The store employee did not ask if we needed a phone case or screen protector before we paid out. Then I was told that there was a purchase 2 items get one free. When the employee scanned the items the reply was sorry you have to purchase this item. I feel that with the new phone purchased and the other two items purchased that I should have received a free item. I will not be returning back to this store!

Horrible AT&T service in snyder. Just moved to Snyder and have a new job in Colorado City. Neither of these Cities have service. The company recommended me to find a new carrier. However I am still obligated my installments on my phone which are almost $900. No assistance or payment plans. They arent your friend and dont care about customer satisfaction. Yet they offered to pay for my service until I finish my installments. But this doesnt help without service.

They are very good at what they do! I had one phone go down, swapped out phones. For some reason AT&t corporate didnt like it, but my local store here was able to take care of me and get me back to wasting time on my phone in no time!

Agent mislead me about trade-in promo. I traded my old device in November, 2020, for a new one, and was told it would be free. Instead AT&T has been billing me for equipment since. I called AT&T Loyalty Dept., & was promised that 2 different Managers would be contacting me. They did NOT!!! Therefore when my contract expires Ill be switching to Verizon because of being scammed by your carrier!

My bill sky rocketed after my last interaction in the store, very disappointed. Was told I would get free HBO max with the elite plan and it has stopped working also.

Staff is very knowledgeable, and assisted me with my new phone in a timely manner. I am definitely going back when its time to upgrade again. They have several phone protection cases and screen protectors in stock, as well as the newest available phones.

The Manager knew how to answer my questions, and resolve all of the issues I was having. Very happy that we have a Corporate Store here !!

AT & T told me on the phone to go to a AT & T store take my real estate license to get the 25% discount, drove to Snyder, clerk and manager said they couldn’t find a discount for that, I needed to call AT& T and get the fan number.Excuse me I thought I was at a AT& T store snd they cannot call and find out ?

The young lady that I spoke with was extremely helpful answered all my questions with a smile she seemed very patient even though I asked the same question over and over LOL she did not want to get upset with me or made me feel unwelcome whats the prices and the service are unbeatable
