I’ve bought 4 vapes.... all that were faulty. They barely wanted to give me the replacement vape. Then I came back to tell them that stopped working and he kept giving excuses as to us not trying the vape to us smoking it all. The man with the glasses tried everything to not let us get a new working vape. He said “that’s money out of my pocket” if he would’ve gave us a free one. Then when we complained about the one we currently have, he told us to call him back at a designated time and we just did... and our calls are going unanswered.

The employees suggested the best options for battery/vapes based on what i needed. Def will come back when I try something else!

Staff is very friendly while selling you their products. Assurances were given that if there are any problems with the product, they will make it right. Different story after buying a defective vape pen. No help whatsoever, and rude as the day is long. I wont spend my hard-earned money at this dump again.

I bought a vape pen from them yesterday, you can tell it was used as soon as I opened the package. I try and use the product and it’s broken, doesn’t hold a charge or produce smoke! I have been trying to return this and now they started ignoring my phone calls! I’m going to cloud 9 to get good quality!!

I purchase a butane lighter from this store. The screw came out of the bottom 2 days after I purchased it. I went to see about exchanging the lighter out. I was told that I could not even though I have my receipt. I was told that I would have to comeback when the owner was in. All I wanted was to swap it out. The clerk said that it was against store policy. Dont purchase merchandise from this store because if it faulty they will not exchange it out. The excuse was that we are a small store and we lose profit if he was to exchange it out. The guy at the register refuse to get the owner on the phone. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store.

In previous reviews people mention a racist employee-almost 2 years ago. As of today, the 2 guys that work there are very nice, so he must be gone. I go there almost every other day for cigarettes and the gentlemen there are wonderful. Also, it seems smokes here are cheaper than any gas station or food store.

Employees are always friendly n 3 packs of THIS cigs is about $10 bucks, $2.79 a pk before tax n all others are waaaaaay cheaper then any gas station or store 😆I definitely recommend Discount Smokes!

Well impressed, clean establishment with a pleasent atmosphere, prices were better on those overpriced namebrands I was happy to be checked out by a polite cashier. Also pleased to see other, useful non tobacco products, such as scented candles&oils. 2ThumbsUp!!!

I am an African American female who was discriminated against by the store clerk (a male) at this location. The first time I shopped at this store I was able to use my credit card during the transaction. I came back a week later and the store clerk claim they no longer accept credit cards only debit cards or cash. I ask why they no longer accept credit cards and to my surprise the store clerk became very rude and irate. He refused to answer any of my questions in regards to why the store no longer take credit cards. The store clerk stated that because of you people (in other words the black race) he doesnt owe me an explanation and to just get the hell out.of his store. Hes a racist with no clue or customer service skills. I advise people not shop at this store due to such a racist comment.

The name says it all. Add in video machines and there you have it. Wide variety of smoking needs. A bit shabby but thats expected for the location.

I also had a problem with the clerk at the store. To this day I dont know why he got as agitated as he did, but he started yelling to get out of his store and actually called the POLICE because I didnt leave the parking lot fast enough!The man is not rude, hes crazy. My advice is to steer as far away from the place as possible.
