This was my favorite Fred Meyer and I was excited to shop here again after having moved back into town, but I was shocked to see mask compliance dismally low. Only about 50% of customers were wearing masks this last weekend and many employees stocking had theirs off or were wearing them improperly. Masked employees were even chatting casually with the unmasked customers without a care. Compared to the Eastside, where stores have about 95% compliance, this is horrible and its making me regret moving back to the area as many businesses here are openly disregarding the health and safety of their customers.

One of the best stores overall. The staff is awesomely friendly here. I want to specifically mention Nick and the store manager/ HR manager here, they are the most friendly folks Ive ever come across. Kudos for restoring my faith in humanity.

The meat dept is terrible. I have tried multiple times to get good meat and I am always dissatisfied. The pharmacy is a joke!! They will always tell you how “swamped” they are as an excuse for not getting medications out in a timely matter. I’ve never seen a pharmacy take 4 days of me coming in everyday to pick up a simple cream for my daughter and them telling me there were too busy. I hate Fred Meyers! Shop Haggen.

Clicklist is a joke. I’ve sat up to 45 min lately waiting. The other day my pickup was scheduled for 3 pm and they called me at 2:40 after I was already in the parking lot to tell me it was going to be another hour. I asked to speak with the manager and he was so rude and condescending and didn’t offer any kind of customer service reimbursement. I spend a lot of money in this store but no more. I’ll go to Safeway.

What can I say? It is Freddys. Has what I needed but I probably paid a bit more for the convenience.

The manager here clearly doesnt care about its staff or customers. I am in this store every day Monday - Friday and the mask mandate is not enforced at ALL. People who are anti-mask flock here and they know that they are not only welcome, but no one will say anything to them and they will still be able to shop here and do whatever they want. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK.

Whenever i buy booze here your employee “Lesley” makes sure to comment on the fact I look 12 years old. i hate this place.

On 2/5/21, I purchased gas at Fred Meyer Snohomish in the amount of $33.01. On 2/8/21, my Visa statement reflected 2 charges of $33.01. I went to the store with a copy of the double charge and was told to contact BECU there was nothing FM could do. Now I must file a Dispute with my Visa provider along with documentation to reflect the duplicate charge. Anticipated time to resolve is 30 days! In addition I will be writing a scathing letter to the manager at the store, this is blatant irresponsibility and poor business practice as they have now alienated a loyal customer of this store since they originally opened. The evidence is plain, it does not take a mental giant to see it was their mistake.2/17/21Happy to report that Fred Meyer discovered their error and credited the $33.01 to my Visa account. Thank you FM for doing the right thing.

Unfortunate that every time I come into the store at least %20 of the people I see are not wearing masks. The only checkout stand that was open (other than self check out, which I had over 20 items) was occupied by 2 maskless shoppers. I turned around to go over to self checkout, even though I had bags of dog food and didn’t want to have to pick them up and self scan them... and in self checkout there were four people standing at the self checkout also not wearing masks. Ridiculous that cases are so high in snohomish county, and the management at this location is not enforcing the statewide mask mandate. Seems like the management here doesn’t care about public safety, or the safety of there own employees.

Always a great selection. Wonderful soup and salad bars. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a large craft beer section. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love the remodel!! Its gorgeous and so much more comfortable to shop with the wider aisles. Plus its fun seeing things Ive never seen before because of the new locations. I dont sweat my usual items not being in their old locations because your phone app is amazing and tells me where everything is. I love the Fred Meyer app so much!! Super permissive toward anti mask culture, allowing people to enter on a super busy Sunday without any semblance of a mask at all while I’m watching senior citizens with masks on just try to get groceries. This is the last place I’d ever go to get groceries moving forward.

