I bought a lens that Im taking on an international trip and it came in ONE day. I couldnt believe how quickly it shipped and it was wrapped very carefully to ensure it was safe during shipment. The lens I bought was rated as excellent by KEH and Id say its perfect. I havent noticed any of the wear the rating indicated. I will definitely be buying more from KEH.

Stopped in to KEH while on a business trip to Atlanta. I was looking for a Hasselblad portrait lens for my 500c. I met Natalia and discovered that she had the same camera and was very knowledgeable regarding available lenses. I found the lens that was perfect for me and also picked up some film. I placed two orders with KEH, the first through their website and the second with a customer service rep. Both experiences were quick and easy. I enjoyed talking with the rep. I feel bad that I dont recall her name and dont have my notes from the conversation readily available since since Im not at home. She was very sweet, informative and professional and gave me insight into their operation, equipment condition grading/rating, etc. Thank you for a positive shopping experience! Instead of going with the free delivery I opted for the 2 day service for an extra $19.95 or whatever it was since mail service has been sluggish lately. Knowing that the 2 day delivery may actually turn into 3 or 4 days for the same reason I was surprised when both packages arrived quickly. KEH is a reputable company that I learned about on the Ugly Hedgehog photography site. Hoggers highly recommended KEH and I do, as well. Great service and the equipment I ordered (camera body and lens) arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

I have not used the lens with my film camera yet. But it looks great. I put on my Nikon FE and it seems to work properly. It was delivered very quick and secure. I did not realize both rear and front caps were not included, which I regret. I did not give the full five stars because of that.

Got the lens quick, and in great shape. I cant even tell that its been used :) The online experience made it easy to find what I wanted and buy it. This is my second lens from KEH and Ill recommend KEH to anyone who is looking for gear. One note: if you see what you like you may want to get it quick, good lenses go fast.

I ordered a Canon 50mm 1.2 L and an 11-24 4.0 L lens from KEH in the past two weeks. Its odd, my 50mm was rated higher than the 11-24, but my 11-24mm almost appears brand new from Canon (see picture). My 50mm has dust, and the hood has a scratch or two (all cosmetic), but both perform super well. I was happy with my 50mm purchase, but am elated with my 11-24 which was basically 2/3s MSRP. Would recommend and will be purchasing from them in the future! My only wish is that you could see photos of the exact lens / body you are purchasing from the site instead of solely seeing their internal ratings. Even then, their internal ratings of the lenses I have received have been conservative, which is entirely to the benefit to the consumer. My shipping was super quick and it took 2-3 days to arrive!

Keh delivered my package in time, I bought a canon 85 mm 1.8 and it was perfect, like brand new, the product was very well wrapped up. And the lenses came in a custom little bag with zipper.

Horrible customer service. They only had one person to handle trade ins. Yes it was busy, but they should have more than one to be able to assist customers. We were told to come back in an hour, when we got back they told us it’s best to make an appointment after waiting for an hour and 30 mins already. The place is nice and organized but need to work on customer service because it’s bad for the business. You never know who’s in your store.

My Canon 70D body with charger and battery arrived in three days. The Canon 70D is a nice upgrade from my Canon Rebel T3i. Body, charger and battery work perfectly. My purchase was a smooth transaction with KEH.

I have dealt with KEH numerous times over the last 25 years and not much to be concerned about until my recent order. I bought a used flash that was rated Excellent+ and when I got it it looked brand new. Great! Then I go to put batteries in it and there was one battery already in there that was so corroded I needed pliers to pull it out. I cleaned it anyway and loaded multiple sets of new batteries and it would not turn on at all. That has not my been experience with previous transactions. Disappointed!

I had to change from 5 stars. Though it’s super convenient and prices were great for my older Nikon and accessories and my new Canon, I was sold a defective lens. Brought it in 2 weeks ago and now they email me saying it’s going to be another 2-3 weeks for repair.

I highly recommend KEH. Eric in customer service came through in a big way to help in getting my daughters camera with short notice for her overseas trip. He went above and beyond the standard customer service level. Great prices, great customer service, and great cameras. Again, if you are wondering should you use KEH, go for it! You wont be disappointed.

I ordered from KEH and another well known camera store. I ordered 2 lenses from each place on the same day. Both stores offer free shipping with orders over a certain amount. KEH charges extra for air delivery. 2 days later I realized I forgot something from the other store and had to reorder. The next day I received my first order (3 days after ordering) then 2 days after that I received the reorder item again both from the other store. During all this everyday I would watchman tracking status as the fed ex driver drove from state to state just waiting on my order. My point on this is if you need something soon you can either pay KEH extra do to something that the other company does for free! So we know where I will be ordering from no own!

Horrible customer service. Ordered a camera, showed on Fed Ex that it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Had to wait around to sign. Find out today its still in Georia and has not even left the sorting facility yet. Called customer service. They were no help at all. Basically said well you just have to wait. I had events that I needed this camera for. Would not recommend KEH unless you dont need your equipment for a week or so.

