I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that I received today. I purchased an L/Certified 2017 Lexus GS 200t. The car is in immaculate condition and you allowed my inspector to check it for me first which gave me double peace of mind. Although I’m young everyone that saw me acknowledged me and treated me like a serious customer. I’ve gone to many dealerships and have been ignored or talked down to and they lost a customer that day. Terri was an absolute joy and met me with a smile. She grabbed Kirk right away. Kirk was excellent as he listened to my concerns that my inspector brought to my attention. He gave me a great deal and threw in the extras that I requested. Tos was hilarious and yet still professional while he got me the best interest rate available. I’m so glad that I bought my car from your dealership. It makes me happy to know that there are still genuinely good dealers left out there.

Nalley Lexus is the best! I love my NX300h. It’s such a fun car and I chose to get red interior. I get a lot of compliments. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Took the car in for service in May 2021 and noticed the damage last week. I totally understand the timeframe of reporting the issue; however, the cover-up started to display the damage, which caught my attention... TOUCH UP paint is for scratches not a CRACK FILLER...Note: If touch up paint was purchased on my end, should the dealership have a record in their database w/a date and time of purchase? Im very disappointed this facility is not taking ownership of the issue and rectifying the problem. SHAME ON YOU NALLY LEXUS SMYRNA!

Wanted to share that Thomas Brown gave me extraordinary customer service when I. Am on last week to have my car serviced. I came in slightly aggravated about some confusion with my appointment and a part that I had wanted ordered. Thomas proceeded to listen patiently to me and did everything he could to take care of my concerns and to also go out of his way to do more than I expected. He turned my frown upside down and left me leaving much happier than when I came in. Customer service like this is to be commended.
Michael Yoo continues to give me the best advice on any vehicle that I discuss with him. I am so happy to have met him as I feel like he has my best interest at heart. He is knowledgeable, and caring. He is diplomatic at his approach in selling cars. I hope to buy another Lexus when the time is right for me and it will be Michael who gets the deal. Selling a car is not as important as having your same client return and buy another from you and refer you to their friends. That is the real art of being a truly developed person.

He was attentive and informative. He made the process easy. After buying the vehicle he also checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok . I will be doing business again with Nalley Lexus, this was the best car buying experience I have had.
I went there this morning and they had over 160 vehicles to be seen by appointment. I didnt know that being that was my first time going and also buying a Lexus so I had to leave to make an appointment .I guess you learned something new everyday. I didnt have that problem with the Lincoln and Cadillac dealers when I own those vehicles you just pull up to take your car and they services it.. I will give them a fair chance an make a appointment, and see how that goes !!

Had apt for drop off. Waited 25-30 min for my service advisor. Car was ready a few days later and I showed up to pick it up and waited another 25-30 min just to pay and pickup car. I asked if someone else could check me out and they said no.Service record mileage entered wrong in online database. Took 3-4 calls and texts to finally get it sorted out.For a premier brand dealer, definitely not impressed!
This was the worst.. I traded in a Benz for the 350RXL and the dealership did not complete my tag registration, letting my temporary tag expire. I found out after calling them and asking about my tag not showing up in the mail. They said I have to go tot a tag office and get an extension, because they can find the title to my trade in. There was a copy in the glove box, and the can get a copy from the state. I got to the tag office, but I could not get a extension because the car need an emissions on a 2018... than I was told the DEALER should have done an emissions when selling me the car... So I finally got the tag extension after driving with an expired temp tag for about 10 days.. And I am still waiting for the dealer to complete the registration with the state... The worst part is no ONE from Nalley called me to tell me any of this.... WOW I should have stayed with Mercedes for better service....

This was my 1st time buying a car. Reflecting on the experience now, I see that I was rushed into buying a car that is prone to overheating, and has major cosmetic issues. There’s a crack in the windshield and the salesman stated there’s nothing they can do about it even though I just within minutes purchased the car. The car was/is filthy on the i inside and needed cleaning; I was told it would be cleaned but they did not clean the inside of the car. I even asked if I could have the car looked before purchasing it and was told no because it was previously serviced by them. This just dont sit right with my soul to know that I was taken advantage of. I will be contacting a lawyer to represent myself since I need an experienced person to help me with what my options are.

