Ok, batteries here are great and you can get help to find the right ones for you needs, but that been said they are very pricey and if you dont live in se area shipping does not help on the cost.

No return policy is crazy, especially for products like battery chargers. Far better to shop on amazon or some other big retailer that might charge a couple bucks more but doesnt have a draconian 1996 return policy.

3 out of 6 batteries would not charge or hold a charge. Was told they will be replaced. It took a while due to covid but I was sent replacements and a free flashlight. They are a good company. The replacement batteries charged properly.

I purchased some life PO four batteries to replace two year old batteries in an electronic device that was motorized. The batteries that were two years old and used for 100 or more cycles still lasted longer than the brand new Vapcell batteries I purchased even though the Vapcell batteries were larger in capacity. I tried to resolve but they only offered a refund on shipping. they must be defective or used batteries they sent me because they are not as they are advertised as a new stay away from 18 650 store

I just purchased something for the first time through the 18650 Battery Store. And let me tell you what a wonderful experience it was. I have a few flashlights that need specific types of batteries that you cant find at your typical stores. So I copied the exact information I needed off the battery and I googled it to compare the prices on different websites to try to find that specific battery, with the easiest process and the best price. An the 18650 battery store offered exactly that. I ordered the battery around 10:30 p.m. on the 17th, and I received it this morning Tuesday the 21st. There was no delay after I ordered it, not the usual couple of days to get it processed and shipped out it was literally out the next morning. Also keep in mind that I ordered it late Friday night and this was over a weekend with a national holiday on Monday and I still received it in 2 business days. Ordered one battery and realized that I actually wanted 2; sent an email to request a modification to the order (I was willing to pay extra) - they responded promptly but never sent an invoice - months later (ordered in May), never received an invoice, or the one battery I actually ordered.Lost the money because I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt (waited past the PayPal dispute period) with this COVID mess. Buyer, be aware!! Dont buy from this company!! They sent out used products to me after advertising new items on their website. After paying to have 3 XTAR battery chargers sent to me, I discovered multiple scratches on each item that they claim was mail strictly from the manufacturer. The chargers dont give accurate readings, which were also defective. They expected for me to pay to have them shipped back as well to inspect before providing a refund all within the first week of purchase. Chris and Jennifer are the 2 individuals who have given me a hard time over such a small purchase. So, dont be fooled by their deal of the day tactics because you may end up with used products. I bought six LG batteries off their website. Two of the batteries failed after 15 days. It also said on the wrap that they were OEM batteries not for consumer use. Not sure if that part matters or not but Ive never seen a label like that and Ive been buying these types of batteries for years. I repeatedly contacted support via email and never once got a response. The only response I got was from Live Chat. Initially they tried to help but eventually tried telling me I was outside the return period. I informed them I contacted them 15 days after I purchased the battery and that I still had the email. I was outside the return period because they ignored my emails. They said give support 24 hours to look into it. Never heard back from them. Once they have your money they dont care. I personally will never buy from them again. Sad.

My first time with Molicel batteries. They live up to the hype. These batteries hit harder than any others I have used. Using in a mech mod and Double Barrel. Hit hard all the way down to 3.2 volts. Ordered batteries a week ago, got a tracking number immediately, but only because they created the shipping label. Paid for 2-4 day shipping. Tried to contact live support 2 days in a row stuck in queue position 1 for over 2 hours multiple times. Tried calling today, got a pleasant message saying we are currently assisting other customers please leave a message. Also this is the only site I used my card on my phone (on a private internet network) and got two charges from NY which is about 6 hours away from me. Had to report these charges which I can only assume are from this site. Maybe now that other people are going to see this experience they will finally reply to my emails/phone calls.

Ordered 10 Samsung 30Q batteries and 3 Efest 6 slot battery cases. Instead i got 4 4 slot efest battery cases and 10 what appear to be Samsung 30Q batteries all weight 46 grams (havent rewraped them into married color schemes and checked markings yet) will update if their fakes tho.I wanted the 6 slot cases due to me using triple battery mods.I actually ordered from this company vs a few other places specifically because the had those cases. When i checked today to try to find out why i didnt get them the website stated out of stock when it didnt state that on the day i purchased them. So basically instead of notifying me they just sent me whatever that had laying around like eh no big deal.The reason for ☆3 is shipping was extremely fast and the cells seem legit. But when you claim to have a live chat and you do not and Im waiting for 5 hours still no reply by email.
