The store is great but the pharmacy is a mess. Actually, the pharmacist himself is wonderful; it’s his female technician that’s atrocious! Super rude and unprofessional. At first I thought it might be an off day, but she’s like that all the time. Definitely switching pharmacies after my latest interaction.
This Walgreens is the worst! The pharmacy technician was so rude and did not listen. She was even rudder to the gentleman next to me there for a Covid shot, she treated him like dirt. I have been to a lot of Walgreens and do not expect stealer customer service from them but this one is ridiculous. I was there trying to get a prescription filled that me wife desperately needed after a surgery she was in the process of getting. I left here empty handed but to my surprise, I received excellent service at another Walgreens a few minutes away.
Bunch of 1di0ts at pharmacy. They think they had a potential to become doctor.Anyways they are where they deserve to be.
Pharmacist needs to go on vacation. Quite snippy and full of attitude when I asked her a question. Will not return to the pharmacy next time Im in town.
I rarely leave negative comments, But the unnecessary rudeness at this pharmacy from the African American woman is A LOT! I dont really understand why an employee that works at a pharmacy has to be so rude to stranger patients. And from the other comments im reading, she sure makes it an habit.
I got my covid 19 vaccine there( may 4 and may 25 )(Pfizer ) 2021They work with moderna and Pfizer, i dont have insurance,I m Latin. I didnt pay anything for the vaccine .after the vaccine I waited 15 minutes for any reaction..first dose .Second dose I didnt wait 15 minutes I felt safeNo reaction.Me vacune ahy use Pfizer 2 dosis mayo 4 y mayo 25 .no tengo aseguranza medica soy Latina no pague nada ............primera dosisEspere 15 minutos para ver alguna reaccionSegunda dosis no espere. My go to store. Always clean and associates are friendly.
Good store and fully staffed. There are many staffing the counters to attend to the customers. Little wait time. I had Covid shots and they were very professional.
I’m a frequent flyer with prescriptions at this Walgreens. They are usually very quick and easy. Special shout out to Mike, who works in the pharmacy and had to jump through several hoops to find my prescription at the best price and where it is fully in stock, and he called me back with a solution and was friendly and helpful… Thank you Mike!
Always have what I need
The photo center is very slow. The photo kiosk was broken with no signage. The employees watched me try to use the kiosk for ten minutes without informing me it wasn’t working.. and not a person was in line and they were not busy. After I asked for some help, they told me to use the Walgreens app. Which I did- and then after waiting at the counter for another 5 minutes- they told me the photos aren’t ready and walked away from the counter again without saying anything else. We ended up leaving. Overall, very dissatisfied. Terrible customer service.
My personal experience. The pharmacy staff is so very rude and unhelpful. It’s like the customer is a bother. I believe they have forgotten that’s why they are there. Avoid this location!!
My doctor Charle L Cameron was very sweet and professional. A girl at the front desk was very friendly as well. I had a great experience and would come back here again.
TERRIBLE! 3 employees at the front and had one working. The girl working the register was “sitting” down while ringing out and took her time with a line of 10 people at 8:30 at night... why....Nobody stepped in to help her! Worst Walgreens EVER! No help,
Best pharmacist assistance Ive gotten in ages! I hate referencing him as the black guy but the black in the pharmacy took time to show me to some allergy relief that he recommends as well as explaining why he recommended them! Thank you!!
I dont typically shop at Walgreens but I made an appt at their clinic. While im checking in, in the lobby, I get a phone call from the physician assistant saying that I cant be seen and would have to schedule a virtual visit or go to their urgent care but she didnt know if I would be able to be seen there either. I couldnt schedule the virtual visit on the website she gave me and i couldnt get a hold of anyone at the urgent care. I went to cvs and was seen without any issues. Never will I go to Walgreens for anything ever!
