Chad Cantrell and Liz provided great customer service and support. I am a new hearing device user and Chad’s knowledge and patience was so helpful. Liz’s support in scheduling my appointments was excellent. They both made a new experience very comfortable for me.

Hearinglife office in Symrna Ga run by Chadwick Cantrell and his assistant Liz is exceptional. The service and care has been above and beyond any service we have had. I was so fortunate to find this location. My mom and I moved from New York and needed someone immediately for my mom of 94yrs. They made time for us and fit us in immediately. The ride to the office Is over 45 minutes to get there it is worth. Chad was great with my mom. He responded to emails and many calls for my mom. My sister from New Jersey now wants to come back and go to Chad at the Symrna Hearinglife office. She was so impressed with his knowledge and patient care that she too agreed it’s worth the trip.
