They were very nice and informative. I took my car in to have the transmission looked at, so they ran diagnostics. Everything looked good and they didn’t even charge me. RaeLynn kept in touch with me throughout the day and quickly answered any questions or concerns. They were faster than I thought they would be also.

We worked with Greg at Bickford and had a great experience. We test drove a few trucks. Greg was helpful, patient, and put no pressure on us. When we decided on our 2020 F150 Lariat the purchasing process was easy and low stress. There was none of the shady back and forth on pricing. They were able to give us a great deal. Greg also worked with us to find financing that worked best. Overall a wonderful used truck buying experience. We would definitely come back and use Bickford in the future.

Going to a dealership these days is something that many people dread something my husband and I were not looking forward to until we found the truck we wanted to purchase here at Bickford Ford. Everyone from the moment we walked in the door was kind and courteous asking how her day was and our names before even asking what we were interested in. My husband and I got to work with Mike Mauer and we cannot express enough how awesome it was to work with somebody that was so knowledgeable and laid back, allowing us to make the best decision for ourselves with no pressure. The whole time we were treated like family, they made sure that we were comfortable and understood the whole process through and through. I Know that we will be loving our new to us F350 for the foreseeable future and when we’re ready for another you know Mike will be getting the call!

I was not a fan of truck or car shopping because of all the strange tricks, pressure and games Ive experienced in the past. Russ and Bickford Ford showed me that this was absolutely not the case here!!! Russ acted as a consultant - he had all the answers I needed, made logical recommendations and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I dropped in on my lunch break to take a test drive and place my order, again Russ had everything queued up for me to make it a breeze. He paid close attention to detail to ensure that my order was correct, explained the process and set realistic expectations for me. When my truck came in, I set a time to pick it up - my wife and I walked in, checked out our new rig, did the paperwork and bam! That was it. Super easy, no drama, no pressure and all the information I could have needed was right there. Thanks so much Russ and Bickford Ford, it was well worth the 1+ hour drive for the red carpet treatment we were given. 5 stars, would absolutely do it again when it comes time.

Went to service center for a 30,000 mile service which was really just an oil change and most importantly an air filter change as that part is very difficult to do on your own. After an hour in a half and went to pick up and they informed me that they were out of air filters. What the heck. Could have mentioned that when they confirmed. I had to drive to nappa auto parts and buy a filter my myself and take it back for them to install..they should have went and got the filter..three and a half hours later I was done. Should have went to jiffy lube

Spent 14 thousand dollars for an engine replacement and a power steering pump replacement in a 2004 pickup. An hour after I picked it up, there was loud squealing noise from the engine bay. Apparently, the alternator which I asked them to check out during the engine replacement was in good condition, but after bringing it back to the dealership a week later, they said it was going out along with my serpentine belt which was replaced less than 10k miles ago. They wanted to charge me $700 for a $150 alternator and a $20 belt replacement which took me 1 hour in total to replace. They also replaced an idler pulley, which was nice except the one next to it was in even worse condition. They tore my aftermarket backup camera cable and somehow disabled my driver front speaker. I fixed the speaker but they couldnt fix the aftermarket camera so now Ill need to take it to another place where theyll charge me more to fix the camera and I wont get any reimbursement from Bickford Ford. Gotta love em

The folks at Bickford kept me updated throughout the entire process, and always quickly responded to my inquiries, often immediately, even on their days off. When the Bronco finally arrived there were no surprises and no pushy high pressure sales. Their entire staff works as a team to make the process smooth. They were as excited as I was to put me in my 2021 Bronco. I didnt know anyone there, and had no prior history with them, yet I was treated like a long time customer. My appointment was very quick! I bought the extended warranty plan when I purchased my car which was super smart! Oil change was needed and I needed new wipers. I wanted to wait because it was more important to me to not have to hassle with getting a loaner etc. I was in and out in less than an hour! They also had a nice waiting area so I could still work on my lap top.

Weird... saying ford twice like that...My fears and worries were great, figured I was gonna have maybe a couple thousand in repairs due the noises my F150 was making and other things.These folks found none of my fears, but DID find minimal easy fixes for a couple of the noises I was hearing and only $300! Now I have faith in this shop. I will continue to use Bickford Ford. Honest and reliable.

In the past 18 months, I have had myVehicle serviced twice. Both times, I’ve picked up my vehicle, a new issue surfaces as a result of the maintenance. The first was a check engine light that came on and vehicle ran like garage after because the tech didn’t hook up sensors. The second my vehicle had no power steering after the transmission was reprogrammed.From this most recent service, it took almost 5 days to get an initial estimate and another almost 3 days to complete the work.Don’t waste your time.

