Man, this place is great for vape juice and all your necessities. Sure some people say its a bit pricey, but hey when its that good and have great products you cant blame them. And always have a great visit, staff always friendly and very helpful!

I took my vape in this morning to get a new coil. The guy working there, Friday, 24th 2020 at 9:00 told me they didnt sell my type of coil anymore because they were cheap and nobody bought them. He acted like he had something way better to be doing rather than helping me. So I started asking about the other coils. He priced me two vapes at $39.99. I told him I didnt want to spend that much and all he said was sorry. The guy wouldnt give me his name and only apologized when I told him I was going to leave a poor review due to his unprofessionalism.I have done business all over the country and have never been treated as rudely as I was treated.The employee was tall, skinny, and wore glasses. I sincerely hope that Saffire Vape considers getting more professional employees.

I love this store and the staff are always polite and willing to help any way they can!! I will not shop at any other vape store!! If you have not tried this place yet then you need to and Im sure you will come back again!! Thanks for being there whenever I need anything vape wise!

Out of the few shops ive been to and had the cheapest price, and best customer service so far. Spoke with blake for hours asking about different flavors and trying them, was very helpful and even got me to buy a few flavors with a great deal attached, will definitely buy more from here and the other locations

I called the store and the young lady that answered was pleasant and helpful. She gave me their location instructions . When I got there a very nice young man helped me. I had broken my charger for my pen. He knew what iwas needed and the price was very reasonable. He also was very informed on your CBD OILS. He knew what he was talking about and very helpful! Nice store interior too! I will return and will be glad to tell my friends about your store!! Thank you !

Made a purchase. Started talking to sales rep. Left store without purchase and called. Was told to come back and they would replace. Then she changed her story checking inventory and told me she oils only give me a discount. Truly believe I left the store without product. Employee shouldn’t say something then change mind. Was told I misunderstood and that I I know is wrong. Unfortunately calls not recorded

Ive been to many vape stores around town. I can say with no doubt that the customer service you get from these guys is above everyone else. They stand behind their product 100% and will make it right if you have any problems. Everyone there are knowledgeable about all their products from the basics to even teaching me how to do cool tricks. Bobby, Nick and Jenn have earned my business not just because they have all that I need, but because they care about there customers whether you buy things or not and build a relationship with that person. This will be the only store i go for all my vaping needs!

Small shop, but great service! I love how knowledgable they are and if they havent got what you need, they will order it for you. I had to buy a small back up vape because they didnt have my pods (smok Novo pods), but I got a good one for $13 & they said they would order some pods for others that may need them (this shop isnt necessarily on my way anywhere, its open before I go to work while others dont open until 10am)

These guys have been super nice and helpful whenever Im coming through Smyrna and need to get some liquid.

The people at this saffire location are always friendly, very nice and very knowlegeable about their products. I travel 11 miles to this store when there are two vapor stores within one mile of my home and several others within 5 miles.