My home pharmacy is the Walgreen’s on Bells Ferry. I discovered that I was out of med on a Sunday, so I called the Cumberland location for a refill. The pharmacist who answered the phone had the worst attitude ever. I explained to her that I needed a refill and that I was going to suffer that night if I didn’t take it. However, instead of offering help, she tried to find every excuse to not refill it. First, she said she couldn’t because my insurance wiould only pay for it at my home pharmacy, so I told her I was willing to pay out of pocket. Then, she said she was out of that medicine and it would be faster to wait and pick it up from my home pharmacy. Finally, I asked her for her name, but the line either got disconnected or she hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. It was obvious she didn’t want more work that night. At least, she could have showed good intention and offered alternatives, she didn’t care what would happen despite the fact that she definitely knows the side effects of skipping that medicine for a day. Things were way better at Rite Aid.
Very rude pharmacy
The photo center clerk was not friendly at all. Go someone else where employees are better trained.
We came in late in the evening on a Saturday night (early Sunday AM) because we needed supplies for our hotel as we had a family emergency and had gotten a room at the Belmont at Wyndam Marietta, and this was one of the only places open that likely had all we needed on our shopping list. From the moment we walked in the door, I felt unwelcome and that the staff was very much annoyed at our presence. A staff member followed me and my sister in law the entire time we looked at items on the makeup isle, presumably to ensure or decrease the chance that we would steal something under the guise of restocking whatever happened to be close to us, violating social distancing rules in order to do so no less. I honestly felt the staff was racist or unwelcome towards Caucasian customers, particularly the cashier. I would normally never presume or think such a thing, but when I asked the cashier a question about textured hair, she was very offended and as the customer who had no Ill intentions and by no means meant to offend or upset anyone, I wish she had considered giving me the benefit of the doubt as to the integrity of my question and the fact I truly needed help with something I didnt know how to do. Perhaps I overstepped boundaries by being too personal but none the less, I feel she treated me differently as a result when I even asked her 5o give me the benefit of the doubt before assuming anything about my question, but she would have none of that. I am very sensitive and left the store mortified at the thought an innocent question I had about the purpose of a product may have left someone thinking I am prejudiced or bigoted when I was truly seeking her advice and help with a situation that is causing my child and myself a lot of discomfort (him physically and me emotionally).
The staff in the pharmacy department is extremely rude. In person and in the drive through. No customer service skills at all!
This store is not open 24 hours but it usually has more inventory than the one on Market place in front of Walmart. People are helpful and fun to deal with.
Drive-thru pharmacy woman was unwilling to help find medications at another Walgreens that she said they did not carry, when no one else was in line. She was condensed and asked if I had internet, to look it up and drive there. This store is going downhill.
Evacuated FL the day before Hurricane Irma hit. I thought nothing of myself, only of getting my family to safety. The pharmacist was very understanding & thoughtful of my situation. He filled my spinal cord injury meds an hour before closing, no questions asked or having to call my Dr in FL. I thought for sure Id have issues with an out of state Rx. I left feeling good about my decision to evacuate & that he & Walgreens did right by me. I am very grateful for his random act of kindness.
A reliable source for many people needing specific things such as prescription and over the counter medications, hygiene products, household articles and a variety simple food items. Centrally located, easy to find and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
I got my prescription refilled here and the female pharmacist was rude! She complained how long she had worked that day....I asked why there was a difference in cost from the last time I got the script filled and she copped an attitude. If I managed that Walgreens thats not the way I would want my customers treated. If you need a pharmacy, I would recommend going to a different pharmacy where the customer comes first and doesnt get an attitude out of the employees. Its not like there isnt another pharmacy 5 minutes away....
This pharmacy is a mess- long lines, not having prescriptions ready and rude pharmacists. Sticking with my Howell Mill Walgreens
I WENT TO WALGREENS ON TODAY TO RECEIVE MONEY THROUGH WESTERN UNION.EVERYONE WATCHED ME AT THE KIOSK ENTER ALL OF MY INFO JUST TO TELL ME THE KEY PAD WASNT WORKING. SO THANKS TO PUBLIX I FINALLY GOT MY MONEY. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE.
Great place for medications. They not only know me by name but they also are incredibly patent with my disabled self.
I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! The Jamaican pharmacist is rude af! They gave me a counterfeit prescription of generic Adderall 30mg last month. I knew something was definitely wrong but after you leave with it, thats it. DO NOT GET GENERIC ADDERALL FROM THIS WALGREENS!!!!!! DEA NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED!!!
Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff here is always very rude and has a million different excuses not to get things done. The second worst thing is the insanely long wait times. I waited 30 mins in line for a prescription for them to have my prescription wrong and they told me to get back into the long line I JUST waited in so they can fix it.
Always a friendly greeting. Employees here really care about you and are willing to assist with no attitude. Always has something on sale. Very good prices
I recently called to update my personal information and check on the prescription status. After waiting on hold for 10 min, a staff memeber answered (rudely) and updated my personal info. She hung up on me while I was mid question to ask if my prescriptions were ready. I dont have time to call back again and wait while at work. Completely rude...
Not the greatest Walgreens. They lock their bathrooms which is weird since I havent been to any other Walgreens that do that and then they dont have staff that are available or easy to find or who when you find them, seem to even care so it is a bit Meh and worth skipping, buy your stuff at one of the other Walgreens where they are nicer.
Best pharmacy staff ever. Very helpful staff all around. Convenient, easy access to S. Cobb Dr. Great hours for late evening drive-thru pharmacy pick ups. Check out the app.
The pharmacy staff is sooo rude!! I went in because i had gotten a prescription filled at cvs and it was giving me awful side effects but when i get it at Walgreens it doesnt give me those side effects so i asked her if there was anything she could do because i dont have a doctor and i had to go to the er for this medication in the first place and its gana take me awhile to get into a doctor so i need this medication. She was so snooty and rude and said theres nothing she could do. Didnt even try to help whatsoever. The pharmacist(a woman) literally laughed in my face and was on the phone to the cvs talking about me right in front of me. With no regard. Just talking about my when im literally standing in her face and she was so rude everytime i was nice she would just roll her eyes literally like a teenager roll her eyes. I dont know what her issue was with me but she was awful and she even went as far as to look at me and whisper somthing to the pharmacy tech and tbey both busted out laughing like a bunch of high school kids. It made me so mad. The rudest pharmacy ive ever encountered. They really need to change their additude. They seem to think they are better than others and they hate their costumers thats how they made me feel atleast. Awful awful service.
The staff are always nice & very helpfuli live across the street so i go often & have never had a bad experience the store is also always cleanthe store seems to be understaffed thou that’s my only issue the wait time varies each visit but ive waited in line about 10mins for 2 items at one point & that was a bit frustrating but other than that it’s a great store
I have hypertension. I didnt feel right as I had taken some allergy medication in the morning and was worried my BP was spiking. Pharmacist took the time to examine my blood pressure despite the location being very busy.
Quick stop for all your needs!
Pharmacy staff are rude as hell. Every time I call it sounds like they don’t even want to work they or help you. They need to learn some manners
I loved this place when it was Rite Aid but slowly it became Walgreens and now its a disaster of a place. I knew people by name, they knew me, without having to ask they would grab my prescriptions and talk to me about my day, they were so helpful when prescriptions became too much. Now? No, not helpful at all, in fact good luck if you have to use manufacturers discounts to afford your medicine because they dont want to bother with it. They will claim everything under the sun to get you to give up on doing them. You will wait forever! They hope you give up I imagine, because they will help everyone around you while you wait. They dont staff properly, so you might as well forget getting in and out, even if you did call ahead and even you have been getting the same prescriptions there for over five years, they dont care, each month is a new month and you will have to go through the nightmare all over again. Walgreens is the worst! They have 0 clue about customer service.
Pharmacy is great! The clinic? Not so much. Long wait even when there isnt really a lot of people around.