I visited the showroom of Lexus.My girl-friend has bought 2 Lexus. As an observer, I was surprised how shallow their customer service was. A gentleman came to help me with coffee and found a banana muffin for me. That made me feel better about their customer service. Who knows I might be a future customer.
I love the car I bought from Nalley Lexus in Smyrna! Mary Kidd was amazing, she was patient and not pushy at all. It wasn’t a Lexus but I ended up purchasing a used Mercedes Benz from her that was in great condition and had low miles. She got all my questions answered and worked with her finance team to honor the price listed in my pre-approval with Capital One even though I ended up going with another lender for a better rate. Dana Brock is the absolute BEST! I’ve encountered a few service reps at this location and I schedule my appointments to make certain that I have Dana. Car maintenance can be extremely overbearing. She makes adulting for this millennial so much better. She’s very professional every visit, knowledgeable, and an all around exceptional person! Ive been dealing with Nalley for at least the last 7 years and have had 2 or 3 service reps but by far the best of the best is Henry Holman. Henry upholds the threshold of customer service. He is upfront, knowledgeable, honest and works to always best service his clients. Henry truly is the reason why I return. If you need a service representative I strongly suggest Henry. My husband and I live in Chattanooga and didn’t have a good vehicle buying experience else where, but Cesar Galasso helped me purchase the vehicle that I had been looking for with ease! We found the vehicle I wanted online at Nalley and Cesar worked out the deal with us over the phone and email so we didn’t have to commute back and forth to Atlanta. With his promptness, courteousness, and excellent communication skills, we were able to do most of the paper work through email, so all we really had to do when we got there was sign for the vehicle. Multiple day repair where a low tire pressure light was on as soon as they returned the car. All after they said they’d call when a loaner car is available but never followed through on. I’ve gone to their service center for four years because at least they were reliable. Apparently no more.
I have had the most pleasurable experience purchasing a new 2022 Lexus RX350. I knew I was going to purchase a RX350!for my wife, I did a lot of research and found that they are one of the best built cross over suvs on the market. There low on Mainetance costs and last a long time. I was looking for a 6 to 10 year car. As most people know the new norm for car purchases is you are either hit with 4–5 thousand dollars of dealership add on, and or paying 5 thousand over sticker. I called Nalley Monday morning on an talked with Samual in sales and just came out and asked him what they are charging over MSRP, he said that they are not doing that or adding any extra fees. The following day I went to the dealership and met with Brandon and within 5 minutes he gave me a price. There was no fees at all, or extra charges. We made the deal and met Stan in finance and he explained all the paperwork to me and highlighted all the info I would need for future services. After the paperwork was down there staff helped my wife with all the functions of the car, even setting up her phone with the car. The car was completely spotless and full of gas. I have been buying cars over the past 40 plus years and would definitely recommend this team that Nalley has put together. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys.

Poor customer service - Placed order for 2022 Lexus RX and was told $1,000 deposit was required on our credit card. Lexus rejected the order request based on our requested color being unavailable. We were upfront on the color we were looking for with the vehicle prior to placing order and deposit. Multiple emails, calls, and texts to our sales rep went unanswered requesting refund of our deposit. Buyer beware - don’t order a new car from Nalley Lexus.

