They lied and said they couldn’t be fixed . After making me pay for a new screen..The price to fix my screen went from $200.00 to 130.00 … And to top it all I gave them $140 and he did not give me my change. Although, this store is under new management. The new owners have no clue how to run this business and rely on previous owner skill set … which apparently is based on lies. My advice is to find someone else to fix your electronics. They are liars and thieves!!!

I dropped my iPhone X and the screen cracked. After calling around and visiting the Verizon store, I discovered that Quick iFix had the best deal for a screen repair and that this is one of the places the Verizon recommends to their customers. I brought my phone to Quick iFix and they replaced my screen within an hour. They also provided a free screen protector. They had excellent, fast service, and I am a very thankful customer!

I went in thinking that I needed a new battery for my tablet as it wouldnt charge properly, but was also afraid it might just be dying completely. Bruce looked at it and determined that it was not the battery but he thought it might be the charger I was using. He then loaned me a charger to try to be sure that was the problem and told me if it worked to just come back and pay him the next time I was nearby. I could not believe that this young man was willing to trust someone he did know (and he didnt even ask my name) with his merchandise. Monday was my third time going to Quick IFIX for my phone. Again they blew me out of the water with their customer service. You walk in the door and even when they are working on a phone they tell you welcome and greet you. You dont see that very much anymore. Well this time my battery was acting up. They had replaced it back in February and told me that is also might be the chip that was the issue. Well they checked it out again and even though I did have my receipt looked at my battery and saw when they changed it out. Gave me a new battery to try and see if the issue went away. Sadly it did not but then they told me they had phones for sale. They worked with my budget and got me a new to me iPhone 6 S 32 GB that I happily picked up yesterday. They would have happily fixed my old one, but it cost more to fix than it was worth. I can honestly say that they are the only ones that I trust enough to buy a used phone from or to have my phone get fixed. They are honest in their pricing and they are fast and do quality work. I would highly rate this amazing locally owned business.

I have an iPhone XS that I cracked this morning. I called around middle TN and no one had the parts to repair my screen. I was about to drive to Cool Springs to get it fixed, but tried this place last minute. Bruce had the part, was extremely friendly, and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes! He was also the cheapest that I found in middle TN, from hendersonville to cool springs!

Great service. I dont say this lightly. He really cared about helping people out. A lady in front of me had a cracked screen on the latest iPhone. I could see he felt bad about giving her the price to fix it. He showed her what screens go for on the web to prove he was giving her a good deal, and it looked like he was charging her less that what shed pay for a screen shes never seen before with no warranty or install. She didnt even ask him to. He even recommended she check with her provider to see if it was covered under warranty before having him fix it. She said someone at her provider sent her to him! For me, I dont know what it should cost to fix what was wrong, but he was far under what I expected my worst case cost would be. Once the part came in the next morning, he had it fixed in no time at all. Really awesome place! I cant say enough.

Cracked my phone at lunch, but was right by the shop. Stopped in and was given the cost and full rundown. An hour later my phone was ready and the store owner went through a thorough function check. This place is awesome! I thought it was only for iPhone repairs but I have an android and he is highly skilled with them too. I tried replacing the battery myself in my Motorola turbo 2, but then I couldnt get it to come back on. I was in a panic because I was getting ready to go out of town in 48 hours couldnt leave without a phone, and couldnt afford to buy a new one. I was also in a panic about losing all my contacts, pictures, etc, that I had stored in my phone. I took it in and Bruce began working in it immediately. It was close to his closing time, so I left it with him, and the next morning, he had fixed it and it was ready to pick up! And the final surprise was how low his fee was for fixing it. He is honest, down to earth, and I would never think of taking my phone anywhere else for repairs!! If I could give him a 6 star rating, I would!
