Great company and excellent customer service!

I have been here several times, for my house, my shed and misc parts. They have always be good and fast.

I was totally impressed with the entire team of this roofing service company. The person in charge answered all my queries and every step of the process was informed before the execution. Communication with their office was also very courteous and professional. I would surely recommend them to others.

I do not recommend this company. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. Its been a month and a half and still no call about the vinyl siding I supposedly had ordered. I have called multiple times but always get a we will call you back I have to look into that. No one has called me back. We will not be using them for future business. I will be going to Lansing on Bothell Everett highway I have heard good things

Loved that they have a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff..I love that not all prices are set in stone, and they had flexibility with pricing, and were willing to negotiate some of the pricing so I could stay around my budget and also get what I was looking for..Love being able to feel like I got some kind of a deal..Again great people and environment.. I have done business with ABR for over 30 years and continue to do so, Not every order goes According to plan But thats just like everything, Nobodys perfect people, Thats right not even you, But I feel that ABR tries just as hard as everybody else, And they make good coffee, So as long as they keep trying Im going to keep buying,

They gave me a great price and service on an Infinity deck railing, plus lots of advice on my roofing projects.

Used to be a customer oriented place before beacon took over all prices have skyrocketed and the little guys roof load gets bumped due to him not having a huge load. They only care about money now NOT the customer.