My first run in with this Location was with their Photo Center. The female Staff Memeber seemed new and incredibly unprofessional. There were a decent amount of pictures that came out horrible due to them being printed from my phone, which I was not about to purchase. When asking if they mark off the pictures that ended up not coming out right due to knowing other location that due this. The response received was “ Well it isn’t our machines fault, it is how your pictures developed “. Right at that point I was immediately turned off as it was clear Customer Service is not a priority for this location. When the Manager came to help her adjust the price he was very nice and was able to eleviate some of the aggravation with his assistance. As he continued conversation with his coworker who was assisting me, the unproffessionalism displayed by her continued. Such a horrible attitude and demeanor that will not make you not want to go back.Second run in with this location, my husband went to their walk-in clinic where he was to be seen by a Dr. Iris. Not certain if she was a Dr or NP however, she was extremely rude. Where my husband initially asked if they provide a Dr.’s note it turned out that is not what was necessary after speaking with his employer. When Iris came back out with her response being that they do not provide a Dr.’s note. My husband tried to explain that it is not actually what is needed. That he only needed to be seen and be provided with a discharge paper so that it could simply show he was seen. Iris barely allowed him to get a word in. At that point when jumping in after her already coming off argumenttitive towards my husband she then came off dismissive towards me. Cherry on top was her having the nerve to call me rude when she was being heavily unprofessional. I called to speak to a Manager or Director of the Clinic and was told my concern would be “considered”. I put in a request for a call back in this regard in noticing there are a fair share of complaints on here regarding Iris. Let’s see if the next step is to actually receive a call as coming across a Staff Member who conducts them self in such a manner is very inconveniencing not only to myself being this is the closest location to us but to anyone who has to go through the bad experience. I would think a branch would not want to be seen in such a negative light and implement better Customer Service with their Staff as a whole.
Walgreens the best pharmacy. I been getting my prescription there forever until medicaid change to CVS. It hurted me so bad because I built a beautiful bond with my pharmacist. My medication would be ready on time. Never had no problems like I have with CVS.
Ive been called the store before 9pm today and i was on hold for my entire drive there and i saw people in there but nobody even looked at the phone. 9:40 i arrive at drive thru window amd they couldnt explain why i had to drive to the store amd be on hold for the trip there. I can tell pharmacy staff picked up the phone to see if i was still on hold then put me back on hold without saying a word. You need to work on customer service skills because your staff aint got it...
The staff there are always super helpful and super friendly.
Always seems there are lines here and not enough help. Worker not wearing her face mask today while checking people out.
I was so impressed by their service! I have been going to CVS nearby and their staff can be a bit rude and abrupt. Happy I made the chang as they are also closer to my house and open later.
Im in there at least 2 times a week and the staff is always friendly & helpful. I havent had a bad experience in the 2 years Ive lived in the area.
Exceptionally unfriendly. Time consuming, 25 min to get a response? I felt bad for the people behind me. Please, for your sake, dont go.
Cashiers can be pretty slow, and it can get very busy. But, overall a good store.
Exceptionally poor customer service, and I always have to wait. I wont be back.
I visited this store quite a few times and todays will be my last visit. I used my bank of america credit card to pay for my items and it was declined for some reason. I was asked to retry and while I was in the process of doing it, the manager stops by and asks me what kind of card it is, I said its a bank of america credit card. He looks at the card and says very rudely that its written bankamericard on the card and its not from bank of america and that they dont accept such cards. That was the dumbest thing I ever heard - bank of america calls their credit cards bankamericard. Its a VISA CREDIT CARD from BANK OF AMERICA. I couldve just used a different card but I felt the need to prove him wrong because he was trying to give an impression that I was doing some kind of fraud, so I tried to show him the info on the back of the card where it clearly states that it is from bank of america, he rolls his eyes and says that they dont accept such cards and walks away. I ended up using a different card but it wasnt a pretty feeling walking out the store. Not a way to treat your customers Wlagreens!
The pharmacy is terrible. They said my prescription would be ready the following morning when I called. Called several times that day and was told to wait. Finally called and they somehow discovered it was never ordered and is apparently out of stock. WOW.