This was a great experience! We worked with Erik, who was incredibly helpful. Erik went out of his way to provide updates for the vehicle enroute and answer any questions we had. At finance time nothing was changed from what was agreed upon and there was no pressure at any step of the process. Greg was super patient since I couldnt arrive until nearly closing time...and that was just to look at the truck. Having no idea if I was committed to purchase it yet, he patiently worked with me another 45 minutes while I test drove it. The entire time he was friendly, helpful, and honest about the truck (it was used). The entire process was very pleasant and natural and I enjoyed his sense of humor. Unfortunate sales ethics at this dealership. Called regarding a trucks availability and this dealers location to SeaTac Airport. Before I could ask a single question regarding the truck specifically, I was met with a ...And thats the price you will be paying, seeing as you are calling from out of state and willing to fly up here, over plenty of other trucks, says something about the demand for this truck. We can sell it locally without problem. Very unprofessional approach to working with a serious buyer willing to make a trip to another state to buy a vehicle. The attitude and assumption regarding my vehicle search was not appreciated. I am a fair and honest cash buyer, willing to pay a full $74,000 for a truck, but if the approach to speaking to a customer is to make disrespectful assumptions about their vehicle search, I will take my business elsewhere. My recommendation is to seek out a different dealer. Buying experience is a huge part of seeking out a vehicle, and based on this salesmen approach, that is not their goal here.My goal was to write an informative review, not specifically to damage this dealers business, nor call out the sales associate personally (no name mentioned). It is merely to give the buyers honest feedback regarding my personal experience. After all, your experience may be different, but this one, unfortunately, was mine.Disappointed,Jeremy

What else is there to be said about Bickford Ford than, they are the best car car dealership I have ever worked with. A family run dealership, that works with their customers, and retains those customers for generations. They are honest, and do everything they can to make you happy. Since moving to the area in 2004, I have bought now 3 vehicles from Dan Hudson at Bickford. He is not only a great human being, but he is also a great person to work with when buying a new car or truck. He has been working with my wife for the past 2 years to coordinate the purchase, and surprising of me with a 2021 Mach-E First Edition. And in my eyes, it went off perfectly. Mixed bag experience for the past few times! Most recent was an oil change and tire rotation which had issues on a new vehicle. Upon pick up they said they could not read my tire pressure correctly which lead to a TPMS warning and suggested I replace my valve stems at 11,900 miles on a new truck. Drove it home with the warning light on and corrected tire pressure to manufactures specification and warning light went off. In talking with the dealership they said they tried 3 different air gauges and they would not read the air pressure. I have one on my air compressor and a tire gauge which both were able to read the exact same tire pressure the vehicle was staying. Your guess is as good as mine but I have to question their quality control on the work that they do as I was able to correct the issue right away.Had my truck in earlier in the year and they dinged my door handle and scratched my truck with only 500 miles on it and did not tell me After multiple trips back to the dealership they admitted doing it and made the necessary repairs once reviewing video however it took two trips back to have them redo the poor quality work. I was without my truck 9 days with no rental car offer or sincere apology.Unfortunately they are the closest dealership to where I live and if I need warranty work they are the most convenient. That said I would closely review the work they do……..

Couldnt be happier with using Snohomish Bickford. Our salesman, Dave was so easy to work with. Very accommodating and not pushy at all. Dave answered all of our questions with great responses and had a few really good tips for dealing with our bank. Jason in the loan dept. Was also top notch. Very informative and didnt try to upsale us on anything we didnt need. We did end up buying coverage on all of the electronics in our 2019 Expedition Max Platinum because it was affordable and made sense. Most importantly, the price was one of the best ive seen for what we bought and the amount of miles on it.

I brought the truck in to have it analyzed on Wednesday I called several times to see how it was going and never got a reply until the manager called me at 6:30 at night to tell me that they’d have to have it over for another day I called later the next day at 4 o’clock to find out if it was gonna be ready and I didn’t get a response I called the guy at five and he said we’re just doing the paperwork now and I’d have to pick it up the next day I came in the next day to pick it up and no one volunteered To explain the information that I was handed can I ask for some explanation I called today to make an appointment and was told that I’d have to talk to the manager in order to make an appointment at that point I took it to a different dealership

They dont listen to you at all, went in for an oil change, told the receptionist that I did not need my tires rotated as they are less than two weeks old, and they did it anyway! And charged me for it if course.Also wanted to be scheduled to have something else looked at on my car and was not even offered a chance to schedule it!I will not go back there.