I purchased a car from here on Tuesday, November 24th and the Salesperson, Samuel Ordonez talked excessively often placing his hand over his heart to emphasize his sincerity. However, the biggest issues revolved around two things. 1) My deal included free mats but previously used mats were installed and Mr. Ordonez that he had been told that they were new. Mr. Ordonez gave me the option to have the new mats mailed to my home when they arrived (i.e. had to be ordered) the next day or to pick them. I chose to pick them up primarily because if they were mailed the following day, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it was likely that I wouldnt receive them until Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Realizing at @5:25 pm on Wednesday that I hadnt heard from Mr. Ordonez, I messaged him. He returned my call at @6:45 pm Wednesday...15 minutes before closing time to state that the mats hadnt arrived only to message me a few minutes later to say that they had arrived. I feel strongly that it was Mr. Ordonezs responsibility to have checked to see if the mats had arrived and to call me at a reasonable time to come to pick up the mats. Why? I had no way of knowing if the mats had been delivered to Lexus and would not have made a trip for nothing. When I told him this and requested that he deliver the mats to me on Friday, he flat out refused by stating that he never promised to do this. He is correct. However, excellent customer service should have led him to call me on Wednesday and when he didnt, excellent customer service should have led him to promptly honor my request. 2) The detail job that my newly purchased car received was AWFUL as the attached pictures denote.Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with the exception of the Finance Manager, Ryan McVicker and the Salesperson that I was originally referred to, Horace McMillan who graciously agreed to deliver the mats at my sisters (i.e. She referred me to the dealership as she and her daughter have purchased 4 cars here in total in the past year.) request because she was just as disgusted as I was with Mr. Ordonez and she was concerned for my stress levels in dealing with this matter due to a more pressing personal matter.Lastly, as an individual who has spent 30+ years in careers dependent on providing excellent customer service, I feel totally disrespected by the low level of respect and the total lack of customer service that I received by Mr. Ordonez over some car mats!
DO NOT TRUST them!! They added 1000k to my final invoice for a RESISTall kit being sold on Ebay for 25 dollars!! I should have read the fine print ..but I didnt believe a business would do something like that..but THEY DID! Be very, very careful..I was charged and paying 1000 dollars for a 25 dollar protect leather kit..scammed!!!
Caesar was absolutely perfect 💯. I was expecting to put down a payment and I walked out with no money down. He didnt try to push me on anything different than what I wanted. I got my 2015 Lexus ES350 showroom ready. Im so excited and will recommend him and his team again and again!

I’ve always had a good experience there they’ve always been very accommodating and friendly. However today I called to see what they recommend to do for gas purposes since Lexus takes premium and there is no premium available due to a gas shortage in the south east. The girl was like I’mSorry we can’t tell you what to do. So you’d rather let my car blow up then let me talk to someone just to see what they recommend to do in this situation ? Would of preferred to be transferred to someone who actually works in the service department and not been cut off when I’m trying to take care of my car.
Mr. Clive was very kind & the receptionist rocks also. This was my second Lexus dealership, I went to and they took good care of me.
Stay away from the salesman George. Bottom line he assured me the car is inspected by Lexus inside and out or they wont sell it if its not working good.l took it to Audi and it will cost me hundreds to fix everything. I took it back less than 24 hours. George said what do you want me to do its a used car what do you expect. I cant do nothing and went back inside I will never do business with him again. Lexus is good but stay away from George!!!Since my last review. I want to thank Jobn Taylor and the general manager for making 3 of my issues go away. They did what they said they would and they eased the buying pain tremendously. I still have 1 issue go deal with but th hey did an outstanding job to make things right. Thank you again.

I bought a car here barely 3 months ago what I think is the air compressor is going out, I contacted the manager Karl Magnusson who told me that I should contact the Ford dealership my car is a 2016 Ford Escape why would I contact another dealership where they will charge me a ton. I just paid $12000 cash for this car barely 90 days ago. I’m a single mother I spent my savings on this car only to have no air conditioning. I wish I could give a better review but the customer service we received from the finance department and the GM Bill has got to be the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Just BEWARE after they get your money they don’t care about you AT ALL. The responses that Bill puts under all of these negative reviews is a joke. They DO NOT care about giving you great customer service. They just want to make the deal and then they toss you out with the trash. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Everything went very smoothly and I was impressed that there were no high pressure sales tactics involved (although I was pretty straight forward about my expectations). I would rate this dealership as one of the best I have ever dealt with. Every person I came in contact with was most helpful and answered every question I had. I purchased a Lexus certified pre-owned 2018 ES 350 and gave them my price and we got the deal done. None of the back and forth negotiating. I even got a follow up note from the dealership manager and he answered me back personally when I had a question and he asked what could he do to earn my business. It is a very well run organization and dealership.
The absolute WORSE customer service I have EVER seen. Patrick is new to the business... I get it, he is leaning. Karl on the other hand should know better. They have tried to bait and switch me and get me in several different cars that I do not want. They have had $3000 of my money for weeks and yet to order the car I have asked for. Please do not purchase from Nalley Lexus, there are other Lexus dealerships in town that care about customer service. The GM Bill is as bad if not worse than Karl.

