Drove by because we came to Nashville to select a hot tub from a large shop out this way that advertised they had lots in stock but had none. We stopped by Four Winds and found a great tub they manufactured on the grounds. It had lots of extras and was much less expensive. We should get it by the end of the week!!

We felt like we were treated like family! We asked tons of questions and did lots of our own research. Each and every one of our questions and concerns were met with patience and knowledge. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend anyone we know to make this your first and last stop for a high quality spa from people who are knowledgeable and kind.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent hot tub. The insulation under the tub is the best I have seen. Everything worked from the start. Super easy. The cover that came with it is 5 thick which is an upgrade at other places I had looked at. Very very pleased with every aspect of my purchase. Thanks Morgan !!!

Luckily I purchased my hot tub before reading the reviews - boy are they inaccurate! My experience began with Mat showing me all the tubs and options and helping me find the one I would LOVE. Morgan was amazing in working with me to hold the tub for a month while the seemingly non-ending rain prevented me from pouring a pad and having it installed. The installers were professional, quick and very nice. I love the tub and am certain that when and if any service be needed, they will be prompt!

Awesome experience at Four Winds! Morgan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The prices were right on the spas so there were no games and because they make them right there, I could see the quality going into the building process. Made in the USA!

Zero to awful service. Drove 20 miles to look at hot tubs. The entrance is run down. No one to man the front entrance. When I finally found someone to ask where their hot tubs are I was told they couldn’t show me anything because the person that does that is eating lunch right now. Obviously not wanting to do any kind of business. I totally recommend going elsewhere. If they can’t do good service to sell, how will they take care of your service needs when you actually own one of their hot tubs?

The sales lady was very informative apparently highly educated and shared lots of useful information her name is Morgan and I would recommend her to anyone interested in a good-looking spa locally made

Four Winds makes nice spas of varying sizes. My concern is the wood they use to build the frames isnt a le to last in a high humidity and wet environment.

Bought a Mauii II Spa from Morgan at Four Winds Spas. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. Morgan was willing to meet me on her day off to show the spa. I am strapped for time and live in Hendersonville. Couldnt make it. Went out a couple days later and she cut me the best deal I have seen on a spa. I have been looking for a while. Morgan was very knowledgeable about all the Spas and there options. No rush or pressure. Every showing is appointment only. So I thought that was nice. They have all kinds of different Spas and different price ranges to pick from. This Spa is one of the best items I have ever bought in my life. THANKYOU Morgan!!