Extremely sick needed to pick up prescriptions restrooms are disgusting please upgrade
TLDR; If you have professional looking photos to print just go to Target. Or just go to Target anyway. They actually want your business, wont give you a hassle, will have your photos ready in a flash (12 minutes! vs. 1 hour), and will charge you much less ($1.49 for 5x7 prints instead of $2.49). Hint: Target makes up the extra $1 by selling your info. Awesome! Super cool low prices!--So I had some photos to print. Tried to go to CVS Photo, they apparently were hacked back in July and the site was down... er, ok - not cool, CVS (or marginally affiliated Canadian partner company that is definitely *not* CVS! Your data is safe!). How about Walgreens then?I uploaded my photos online and waited an hour. I walk in the store and Cashier Man is frantically checking out a line of 10 customers by himself. Ouch. I walk over to the empty Photo counter. Uh, hello? Anybody here? Theres a button on the counter that says push for assistance... Ok... So I push the button and wait a couple minutes... Still waiting... A few minutes pass by and I try again and push that little button as hard as I can... Is this thing broken? A few more minutes pass by. A tumbleweed rolls past the photo counter. I go to checkout and wait in line to ask Cashier Man to send some Photo reinforcements. Cashier Man does me a solid - thanks Cashier Man, youre cool.I walk back over to the Photo counter just in time for the Photo lady to show up... whereve you been Photo lady? Photo Lady asks for my name and pulls out my photos. Great, finally! Lets do this so I can get outta here. Not so fast! Photo lady says. These pictures appear to be professionally photographed and we need a copyright release form before we can give these to you. Uh.... what?... Do you have a copyright release form? Photo lady inquires. Uh... No?.... I mean we paid the photographer to take these pictures and she gave us all the photos, but I dont recall a signed copyright release form - Im pretty sure were allowed to print these photos though. Thats not good enough - our corporate policy says that we have to have a signed copyright release form from the photographer or else we could get sued. You can go home and bring back a signed copyright release form and well just hold on to the photos until then.Uh... ok stop the story - lets think this through. First of all, Walgreens is printing inferior quality photos - no one is coming to them for a high quality print. I want quick and cheap print outs. If I wanted high quality print outs I would call my photographer. Why would my photographer sue Walgreens for printing a few low quality photos when they know Im going to go back to them for more profitable services than this?Second of all.. Why doesnt Walgreens just change their terms of use so they cant be held liable for copyright infringement? Make the customer liable since theyre the one who should be held responsible anyway! Im going to Walgreens for ease and convenience and the idea of having to call up my photographer, have them email me a signed copyright release form (which will probably take a few days or weeks), print it out, drive back to the store, and wait for Photo lady to show up just so she will allow me the pleasure of paying for my photos is ludicrous and defeats the *entire purpose* of this service! Im pretty sure my photographer is not going to call up Reverend Jesse Jackson because I went to the local Walgreens and spent $25 printing off 10 low quality pictures that they technically didnt give me written permission to print.Sorry, I have to have the form or I cant give the photos to you. Photo lady says. Photo lady is just doing her job. Too bad she works for morons. I dont want them then. I and said walked off.Of course when I get home and look at the jump drive my photographer gave me, the Copyright Release Form is on the drive. Doesnt matter. I went to Target instead, saved money, got my photos in a flash, had my personal info sold, and I wasnt treated like a criminal.
Make it clear the store is 24/7 only
Nice and helpful staff, 24/7 open
I use this as my main pharmacy, and Ive never had any problems with them. The pharmacy staff is quick and courteous, and its convenient to get to.
Good to buy Medicines at night
They never have anything RIGHT. Talking About The Pharmacy. And Bad Altitude!!!!☹️☹️☹️
This location sucks. The only reason I come here is because it is close to my apartment. They have overcharged my account, their expresspay line is not express, and every time I come to pick up a prescription there’s an issue.
“We’re sorry ma’am. Your prescription is back ordered until May 18th.” Excuse me?
Convinience and they have everything
Great service from pharmacist
Dont have some of the items that I need
Not so great. They make you wait for long and make faces when asked can you give the medicine. I did not like the experience
Location does not have a blood pressure machine. Also not pleased with customer service at this location. Sent a concern to the contact us section and never received any response. 1/10 - will choose another brand in the future.
Same as all other ones...
Handy and always open
Great like the rest
Love this location ....
A Walgreens like any other Walgreens
Customer service is not priority.
Friendly and timely
Very bad costume service
Really dont want to give a star at all, the worst minute clinic Ive been to, I didnt get anything that I actually need and my prescription hasnt been filled yet its been 24 hours, I completely wasted my time
Awsome
Love it!
Got me in and out
Theyre rude
Convenient