Love this store! Kyler at the registers is super sweet that my family loves to go to his line even if it’s long. Naomi at the bakery, super helpful and sweet when I asked so many question ordering a cake. With the change of layout, I had another associate at the self check out show me how to use my app to look for things I need. App is amazing too by the way, in store or grocery pick up.The only flaw this store has is the lady Sara who works at customer service. She doesn’t have that at all. My mother went to the customer service desk to send money to family in the Philippines via Western Union. Mother was looking at how to spell my cousin’s name, it’s weird with an X in it somewhere. She tells my mother to put down her phone or she will not continue the transaction. My little Asian mother told her she was looking up how to spell my cousin’s name. So then this Sara girl tells my mother that she’s being suspicious because she’s on her phone.I went to Fred Meyer myself to send the money and I was on my phone looking up the spelling too and she didn’t call me suspicious or tell me to put my phone down.So I talked to a manager, David. Like any other manager he listened and apologized on her behalf. He acted like any other manager which I’m thankful he listened. But this girl needs retraining on customer service and the Western Union policies. We use Western Union monthly to help out family and charities in the Philippines.I still love this Fred Meyer and I will continue to shop here because it’s convenient and ALL the employees are so sweet and helpful (except Sara at customer service).

If you want to get AMAZING ORGANICS, this is your place to go. And their build your own salad bar is spot on for any kinda of salad you can think of. They also have kombucha on tap to fill your growler.

I went to get gas and it was pouring down rain. I didnt notice the sign on the gas station until the employee rudely pointed it out and had attitude with me. I cant read a soaked piece of notebook paper. This isnt the first time I have dealt with rude employees at this store.

Our family loves coming here because of its large selection of fresh fruits 🍎 and vegetables 🌽 and a price that allows us to save money on quality goods. You can pretty much find anything you need for your entire household here from lawn and garden to clothes. 😊

Great for one stop shopping...competitive food alcohol, and fuel prices. Close to highway, Home Depot, Restaurants, one of thee better Fred Meyer locations...and a spacious parking lot.

I like just about everything at Fred Meyer: the best pricing, self-serve checkout (for those who like it), and one stop shopping in many cases. My one reservation is how much they have been pushing their own brands. Lots of stores do this and I frequently buy the Kroger brand anyway because the quality is as good as name brands...I just miss the reduced selection.

The workers are very helpful and friendly. But...they dont have as much variety in products, as the Monroe store has.Update: I have no idea whats going on with this store, as it gets worse.Their meat department STINKS!!! I noticed the smell before, but yesterday was horrible. It actually made me gag. Smells like dead animals. Also, they got rid of the more sturdier plastics and replaced it with those tiny ones from the produce department. Those plastic bags rip easy and doesnt cover even a small package of meat, so the blood will leak all over rest of your groceries.They re-organized the store a few months ago and now certain items are hard to find, especially dairy, as its not in one place, but all over the store.Not to mention, if two cashiers are open, you are lucky. Long lines.They want you to use the self service checkout and if you need help, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for it.

Excellent bakery staff and gorgeous cakes! Back in March I called to order my sons first birthday cake. The one I wanted was discontinued but the bakery was able to make a special order from the Monroe store and had the kit brought to snohomish. I know this is not always what can be done but I appreciated how She took the time to call me back to confirm.

I love Fred Meyer and exclusively shopped there because of their natural food section. I could go to one place and find everything I needed. Now they remodeled and mixed it in with everything else so it’s hard to find and doubles the time it takes me to shop. I can’t find all the items I’ve come to love. I’ll be paying a little extra to go to Sprouts in Mill Creek from now.

Went into the electronics section to talk to them about laptops. There was 2 people working and no one else in the section. Still took about 10 min for them to see that I was there, even though they looked over at me a few times. After asking for help and not getting offered neither one knew the password to get into the laptops to see how they worked. After finding it I asked the women what was the main differences in the two in front of me. She picked up the card in front of it and read me what I have already read... I’m not saying they have to know everything about the laptops but a bit of basic info would help a lot, one was touch screen and the other one was not. She was trying to touch the non touch screen one repeatedly without it working... then blamed the computer for not working with touch Technology Because it had just started. When I say repeatedly I mean a solid two minutes of touching this things screen before coming up with excuses Why it wasn’t working. Being there for the 10 min not being helped I knew more about this two computers then the person trying to sell them to me, mostly on the fact I had to tell her that it was not touch screen... The one I was looking at buying on September 26th 2019 at 5:45 in the evening was around $500.00. I’ll be taking my business anywhere else.... you would think for $500 I wouldnt have to train there staff when I have little to no knowledge about laptops myself.

