We have since bought tires elsewhere and will not patronize this business. The telephone customer service skills of Martha leave much to be desired. She was rude and all too quick to judge my wifes situation before asking questions. She subsequently sent two vile text messages referring to my wife as a stupid woman and an expletive which was not spelled out.

Good atmosphere and the people were very helpful. I had stopped at 2 other places in the same town and none of them had any tires that were the right size. Was in-and-out quick.

Bill, owner of Bills Westside 66, and his wife Candace were on their way out to celebrate the July 4th holiday when they answered the call from 3 Yankees from PA (my son and mother were w/ me) to repair a flat tire. AAA said they couldnt find a station open. They were the only people to return our call. They were quick, polite, and reasonable considering being called out on a holiday. We were able to continue our trip to San Antonio for the 4th!! Thanks again!!
