Gentlemen working in the Parts center was absolutely brilliant in his customer service. Prompt, super friendly and genuine. He offered advice on how I can install my part or easily. Definitely gave creedence to the reputation that Bickford seems to enjoy with so many.

Definitely one of the better dealerships around. Oil changes are always done properly and fluids topped off. People here are nice! The only problem is scheduling an oil change. You can never get anyone to answer the service department phone, and when you leave a message, they don’t call back. You just have to call throughout the day in hopes that you get through.

Sent the truck in for recall work. Also asked them to take a look at my cv boot and see if my issue is under warranty. They didnt reply to me about the warranty question said the boot didnt look bad and their price quote for repair was x3 more then my local trusted mechanic. Got home and my issue had compounded was worse then the phone call implied. I am Firefighter that needs my rig to get me to work. Maybe the sales department is fantastic but the service person i spoke with was not.
