I really wish I could remember the team member that helped me yesterday at this store because she was great. When I arrived she was helping an older gentleman and she was very polite with him. She finished up with him within a few minutes and immediately asked me what she could help me with, didn’t make me wait at all!I told her I needed a new SIM card and she said no problem! I asked if she was the only one working that day and she told me that she was! While replacing my SIM card she apologized but said she had to take a phone call because another team member was working alone at another location and she had to help her as well.She mentioned that she hoped it would slow down enough so she would have some time to eat. Huge props to this woman for holding down the whole store by herself, skipping lunch (because I was there much past lunch time) and helping another location! She switched over my SIM card without issue which fixed my problem and I was on my way.I really wish I knew her name because she was so professional and polite while obviously dealing with an overflow of responsibility. Huge, HUGE compliments to whoever the team member was working at the location yesterday by herself!AT&T give her a raise!

I was in and out very quickly. The store was not busy. The service rep did get my account switched to AT&T as promised, but he gave me no paperwork that I would need to complete my transfer. I really don’t know why this wasn’t done or at the very least told that I would have to do this myself. I’m going to have to make a trip to an AT&T store to get this completed since it was not done right the first time. I received numerous texts from AT&T all weekend that became really annoying.Customer Service means the job should be done right the first time and the client shouldn’t have to take any actions for that which wasn’t done by the employee.

Crystal went above and beyond to get my business iphone 12 connected to my companys account. There were several errors made by my company and she persisted and called four different support ATT representatives to get my phone working. Even after she was told my company would have to fix it, she made the fifth call and got it all squared away. Crystal spent an hour with me and is the true example of customer service.

Dec. 27th. Att employee didn’t show up on time. I waited 15 min. Then left to go to store at Cumberland. Slow service here too. Tired of AT&T. Always waiting always excuses.I was a bit disappointed because there was only one employee working to help 3 groups of people. But the guy did a great job of handling everyone. So, he gets five stars.

Kacy H was outstanding yesterday when replacing my Iphone. I was in and out quick and he took his time to ensure my phone worked properly before I left. He was knowledgeable about plan changes and was active listening to my goals. So, I left with a new phone, updated plans, accessories and it was a strong showing by an AT&T employee!

Let me say that Ben was top notch! I want to make sure that someone knows what a great job he doing! I’ve been in sales and customer service a Long time From Property Management to Project Management and I know it all to well. It’s hard to find someone who is good with people and actually has great knowledge of the products. Kudos for hiring a person that still knows what Customer Service is about!

ABOVE AND BEYOND incredible customer service!!!!!! Went in 20 minutes until closing, didnt feel rushed, helped me patiently until well after closing, and just completely made my day!!! The folks helping were Kristin and Ben, and they were total rockstars!!! I only do surveys when service was either insanely outstanding, or worse than terrible. Well they were INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING!!!! Im SO pleased with everything 👍🏼👍🏼 Thanks for everything Kristin and Ben! Oh! And Ben, youre totally rocking that mustache - very cool 😎

I came into the AT&T store on the East-West Connector on September 15, 2017 to activate a phone I had recently purchased off of someone. I was swapping my SIM card from my iPhone 5 into the new iPhone 7 I had just purchased, and Perez and Amanda were helping me do so. The AT&T store I usually visit is on Marketplace Boulevard in Cumming, Georgia, and the service and wait time there are notoriously not ideal. I was expecting much of the same as I walked into the Smyrna location where Perez and Amanda were working -- 45 minute wait times, rolling eyes from employees -- the works. I did not receive such a welcome. Instead, I walked into an empty store, where I was immediately and enthusiastically greeted my Perez and Amanda. I told them I was looking to transfer my data to my newly purchased phone and said that I knew it would cost me $15. They informed me that, in fact, the transfer would be free and showed me step by step how to transfer all of my data, all the while answering my series of nervous-consumer questions with patience and kindness. I spent an hour and a half transferring my data from phone to phone -- this finished around 7:30 -- very close to closing time. When we began ensuring that my line was working, we ran into some problems. My internet and data service would not work. We spent easily an hour working through this issue, past closing time and beyond. When Perez and I had twice called customer service together while Amanda assisted another customer, we all reconvened to again see if we could solve the reoccurring suspension of my line. Your employees tried everything -- and I mean everything to fix my problems. We installed a new SIM, un-suspended my line twice, made multiple calls to customer service and finally, it looked like we had solved the problem. I left the store -- after leaving and returning several times -- and later experienced the same issues. When I called the customer service line, I was informed that the phone had been blacklisted previous to my buying it. This, however, does not change my attitude toward the two employees in the Smyrna store. Perez and Amanda were nothing but patient, kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I have never had a customer service experience with employees that were as down-to-Earth and real and treated my issues as if they were their own. They deserve raises, benefits, presents and praise, and I would gladly drive an hour out of my way to go to this store again. Perez and Amanda should be a model for AT&T store reps everywhere, and, frankly, for supervisors and management. Perez and Amanda, THANK YOU!

Zero stars if possible. My mother and i stopped here today so she can get a new phone. Hers is broke and she needs a phone. The store hours today are 12 to 6. It is 2:30 in the afternoon and they are closed for lunch. Doors locked and guy in his car tells my mom this. It is only open for 6 hours and has been open a whole 2 hours and now closed for lunch! My mother said this is the second time she has been to this store and it was closed. Last time she said they closed earlier than posted hours. What a joke. You cant run a business without customers and cant get customers if you are never open.

The gentleman that helped me which I cannot remember his name. He was the manager. Spent an amazing amount time getting all my needs met. I have a rare phone a vivo nex dual screen. And he helped get it up working properly with lte 4g.

I wish ZERO Star was an option. Customer service, attitude everything sucks in the store. They wanted to charge me $5 to activate a SIM I got from the same store 2 weeks ago. Apparently its the new company policy. And the store manager did not bother to activate the phone or SIM. Did not give any instructions on next steps either. I was on ATT customer care line for an hour only to find out, the SIM cannot be activated and I have to go into the store. I wish someone can keep a track of the mistakes employees made and shut this place down. 4 hr of my life will never get back. HORRIBLE

Either this is a corporate store, in which case I WILL get the manager fired, or independent store, in which case a few employees will lose their jobs or the owner will lose the franchise. They are open only when the store owner decides to come into work. If you do decide to come here, dont make it your first stop in the morning because it might not be open even with posted hours.When I finally did get in later that day he seemed rude and wanted me out. I wanted to buy some accessories, but went to a different AT&T store, this guy doesnt deserve more sales.

I did not do very well in that store because there is no one who speaks Spanish and the lady who attended us did not have much patience, she spoke English very quickly, I hardly understood anything.