I inquired about a quote recently for some of my camera gear, I was intrigued by the initial offer of $2021, but when I got to the store I was offered $1400. I asked beforehand if the offers are negotiable which I was told yes, we can definitely work out something. For a like new Canon EOS R which the body alone goes for $1400, and an $800-$1000 lens RF 24-105mm f4/L IS USM plus a brand new speed lite and extra battery with all original packaging. It was a waste of my day. They should be more transparent in the preliminary offer, rather than undercutting the price by over $600. I will not recommend this business to anyone after the experience I had. I wouldnt be as frustrated as I am now if there was more transparency in communication beforehand.

Ordering was painless, the lens arrived a day ahead of time and the lens was definitely EX+ as it was described. I can definitely recommend KEH and the Sony FE24-105 f/4 GOS AFE-mount lens

A pleasure doing business with KEH, camera and lens previously ordered arrived as scheduled in the condition I expected. Will be secure and satisfied when ordering additional products from KEH in the future.

But with confidence, they stand behind what they sell, and offer no hassle returns and exchanges. Only thing is the actual item is not pictured when you purchase, but the conditions are usually better than what they list it as. Only time this was an issue, was when I bought a “2.8F ever ready case” but in reality it was a case for a 3.5E. Luckily I have a 3.5E, so it was no biggie. Otherwise I would have had to return it.

KEH is an outstanding company where you can get photographic equipment at very reasonable prices. For example, I was able to get a Tamron 18-400 mm lens which was originally priced at $650.00 for $513.00 in excellent condition. Not only that, but they check in with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Product arrived late (prob not KEHs fault, it was sitting at a FedEx distribution warehouse for two days).Lens was hastily wrapped in bubble wrap and nothing else. Not ideal, but it appears to have made the trip safe and sound.

Avoid this bait and switch shop. I got a quote of $3k for my unused Nikon lenses, so I sent them to KEH. They came back with a quote of $2k and claimed all my UNUSED lenses were full of “fungus and haze”. I said no thanks, and had them return my gear. When I inspected the lenses they all had greasy wipe marks on all the glass elements, like someone had used their old gym socks to “clean” them. So either they’re completely incompetent, or this is a scam they run to pay you less for your stuff. Terrible unethical company.A local NYC store bought all my lenses, and rated them all a 10 out of 10 for condition.

I recently purchased a 600 mm f/4 lens from KEH which was rated in excellent condition. It was packed very well for shipping. Once I unpacked it, I started to use it right away. This lens blows me away. KEH answered all of my questions and even held the lens for me until I was ready. I highly recommend KEH for used camera equipment.

I purchased a refurbished 18mm-55mm lens for my Nikon D3100 from KEH Camera. The order was processed expeditiously although I did not specifically request special handling. The lens was advertised as being in Grade EX+ condition. In all honesty, I could not tell the difference between this refurbished lens and a brand new one. The price was less than 40% of new ones on the market. The lens arrived in packaging that ensured it would not be damaged in transit. I could not be more pleased. KEH is where I will first look to purchase any additional camera equipment.

Let me start by saying this, KEH is a great no muss no fuss kinda place when it comes to buying, selling and shipping used camera gear. Yet I find myself having to question their condition rating system this time around. I recently ordered a lens that was rated as Excellent, after receiving the lens, I noticed a distinct flaw in the lenses ability to transition smoothly through the zoom range. When I contacted them about my dissatisfaction, they said that most lenses of that age would probably have this amount of ware and tear and an Excellent Plus rated item might have been a better choice. Heres my thoughts on rating, if a lens is inspected and found to have this type of flaw, even though it cosmetically looks Excellent which matters less in my book were as mechanically, I would have to rate it as Good, not Excellent.All this said, they had no problem with me exchanging the lens for another, at their cost and only my patience. So, I hope this review is helpful to others out there, trying to decide on whether to spend a bit more for KEHs rating system of Excellent Plus or higher next time around.Thanks for listening!

I never give a 5 star rating but almost did. Found the best online price for a used Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 L Macro IS USM lens and not only did it arrive a day early and packed excellent, but it looked brand new and works like new. Very pleased with KEH Camera!

I bought a Sony a5100 that was represented as used E+ condition. The camera arrived well packaged and apparently brand new but without the original box. I say brand new but it had 100 shutter actuations. Not a speck of dust, and the screen looked untouched. A new camera goes for close to 500 dollars and I got this used camera for almost half that. Happy.

Purchased a lens for my Pentax k3, that I also purchased from KEH two years ago. Navigating their website and placing orders is very user friendly. I ordered the lens on a Sunday, it was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday of the same week, but I did not receive it until Thursday. Not the fault of KEH, my local FEDex isnt the most reliable. I received everything as described in the description. I havent used the lens yet, but it does appear to be very clean. I have been using KEH since the summer of 2018 for just about all of my used camera gear, and have been very happy with my purchases.

I came across KEH Camera after searching for a used lens that rarely comes available, to discover KEH had two, one assessed as Excellent and the other Bargain. I live in Sydney Australia and was naturally apprehensive at making a significant purchase from overseas on a website.I made contact with Erik who held the lens whilst I made my decision, I read all the reviews and spoke with PayPal to ensure I was covered and made the decision to go ahead and make the purchase.I received the Fed Ex tracking information on 9th April that the lens had been despatched from Atlanta and it was delivered to me in Sydney on 16th April !!The lens was assessed as Excellent to be honest from the quality of the lens I received I cant imagine what Excellent + is like as the lens was like new, I have yet to find any marks, scratches on the barrel. The optics are stunning.