I was at Fred Myers in Snohomish this morning during senior shopping and found the rest rooms dirty and clerks rude and unfriendly and not helpful. Prices not marked for many items. And shelves not stocked. I went from there to Haggens in Lake Stevens and found everything I was looking for,prices well marked and employees helpfulAnd friendly. Also distancing etc.

I always love coming here for my household needs. The associates are helpful and courteous.

Love the store. But hate that they force you to use self check out due to not having enough cashiers. It seems to be getting worse. If this continues I’ll be doing all my shopping at haggens.Today they had two check stands open and there were honestly 4 employees around the self check out doing “stuff” I don’t understand.

Open up more main lines, self checkout is a pain!I like shopping here. I wish the natural section was still separate since now it takes me longer to shop with the remodel.Also the more self service lanes makes it a slower wait now. Customers are not fast checkers and makes it more of a wait In line. The employees arent as nice and they used to be. Its a nice clean store though and good sales.

The staff named Ms Morris was restocking some stuff inside the store and was making it clear to everyone that she was having a bad day. She was whispering side comments and making a loud angry sigh if shoppers are getting into her way while she’s trying to get her job done which we customers find so unprofessional. This staff is one of a kind from the rest of them. She’s truly a nightmare!

This has been my main grocery store for 4 years. While I love the remodel overall, it has greatly reduced the cashiers available. There are now constantly lines back to the aisles every time I go in, even at like 11am on a weekday. As a parent who shops with little ones, waiting in line is a deal breaker. Little kids lose their minds while waiting. It seems like a poor design at a store where a lot of people come to stock up on groceries. We will be taking our bulk shopping elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

Amazing store!! It’s by far the cleanest Fred Meyers I’ve ever been to. The staff is on top of their game, both friendly and ready to help! They actually know where things are located and what they’re talking about!! I live in sultan but sometimes I would make the drive because I’d rather go here then the monroe Fred Meyer! If you’re thinking about this place, do it!! You won’t regret it.

Out of paper bag until the 1st of January. Conveniently, thats the same day Snohomish bans plastic bags. How odd.. must be a coincidence.Edit: there were paper bags under the bagging station but they were not for me.. ffs.

We love shopping at this Fred Meyers. Theres always parking and the customer service has never been terrible. We typically can find whatever we need where we need to and the store is kept clean and organized. What more can you ask for from a store that has just about everything you could ever be looking for in one location.

I went to the gas pumps and realized that my wallet was gone! Called to cancel my cards and all that, but only had $1.50 in change lying around - after explaining to the employee why I was paying with pocket change,, he graciously offered to prepay my pump $10! Nice deeds are so few and far between.... I will most definitely be shopping there again!

Im sorry to say this but I saw 20% of people in the store are straight up not wading a mask at all it makes me really concerned. I was in there 20 minutes and I saw no less then 6 people without masks at all. This is a covid epicenter if I ever saw one.

Always out of stock. Out if cabbage on St Patricks day. Out of Ginger and shallots a week before Christmas. Out of free range eggs. Out of nitrate free bacon. Never in my life have I ever shipped anywhere with so many chronic out of stock and a staff that never send to think its a big deal.

I cant say enough about Fred Meyer. I worked there in the 90s and its been my favorite store ever since. The customer service is great and the prices beat almost every store, especially with the online app coupons.

Located in a nice town center near some great restaurants. This place has a good selection of clothes, home goods, and food. Worth stopping if your in the area.

Its a pretty good store because they have everything but the staff is hard to find and once you do, they are not very willing to help. The apparel areas are completely abandoned.

Standard Kroger Fred Meyer store. What I like especially about this store are the people who work here. They have friendly, knowledgeable, efficient employees who are always willing to help with any search or question I have. Good selection of anything you might need for both food and general household needs.

I love the variety of organic options, fresh, canned, and frozen. The variety of all items to meet your needs is great at this location. Only down side it gets busy and parking can be hard to find.

