Realy sad, excellent chicken but the staff in the kitchen are so frustrating, really sad 9/16/21 9:30 pm

Employees are consistently terrible. I have shopped here periodically for the last 5 years and they never seem to hire anyone that has the least bit of intelligence, consideration or desire to actually work . The chicken is good but not really worth the aggrevation . I ordered some at 1126 pm and then after waiting 10 minutes I asked for my order . The obese boy behind the counter said its not a cheeseburger with bacon? Oh its gonna take 7 to 8 minutes then someone came to help him and now just received food atc1157pm. Over 30 minutes for 3 chicken tenders

Stopped in to have dinner.about 5 oclock on a friday night. I got a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The tenders were luke warm and dry like they had sat therer a hr. The mac and cheese was good.

I had a positive experience at this location where I purchased gas and items inside. There was a short wait during the lunch hour rush time allowing a quick visit, friendly and helpful customer service, with a decent selection of items in store similar to wawa.

Paid extra for a Premium car wash to specifically get the salt off my undercarriage. But the undercarriage was bone dry. I sent in a complaint asking for a refund, but instead given an apology saying the car wash was temporarily broken and heres a code for a free car wash. Ok, great. Went to use the new code and what do you know, undercarriage is still filthy and bone dry. What a rip off.

Diesel pumps don’t work

Not bad chicken isnt as good here as South on 1 in milford area it has better taste

Had a pump not recognize when my car was full and dump gas all over my car and the ground.

Coolers are empty and older lady making food is ignorant when asking a simple question about napkins but cover the dam food in ketchup and cheese. Would have been better with napkins alone. Nice ladies at the register though 👍

Nice store! I wish they had them in NJ. The chicken was delicious! The roll was good also. Not crazy about the fries or biscuits. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. If you still can’t be convinced - do it and then take solace in knowing it was voted as one of the 10 gas station foods to try across the country! Yes- really!It’s worth a stop if you ever come across one! I also bought a store brand dark chocolate bar which was absolutely delicious.

Rude staff was told I had to ask a manager after I had already asked an employee a question and was cussed out by the manager because I didnt know that her polo shirt made her a manager like I worked at the store and should have known that

I recently bought several items but forgot one of them at the counter. I drove all the way home, only to realize that Id forgot one of the items. I drove back thinking that the item would be gone by then picked up by another customer. A young man was working at the counter who I had not seen before today, he had taped the receipt to the item and written a note on it that someone had forgotten the item. When I walked back in, he pointed me out and gave me the item. Receipt says his name was Eddie. Excellent attitude, awesome service!

The first time when I used this car wash, I paid $11, but such a lousy wash. It didn’t clean lower side of the car.Second time I tried $15. It washed really good. So I recommend the most expensive package here.I guess we can’t go cheap on this one.But the pump works fine. Not too slow like other nearby Royal Farms.

This location gets a lot of traffic and sometimes the gas pumps can become hard to maneuver around. There is a car wash here which is a little smaller than some of the other locations but it does an OK job on your car. The menu at Royal Farms has gotten a little broader lately and I find the variety makes them even better than before when compared to similar gas/convenience chains in this part of the country.

The royal farms chicken is blazin! Cheese and potato wedges are banging all the food items are great and their coffee is delicious night staff is so sweet and respectful and helpful so cool great job guys🤗🤗🤗

I decided to try the car wash back on January 24. Something in the car was scratched the hood, front panel, and passenger door on my car. I filed a complaint online, and was contacted by the store manager the next day. I went in, and she took pics and forwarded them to the home office. Candice did everything she was supposed to do. Corporate looked at the beginning of the tape, and decided that it could not be their car wash. I went back to Candice, and she sent them another note explaining the re-set in order for me to actually get my car washed. I have sent 2 more online complaints...they do not have a telephone number that you can actually speak to someone...and to date have not heard another word.I recently received a telephone call from Corporate. They are requesting better pictures, and an estimate for repairs. Hopefully this will be taken care of shortly.3/6/18I have just heard back from Royal Farms Corporate. I have to say, they are very fair, and will be sending me a check to have may car fixed.Bravo to a company that actually takes care of their customers.

I like this place. I usually switch between getting gas here and the Wawas down the street. Overall I still like Wawa better. Wawa has faster service, better food/coffee in my own opinion. However, one thing that brings me back here is 15cents off/gallon of gas when you also purchase a car wash. I usually come here when I need my truck washed, so I get a discount on gas. They are also in a great location.(you can use the traffic light to get there, which is really convenient, especially when there is heavier traffic.). Overall I consider this one of the better local Royal farms.

Dirty bathrooms, don’t care about the face mask regulations, employees and customers walking around with no mask and no one says anything

I go to this store almost daily and for the most part the staff there is always very nice and friendly. The store is fairly clean and they always have what I need. The last few weeks I have noticed at night there is always an issue with having only one person at the register which has been very irritating because every night I go in I have to wait in a line of 8-10 people. The irritating part is there is always a older woman with red curly hair that is literally doing nothing at all while one person is stuck at the counter alone. Last night she was in the office having a personal conversation on her cell phone while someone was alone at the counter and again a line of 9 people. The time before that she is standing in an isle just pretending like she is moving potato chips but actually again playing on her cell phone and pretending like she doesnt notice the line of 10 people that one cashier is dealing with. This seems to happen every single time she is there and I feel bad for the other employee working that has to deal with this and also the inconvenice this causes customers every night. I am a store manager for a company and I would like someone to tell me if one of my employees was blatantly ignoring customers on a regular basis.