This has to be the worst Lexus dealership I have ever dealt with. My wife and I have owned Lexus for over 10 years. We moved to Atlanta recently and had recalls done on our cars, which recalls would take about 6 hours, that we wouldnt be able to get a loaner car for the duration of the recall. It takes us about an hour to drive there. It takes us an hour to get to the dealership, and I told them we would not be able to come back the same day. The service person had to go to the manger to get approval for us to keep the car less than 24 hours.I have never experienced a Lexus dealership that would ever even question recall work. Dealerships bill Toyota for dealership work. Not only that, it blows my mind that you have to deal with this when you buy a luxury car. I will never buy another car from Nally, and I love Lexus, but it certainly will not be from Nalley.
Came in for a car service. My customer service representative Devin E. was very prompt and professional. I enjoyed the fact that there was a complementary was and detail afterwards. I took off a star because the valet person was a bit rude and seemed like he didn’t have the time to properly direct me anywhere or explain the process. Aside from that hiccup it was a great experience.
Just brought home my 2021 Lexus RC350 F Sport. Love the car and the buying experience at Nalley Lexus Galleria was great. Salesman Michael Yoo worked with us all the way. . I was ready for the stereotypical car dealership experience. This was the exact opposite. The negotiation process was very straightforward. We arrived at a very good deal and he was pleasant to work with. They had to order the car but he kept us informed throughout the process. Michael was 10 out of 10. Tos Cheeson, the Finance Manager, handled the rest of our transaction smoothly and efficiently. He made sure that all of our questiones were answered. He was very friendly and helpful. The experience was made even better when we met Jimmy King, Technology Specialist. Today, cars are like rolling computers. His help was invaluable. He sat in the car with us while walking us through all the important systems and how to set them up for our driving style. His approach was interesting, easy to understand and enjoyable. As we left, both he and Michael offered to answer any additional question that might come up in the future.Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences that we have ever had. I highly recommend Nalley Lexus Galleria in Smyrna. Kudos to Michael, Tos and Jimmy. Thanks for all your help.

I never write reviews, but after the service Mo and the team at Nalley gave me, I had to. Mo was incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful - somebody give that man a raise! He is an excellent asset to your team and truly a delight to work with.
Had Brakes on my Car checked & Service Rep.Kept me posted.Comfortable Waiting Area for Customers W/ Wide Screen T.V.& Lounge W/ Sofas & Coffee Bar.But one thing I would suggest,Asked the Service Rep.if Dealer Stoked Ceramic Pads for my RC350 on Upcoming Brake Service,Soon.Was Told they didnt Stock the Ceramic Pads.Have Used them on my Older Es330 & Very Satisfied W/ the Less Brake dust & Pads Not Heating up as Bad as Metallic & Ceramic pads seem to not Eat up Rotors @ End of their Life,like Metallic pads.
I was looking for my very first vehicle to purchase and it was a huge deal for me. I had a list of requirements and Shelby Davis did an excellent job at assisting me. She took note of all the things I desired in a car and even provided me with other options. Though Lexus did not have my desired vehicle in their inventory, I truly appreciated Shelby’s consistent help along the way. Anyone would be lucky to have her sell them a car! I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I walked away with a car but I would not recommend. I am confused as to why you guys would need to run my credit if I already had a check from the credit union. This has now left an inquiry on my report. I was dealing with a traumatic experience and needed a car so I felt trapped into agreeing to a credit pull. Why could you guys not verify my information via my license? Buyers beware. I would recommend going somewhere else.