This Fred Meyer always has pleasant people working and is usually always stocked with great items. Never disappoints! Often times I will go out of my way to come to the Snohomish location due to how awesome the staff is.

Fred Meyer is an amazing store that has just about everything you need. I definitely recommend this store because you can almost always find what you need here.

Courteous cashiers. Enough cashiers as the lines are always small. Excellent food and varieties to choose from. Prices very compatible with other stores in our area.

We buy almost all of our groceries here. This location has good selection and nice staff. Parking lot is easy to maneuver.

Over all they have good prices, I shop for the discount. With eight people in our house I need all the help I can get. By the way I receive no welfare. We live on a combined income of 75, gross. If you let the government give you there to many strings. We are tea party people. We pay 22% income tax now. Much better then the 28 we were paying. I THANK GOD FOR TRUMP. I now keep an extra $4000 a year, I know its just a pittance butt that is school clothes and shoes for 4 children. Matainance on the car and maybe a new set of tires for the car. I know it might be a meal for Patty Murry or Cantwell but it is a big deal for those of us who actually work 5 to 6 days a week, not like 2-3 days and steel millions form all of us who work hard for a mere living.

I can always find what Im looking for at Fred Meyers.If you need prescriptions, they have really great prices in medications also. Im saving over $200.00 a month by switching to FM pharmacy. Yeah! !!

Ran in for one item that was on sale but rung up at full price,the checker was so nice we walked back together a checked the price and sure enough it was on sale,we talked as we walked and it was an enjoyable experience despite the inconvienece as we arrived at the checkout once again the next customer asked me how I was doing to which I replied better now and explained that minutes ago I had ran out of gas on the way,he out of no where offered to pay for my item!!! Such nice folks here I will only shop here from now on!!! What a day!!😆

Just picking up a prescription. The tech always shows me the bottle to make sure I have the right one. NOT this time. I had to take the bottle and look. One time they had my name with an Rx I have never taken. Makes me wonder how often this happens

Fred Meyer is owned by Kroger, as are Quality Foods, Frys, and others. This store is simular to a Walmart Superstore in that it has everything from groceries to lawn furniture, plants, pots and pans, hardware, and an eclectic selection of many other products. Its a very easy store to shop in and the staff is quit helpful. Most products are national brands so they are the same as youd get elsewhere but prices are the frequently lower. However, weve shopped this store many times and my wife feels that their fresh meats are, in general, of a lower quality. Ive heard the same comment from others.

Has gotten much better at having enough checkout people, raising stars. Hope it stays that way, I always like shopping there, they have Boars Head deli meat which if you are from the East Coast is considered the best so we always go back at least for that, but lately they have more checkout people so we are doing more regular shopping there since the shake up with Safeway and Albertsons. Who dont have Boars Head as far as we know.

Fred meyer is usually good! My only issue is that they commonly run out of sale items, but overall a very good store.

Consistent friendly customer service. Sometimes clerks checking out your groceries can be a bit slow, but theres adequate self checkout stations which move quickly.

Geez this place has gone down hill alot since Ive lived in Snohomish county. The parking lot is always littered with trash and shopping carts, police and ambulances.The store is trying so hard to get customers to use their automated check out system which is annoying and never functions properly an example- Im bringing my own bags and the darn robot cant compute it! I much prefer real tellers and hope that other customers will start to refuse to use the automatic check outs.I can never find anything in just one round, Im constantly going from one end to the other just to find 1 item that could be in 1 of three places. And lastly the clothing department used to have a great slection for those who are Tall, not anymore theyve become very generalized with poor quality slections. In 1 washing their product falls apart.

We grocery shop here quite often, they have a huge selection of Organic produce. Its conveniently located and its nice to be able to buy some clothes for the kids, outdoor supplies for the house, books and grocery shop at the same time.

Great place for any kind is shopping. In and out quick. Even on holidays.

Today was not the best day. Only one checker and 7 people in line to check out. Finally they got 2 more checkers. That is not the norm I must say but those waiting in line were upset.
