I just needed to make some copies but it was fast, cheap and easy!!! I did have to wait to check out because both employees were helping one customer and neither said “I’ll be with you in a moment” just kept walking past me... knowing all I had to pay for was a few copies. But other then that this place has everything you need!!!

I dropped off a package and they lost it. It never got sent and nobody knows where it’s at.

On 5/28/20 I paid $176.98 to ship a perishable item overnight. The lady neglected to mention that delivery would not be guaranteed. Not only that, she upsold me an extra $15 to guarantee delivery by 10:00 AM next day. The item was not delivered the next day and was spoiled.When I went back (twice) to complain I was put off each time with we are working on it. I was told I would get a call from them (both times) but of course no call ever came. When my credit card came in I disputed the charge but CP&M refused the honor the dispute. I paid $176.98 for basically nothing and then to be put off and ignored?

I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also love their hours since I can make it to the post office by 4:30.

The customer service is fantastic!!!! I dropped a package off for a return but did not get a receipt because it was after hours for the fedex part. After two weeks the company had not notified me that it was received. I called Copy Pack and Mail to ask why my packaged had not arrived to its location. They went above and beyond to locate the package. The went as far as looking at security footage. Even though tracking number I gave them was wrong, they still managed to locate it. On their end the package showed delivered. I called the company that the return was to be sent and was informed that they dropped the ball on their end. They finally refunded my money. I’ll be happy to use them again!!!

I dont get why people complain. If they are working with someone ahead of you they cant bring you a water and make sure you day is going well. When its your turn they work fast and get the job done. I have never had a bad experience and they always help me and offer solutions for my shipping needs. Usually if you smile first they will to.

Ive been a customer of this little store for years and years. I have not once had a bad experience. Customer service is always great and they are fast and convenient. Im happy to continue to keep it local.

Agree with the other reviews. I have been treated poorly each time I have visited. They clearly must have more business than they want since the attitude is certainly not one of customer service. They make you feel like youre bothering them. Recommend that you avoid at all costs.

I went to have an item packaged for eBay. I was never told the cost,and was waited on by a very old,very slow person who did not have any customer service knowledge. I was not told the cost($16.00)for a box and peanuts until I was to check out. I expressed my displeasure and was told no problem,they would unwrap my package for an additional $35.00.This business rips you off/be careful! (Postage cost extra $15.35)

Because we are a small business and believe in promoting and supporting other small businesses, we chose to use Copy Pack & Mail to handle shipping for our auctions. Seven days after taking items to this store, there are items that have still not been shipped. Items that were bundled together and had an invoice attached clearing stating that the items went to the same person and needed to be shipped together were instead shipped separately. We have been inundated by phone calls from our customers who state they cannot get a return phone call from anyone at Pack&Mail and have been unable to get a tracking number for their items. We have also asked for return phone calls on several occasions, and we are still waiting for those return calls. We will definitely use a different company for our auction next month, and all auctions in the future. If we are asked if we could recommend Pack&Mail, all we can say is if you are a business that does a lot of shipping and want to keep your customers satisfied, you may want to seriously consider another shipping company.

The older lady with the torpedo bra was so rude and had an attitude. Very terrible customer service.

Outrageously priced..... it cost me $20 for 2 boxes. Didn’t realize I could get the same boxes at Home Depot for $1 a piece. I will not return

I went there to quote a package that I needed to ship. While they were very nice, I was disappointed with the price to ship via USPS, especially since I thought it was going to be MUCH less. I ended up just going to the post office and found out it was $12.00 LESS to ship with them rather then using Copy Pack & Mail to ship via USPS (exact same service). I feel thats a HUGE upcharge that isnt worth the time to go there.

Everything I have read it spot on about this place. The signs say it all once you walk in. We charge for this and that, 100 charge for being rude.. Truth is these guys are just a packing company. They print the label then put it in a box to be picked up. They were going to charge me 31 bucks to ship a package that should have been close to 16 dollars. Everything they do you can do from home at almost half the cost...

Currently still investigating how this slef owned business works I have been trying to get my money back from this store due to a package never arriving to destination so we had it returned back home and FedEx told me they only show a charge of 21.86 in their system but i have a receipt that shows I pa8d 38.97 the store manager has been telling me he is waiting for FedEx to respond to him but FedEx is telling me there are no open cases on this issue from that store and that my refund will have to be returned by the store since they are a 3rd party calling bbb Monday morning if i dont hear something back have heard alot of s carey stories on this store and now Im starting to realize it is true seems to me like they are charging alot more than what they supposed to then tries to blow customers away by saying he is working on it.

This place is HORRIBLE. I have dropped off a package almost 3 weeks ago & they STILL HAVENT SENT IT. No sign of confirmation or tracking details. I bet you they probably still have the package because from the other reviews here are about an old lady & slow workers. Going to go & check if they still have the package.

Everyone Gets a Few Stars Because - No Outside DropBoxes. Blame FedEx False Advertisings leading to small business that do not own Outside DropBoxes and Map out there non-affiliation in disregard to misleading small business criteria.

I had a package delivered to them and when I went to pick it up I was treated like my business was not appreciated. The older lady acted like it was a bother for them to receive my packages. When I asked her if they had a standard pricing sheet for their business services her reply was If we had such a list it would stretch around the world. I called to set this delivery service up and I was quoted a per package price of $3.95. She acted like I was trying to cheat them. She was very unprofessional from the start. If it happens again Ill take my business elsewhere.

Told me it will take 1 to 2 days to delivery the mail and it took 1 whole week.I dont recommend.

The older lady that helped me was Very Rude and not friendly At All. On top of that she over priced my shipment! Save yourself time and Money by going directly to the post office. Dont go here!