January 2018. The Restrooms are sometimes clean and sometimes not. The customer service is pretty good and the store is usually clean. There are a huge number of gas pumps with windshield cleaning supplies. Outside trash bins are normally full but with the volume of cars going thru, it must be hard to keep up with. They also have a pretty decent brush less carwash.March 2018. Today the pump was out of receipt paper again. This happens way to much. Only one cashier on duty with over 15 people in line. A very long wait just to get a receipt.

Im giving this place a one star rating. To start, the bathrooms were messy, water on the sink and toilet paper on the floor. The toilet seats look really damaged, scratched up and gross. Something you would see in a dive bar. I thought this was funny because there was a clean bathroom pledge sign on the bathroom wall. Then I went to order food. I saw it said world famous chicken; therefore, we ordered drum sticks, Mac n cheese, potato wedges and a chicken blt sandwich. We went and paid for the order and waited patiently for our food. We saw some people come and go were wondering why it was taking so long. I went and asked the person making food how much longer. His reply was, we dont have Mac n cheese and we are out of lettuce and tomato. I asked why someone hadnt said something before now since we had been waiting for our at this point for over 10 minutes. He said he didnt know. So I went to the cash register to get a refund for Mac n cheese and ask if there was a price difference for the chicken BLT since they were missing the L and T. There isnt a price difference that was fine. However, the refund for Mac n cheese took a long time because they didnt have the appropriate buttons on their screen to complete this the right way. Another worker had to help out. Then I went back to the counter to get the food and the guy asked, well do you still want the sandwich? YES I DO! I told him before I left to get a refund. So, after everything I thought that my order would take priority! No! It did not!! He made two orders in front of mine. At this point, I had been inside this has gas station for 30 minutes!! We finally got our food and we got to car, went to eat the food it was terrible! The chicken sandwich was missing half the stuff we asked for mayo, salt and pepper, onions. The fried chicken on the sandwich was old and the batter was falling off. We also ordered drum sticks and a chicken strip. Both tasted like they were made hours ago. They were super tough and almost impossible to eat. Lastly, was the potato wedges; they were also old tasting, tuff, and cold. I also purchased the mango and strawberries that was with the fresh fruit/salad area. I asked one of the workers for a fork and she replied saying they were out of forks. I looked at the coffee counters for forks and there was sugar, coffee, misc stuff all over it. The mango was rip yet and the strawberries were mushy. The guy making food didnt have a beard hair net his beard. The store in general just seemed dirty and messy. The overall attitude of the employees seemed like they didnt want to be there and they didnt care. By the time I finally left the store I spent 47 minutes there. That is 1000% unacceptable for customer service!

Not practicing COVID restrictions!

The chicken is great when it is fresh, the customer service is AWFUL! You have to wait to get your order, machines are often out of order and coffee is rarely fresh. Unfortunately my son loves the chicken. Save yourself some frustration and travel to acme for fresh chicken or wawa for the rest.

Customer service was terrible. Rude staff. No smiles no thank you. Spesking to people in line behind me or across the store but couldnt bother to say anything to me. Hate going here. Only go if i need gas for now on.

Ordered 10 Piece chicken tenders...and was given 1 honey mustard dip sauce...when I asked for a few more they said I needed to pay extra...I told them I just purchased 10 chicken tenders not my problem the deli worker said to me I asked to speak with a manager... a very ignorant older woman with straggly hair and glasses was ten times more rude to me then the deli worker. when I told her I would rather cancel the order then purchase sauce that should already be included. The older woman said do what you have to then left me standing with the ticket in my hand... sad thing is I only wanted 3 total dipping sauces for all that chicken...and now you want to know the difference between Wawa and royal farms....hands down CUSTOMER SERVICE......PS The coffee is better a Wawa too!

Most of the people that work there need to take some serious customer service workshops and learn how to treat customers!!! They are down right rude and ignorant!!! I dont think they even deserve 1 star!!

Bad Experience

Good location. Store is clean and service is fast.

I love this place this is where I steal from no camera no problem easy to get what ever I want for free.

The store on Salisbury rd has the worst customer service ever and when you call corporate and complaint about it they just say maybe you should go somewhere else. Royal farms isnt for the customer they are all about the money. I just dont understand where this world coming to when you cant even get good customer service anymore

Quite dirty on the out side (litter scattered in the parking areas & cans over flowing). This and the station across the way were tied for cheapest during a big event weekend.

Not good customer service

Waiting over 30 minutes for chicken because worker cares about drinking there milkshakes and long line to check out. I used to work for them 25 years ago in MD never ran out chicken.

Employees do nothing but talk with eachother and cut right in front of you in line to pay for their order, poor customer service, the wawa in Simons corner is way better.

Awful customer service, half the gas pumps always down, and ice cold (hot) breakfast sandwiches.

Very filthy, no customer service, I think they were all high on something no to mention guy hanging out front begging.

I only buy gas & lottery tickets here.
