is usually excellent but with that comes a high price! Service is most often very good. I normally buy staple items at another store & go to Publix for great cheese, baked goods, meat & seafood. There is a UPS/mail drop-off store right nearby which I find handy.

Service was great. Inventory was adequate.

Mostly clean. I usually find what I need here.. large selection and lots of variety.. love this place

I love Publux! Used to shop at Kroger which is closer to me. They are always out of things and the store is always dirty.Publix is always clean and everyone is so helpful and courteous. Publix is my new store!

My favorite Publix hands down. I used to live very close like 3 minutes away. Now I live at least 15 to 20 minutes away and I still drive there most times just because I know the store setting well and some of the staff. The Pharmacy is excellent as well. There may have been one or two staff members from the pharmacy that werent as good as the rest but for the most part I love the relationship I have with them It really helps with the ease of getting medication for my son mostly as well as myself. Especially the free antibiotics :) . The store is always clean as well as the presentation of the over all staff. Even down to the meat department staff. #1 Publix in Cobb Co in my book!!!!

Really nice fully stocked store. Employees very helpful and engaging. Multiple issues with self checkout as it kept it kept asking me to remove my bag from the checkout area even when there was only 1 item in it requiring an employee to come over and clear the alarm again and again.

My local store...Krogers is closer but this store has all my needs. Quick, clean and always fully stocked. Have allot of parking and even though getting in and out can be a problem during rush hour there is multiple exits...also close to main roads and 285.

Was very impressed, always am! Customer service is excellent. Today, I created a shopping list on my online Publix acct, very IMPRESSED!!The online tools available to assist in creating your list, wow! The list is laid out exactly as the stores layout, so you can get in and out of the store asap. L❤ve it!

Usually we drive to publix often. I think if they include Indian groceries it would be more beneficial.

With so many grocery store options these days, it blows my mind that Publix is still as expensive as it is. Only go to this store if you absolutely must. Lidl, Aldi, Sprouts, and even Kroger are so much more cost effective.

I was going to go to Walmart I figured let me stop in and check this Publix out, I have to say that the store is very clean very well lit and very well-stocked. I always check out their fresh areas like Produce, Bakery and the Meat Department to see how they compare to other stores. I especially like the section over in the meat department where they have the packaged meals, they look very fresh and very delicious. Overall I enjoyed the experience going in and I will definitely stop by again.

Love Publix quality of produce as well as customer service. The buy one get one free is a go to being money smart meal prepping!! They have these chicken Bourbon, Lemon Chicken nuggets I put in salads wwwwwhhhhhheeeewww YYYYAAASSSS!! I know when to go to Publix vs Kroger vs Wal-Mart.

This is my favorite Publix and I come here to shop daily because everything is always fresh and this one is super clean.

Never seen a Publix so well put together. Went in for a sub sandwich but line was too long. I settled for an awesome salad and pasta bar. The food was actually 👍.

This Publix is great! The sushi is fresh and the deli area is clean (I look at glass where food is prepared) and the selection was good for the snack portions. Customer service is always on point! Thanks Publix

Ms Bonnie in the bakery S Cobb & E W connector, is awesome. I needed a cake for my daughters birthday. I forgot to order it. I called and explained my situation she said no problem. When you need it. I said In the morning. She said I’ll have it ready. It was ready when I got there.All the places I called needed 24-48 hours notice.I so appreciate her.

Always on point...clean, good food

This was my first time ordering. I only tried it because I got an email saying free delivery. So I placed an order and then I was going to be charged. At that point I switched to pickup, except the pickup was for a publix twice as far as the one I usually go to. The order was to be picked up at 4pm, no later than 5pm. Then I received a message one of my items was not available. And 5 minutes later when I read the message I sent a response back telling them what they could replace the item with and could not get any response. So I called the help line and was told the order was ready. That was 2 hours before the pickup time. I will NEVER use instacart again.

This location is managed pretty well and the associates are provide good service. My only complaints are the long lines and sometimes empty shelves(from not being restocked).

I go out of my way to shop at this store. Its selection of produce, proteins, and deli products is worth it. Covid precautions are taken seriously which I really appreciate.

The staff at this Publix was super friendly, the the lady cleaning the carts all the way to the store manager. I really enjoyed my shopping experience. This store is a little far for me but commute is worth the experience.

Love the place. Staff is great. Very friendly, they keep carriages sanitized all the time. Always have tons of bogof deals and you dont need a coupon or store card to get deals.

Its bad its taking too long in the checkout line for groceries to be scanned it seem like the employees do more talking with customers than work cuz I know I used to come into that store to have my groceries checked out and they dont be on point with their jobs so if theyll reverse was in order to let somebody else see first hand on how the job is supposed to work have a manager come in and observe for 2 weeks and see how their cashiers are taking care of their customers but theyre so busy and having conversations with customers and thats how come customers in the store are being very unhappy due to the fact that have been standing longer lines wasting time when peoples time is valuable thats the only thing that needs work on in that Publix grocery store thank you

This review is about a month overdue but I just couldn’t let the experience go by undocumented. I placed an order for a birthday cake for my friends surprise birthday party about a week in advance.(Now I will say that I could have given more notice but please look at the pictures of the cake that I asked for, which was also made by another Publix Bakery. What I needed did not require much and l also asked that the macaroons be left off of the cake so that I could place them myself, so essentially, all I needed was a drip cake.) The day for the order pick up comes and I had a friend pick up the cake. He sends me a picture of the cake KNOWING it couldn’t possibly be what I ordered. I ordered an all white cake with pink drip and three white rosettes. Please see the picture below to see what I received. I asked my friend to please have it remade. It was nothing like what I asked for. The Bakery “FIXED” the cake, but not before making sure that we received the worst possible customer service. The lady making the cake (I regret didn’t get her name but she was not dressed in the Publix uniform. I may go as far as to say she may have been in management.) was absolutely rude. Instead of redecorating a new cake she proceeded to CUT off the pink base she previously created and smeared the pink icing all over the cake. She tried to give us a leaning, messy cake. I then asked to her to remake it again. Only because at this point we had no other option for reordering a cake. Had that not been out case, I would never have dealt with this Publix Bakery. She then took out a much smaller cake then the original 8 inch that I previously ordered and decorated that one. It was not at all what I had ordered but it would be the most presentable of anything she created. Absolutely terrible. They did not charge us for the cake but please believe me it was not at all a favor.Pictures are in order of what I ordered, what I got, what she did to “FIX” the cake, and the final cake.

I stopped at Publics to pick up 1 item, maybe 2 before dinner...well the old adage never to yo the grocery store when hungry if you dont want to buy more than intended got me this...again! Publics always has items I cant resist adding to my cart! I left happy even though I spent more than first intended😁.

I absolutely love this Publix. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I have needed help finding help with out of the norm spices. Which they have a great variety. I apprecuate their produce and how long it lasts. I am always helped in a friendly and timely fashion when in need. The store is organized great and I love the fact it is in a shopping center rather than being by itself. There is a Cato, Top nail Salon, Orthodontist, Burger King, UPS store, cleaners, Petco and much more. I use the nail Salon and Cleaners as well as Petco where I buy my dogs food. Again, I love the location.

Katharyn was so warm and friendly to assist me at checkout! I enjoyed our conversation just talking about cheese!Everyone there is kind and helpful, I’m there all the time, so customer service is always great there!

Great experience. A large discount grocery with country meats and vegetables along side a huge variety of Hispanic foods. The meat department was clean, well lit, fully stocked and reasonably priced. I will definitely make the drive to save money.