Just another car dealership. I was hoping my experience at Bickford Motors would be good enough to feel comfortable returning to buy more vehicles for my business. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After finding the perfect truck, agreeing to a price (full price), purchasing some extra parts (full price), and securing financing through my credit union, Bickford did something called spot delivery or yo yo sale. This means they didnt secure my loan before I drove the vehicle off the lot. When the deal didnt go through (after already cashing my down payment) they called me asking for $3K more. What was most frustrating was that I had increased my initial down payment based on their recommendation to secure a lower rate. Moreover, come to find out, Bickford could buy down my loan for $400 to fix their mistake (the difference between the two rates) but didnt because they didnt really care about me - their customer - just angling for more cash and securing the profit from their sale. In the end, my credit union took care of the discrepancy. Be weary if you shop here.

I got ahold of Bickford Commercial Service for a second opinion/bid for work that another dealer had diagnosed at a very high $ amount. Dan the service manager gave me a much lower quote over the phone for the exact items I told him the other dealer said needed to be done. As it turned out, once I took my truck to Bickford, they diagnosed a much simpler issue and remedied the problem for 1/6th the cost that I was told it would cost me from the other dealer. I told both Dan and the mechanic (I don’t remember his name for sure but I think it might have been Buzz or something like that) how happy I am that I got ahold of them. I did have to wait a couple of weeks to get my truck in but it was totally worth the wait.

Bickford Ford always does a great job on our vehicles. Great staff! Took our car there for the “Works” oil change, lube and inspection. They found that one of the tires was low on pressure due to a nail. They fixed the tire no charge. I am very pleased with Bickford Ford.

Was excited to get truck washed with service. Asked for it. Left it there instead of waiting so they could have time to do it Came back to a dirty truck. Rep informed me they are busy prepping for construction - so all hands on deck, no time for wash. Lol, except for the guys washing trucks right outside the window. She did offer to have it washed after I pointed that out, but Id have to wait. Petty, but it touched a nerve. -1 star. The other star? At my last service (33k-ish miles) they couldnt rotate my tires because the factory lug nuts were swollen. Thank God I didnt have a flat tire or Id have needed a tow truck. They told me to go buy new ones 3rd party, which I did. Apparently thats a very common issue with Ford trucks. Im blown away they wouldnt replace those for free or cheap considering the problems people are going to get down the road.Those things aside, the place is well staffed, has tons of vehicles, is convenient.

Had a great experience! Jake didnt come off as pushy at all and didnt try to minimize or our concerns. He seemed to sympathize with them and offered solutions. He was very pleasant through the whole process. He even suggested not trading our car in because the current market is great for private party sales...we took his advice and sold our old car later that same day likely for twice what he could have offered on trade-in. He also helped us through the intricacies of a private party sale. Never have experienced a car sales person like him. Was very personable, helpful, sincere and not pushy. Id like to rate them higher, but the diagnosis and repair of my truck was just a bit all over the place. They did just fine servicing the AC, 4x4 vacuum system, power steering, and differential. However, there was also some squeaking reported they identified as bed spring isolators needing servicing. They did this and claimed the squeak was gone - but it was certainly still there after picking up the truck. The truck also came away with a very apparent new grinding noise. So, this required the truck going back in - they said a caliper got misaligned and rubbed the rotor. The squeaking got traced back to an after-market part on the tailgate - so not the isolators as originally assumed. There was also a miscommunication on picking up the truck that required us to make an additional 1hr round-trip. Everything ultimately got fixed up, but it just seems they didnt really do a road test or fully verified some of the initial diagnosis and it required us taking an additional 3hrs total of round-trips as a result. Ill be giving the Kirkland center a try moving forward, but wont rule out coming back - they just need to be a little more crisp in their service.

We found a car at Bickford. We are out of state but use to live in the area. I knew of Bickfords reputation so we visited and drove the car. We made an offer and bought the car.. Since my son had to come up afterwards to pickup car it made things a little complicated. The staff at Bickford made it very easy. Our Salesman Greg Linn did an external job. Just a regular Dealer, no family or any special deals are available and they will try anything to take your dollars. I wouldnt drive that far again unless you really have no other choice. I am giving two stars for cleanliness and I guess they were friendly.

Brought my F150 in for a couple items, Sandy, my service advisor, helped me sort out the immediate repairs necessary and recommended future service. My vehicle wasnt ready as expected, however Sandy provided a loaner vehicle and communicated consistently. I truly appreciate the great customer service.
