I had to return to this store because no matter what I did, I couldnt get my iPhone activation working. So I came back and was greeted by Tre who, when having the time, between juggling customers, quickly determined that I needed a new Sim card. I was both impressed with Tre, who doesnt miss a beat .. and the fact that I left with a smile on my face,,, 😎

Came in to get a new phone and plan. I was looking for help choosing a plan and deciding between an iPhone 11 and an XR. I cant remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he was pushy, talked over me, and said extremely strange demeaning things. I was creeped out, and left halfway through our conversation. I was also the only customer in the shop with an appointment, but he helped 4 people before helping me, and I waited for around 45 minutes. Because of this interaction I decided with a different phone and carrier entirely. Bad experience all around.

My wife and I have visited the Snohomish location on many occasions. Every time we left the store as very satisfied customes. Whether as a new phone owners or with our questions answered by very courteous employees. Thanks.

This store is amazing The staff is super helpful and not pushy sales people. They are the reason that I go back to them versus other stores and especially going to a corporate store. Their manager Dajan is awesome and friendly and super knowledgeable.

The store was super busy when we arrived but Trey did a great job of taking care of all of the customers that were there. He helped us navigate and figure out what route was best for our cell phone situation. We are very pleased with the service we received. Ive been a Verizon customer for more than 25 years, and have been to several Verizon stores over these past years. I found Tray to be the most helpful customer service person that I have ever worked with!He knew the products and walked me through the complicated process of purchasing two new phones, switching all the data and activating them. I went into this store to purchase a new phone and expected it to be a simple process. I had a couple of issues with the phone I had mostly because I had not backed the phone up in a long time. Treymon was fantastic. I had a rrally old phone and was forced into an upgrade. I was reluctant to pay for a phone but he gave me a lot of great options and helped me choose the best one. I also had a lot of hurdles with my phone that required a couple hours pf attention to get it switched over. He was patient and kind the entire time. This guy is great and I plan to go back anytime I need phone

I needed to replace/trade in my old phone after over two years of use. I was pleasantly greeted by an associate named Michael. I let him know how much I wanted to spend and what features were most important to me for my new phone. He went to work right away, showing me what fit my budget/needs. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant and upfront about everything I asked regarding the phones he presented me with.I made my decision, told him how last time I bought a phone there I was frustrated because the associate who was supposed to have transferred all of the info on my phone did not do so, discovered later after I had gone home.Michael went above and beyond making sure to get everything transferred over. He spend a good two hours, even double-checking it was all correct, while remaining courteous and professional. We were able to go and run a few errands while he took care of things for us.I was very impressed with this young man!This Snohomish location has been my go-to when I need help with little things I am having issues understanding. The staff has always been great to work with. If you want excellent service, ask for Michael. ..

The VZW store in snohomish is the best store ever the store manager and employees that have worked there, are knowledgeable and honest. When I leave with my phone, I feel confident that it will work the way I want it to.

Customer service over the phone from home was nonexistent, as we could not get an actual person, so we headed for the retailer and he was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Very courteous, attentive, super helpful and resolved the issue within minutes!!

My iPhone 5s was old and broken. I stopped in and was immediately met by Dakota a very experienced sales rep. I told him I wanted a phone to match the size of my 5s and the least expensive. He offered up the iPhone SE. it was the perfect solution for me! He didn’t try to sell me a phone I didn’t need like the other locations had tried to do. He was able to do a full transfer of data from my old phone. It was by far the most satisfying experience I’ve had in dealing with phones. Dakota is absolutely top-notch!! Ask for him when you call or walk in. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional!

The best Verizon store around. The staff is beyond awesome. Trey is definitely my go to guy. I had 2 favorites but sadly the store lost a great co worker a while back. Smokey passed away pretty unexpectedly. I miss his bigger than life personality and smile when I go into the store. All the others there are super too.

I had a wonderful experience working with the associates at this location. They were extremely patient while working with my account. I had a very old account and they took their time and found ways for me to save significant amount of money on my monthly account. In addition they helped me find the right phone that would allow me to utilize all its functionality in my daily work. Bad service for a loyal customer for more than 15 yrs

Saturday evening I had dropped my phone in the sink. At 7:45pm I raced to this location. 10 minutes before they were to close 3 young gentle men greeted me and immediately started to assess my situation. I needed a new phone and fast. They explained to me my new phone and started activating it. These 3 guys are Awesome!!!! Excellent customer service and Wonderful people skills. They were able to calm my panicked nerves. The guy that hooked up my phone had stayed over his shift by an hour.Isaac, Dakota and Jordan thank you so much for your fast and professional help. All 3 deserve a raise. But Isaac I have to give you a heartfelt THANK YOU!!! You stayed well past closing and made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated your help more than you know. To think you stayed late when you shouldve started your vacation.BIG THANK YOU GUYS

Everything was great until I want to get my phone back the very next day he told me it was gone and so I called customer service and they told me that I asked for a tracking number and he told me he would see if he could have it back next day amazingly he call meback half hour later and told me it was there I feel like I was lied to dont go there

Nice people here. Helpful, efficient, friendly. They helped me with an equipment transfer to a new owner. The rep there even disinfected my phone before all of that happened. Id go there next time I have any verizon needs. Only issue is that parking was a bit dicey. Surprisingly few available spaces considering the total number.

Everytime I come into this store I receive 10 stars service even though you only offer 5 stars. The staff is cheerful and exceptionally knowledgable. I have traveled to many different stores, sometimes driving 80 miles one way. This is the best store in Western Washington.

Says on the internet new Sim cards are provided for free from Verizon store and Authorized dealers of their products. In last 2 weeks, purchased 3 new phones, took one to your establishment last week and had no problem. Today took 2 more up for Sim cards and was told they are 20 dollars a piece. What the heck? Driving to the Verizon store.

Today was my second time coming into this store for a new phone, and both visits have been met with exceptional customer service. Trey helped me out from start to finish, gave me a great deal on the phone, reduced the cost of my plan, and downloaded an app to transfer all the the info from my Android to my new iphone. Fast service with no BS.

I would never go to another phone store. The guys that work at the store are the most informative, helpful and non-pressuring salesman I have ever encountered. They are always willing to help and help solve any problem I have. I have used this store for over 6 years and will continue to. Shout out to Tre and his boys.

Great verizon store....Everything you need with excellent customer service!

I give this location two stars instead of one as a gift. I have attempted to complete a transaction with this store more than three times. I have encountered sparse, untrained and flat out rude service from this location every time. Its one thing or another. If you need advice on or about your service they will ask you to call Verizon or send you to a corporate store. It seams that if you are not buying a phone or an accessory they dont give a care. I have given them three chances to help, fail, fail and for the third and final time FAIL. Go to the corporate stores, they are held at a higher standard and are directly responsible for their interactions with clients. I kwow they are busy and you might have to wait, but trust me, its worth it. These outlet stores are a joke and should be shut down. If they dont and wont care, they should lose our business. I will be looking at the other main carriers. I have purposely notupgraded our four phones or our home package because of the wild $400 bills that have been coming in. Shop your carriers wisely, Verizon wireless has been ripping me a new one for years.

Poor checking of ID and lack of implementation of security measures when making sales. High dollar amount of fraudulent charges placed on my Verizon account. When I discovered this, I was told to contact the fraud Dept....they couldnt watch camera film, etc, and that was pretty much all. Maybe commission is more valuable than a customers security? Certainly seems more important than customer care or service. Beware!
