The big white lady in the pharmacy was insanely rude and condescending. Everyone else in the store was awesome but I have never had such a rude attitude in customer service.Never coming back again.

I called in a prescription at 9:00 a.m. . They told me it would be ready in an hour. I came at 3:00 p.m. . I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. They told me the prescription wasnt ready yet and it would be another hour before it was ready.

The main store is fine but the pharmacy is a joke. Such bad customer service, and they always seem to have an attitude with you.

Friendly and helpful staff

Stopped in about two years ago and met an older gentleman who was the Manager. Best customer service I have seen in 20 years. Thanks for helping us out.

Upon entering I was met with a bright white light cheery atmosphere. Store is well kept with ordered shelves and polished concrete flooring. End caps were structured impressively. I was unsure of where one product was. A staff member saw this, put down his work, ended his conversation with another employee and immediately took me to the products location saving me valuable time. Checkout was easy with the cashier giving pleasant conversation making me feel valued as a person.

Not very customer friendly. They closed the store early while I was there and they would not allow me to complete my single-item purchase.

Pharmacy is great, love that they have a drive thru to pick up or drop off your prescriptions. Makes it helpful when you have small children. The Walgreens app is great also, when I need to check if I have any refills left, need to order a refill, what medication I have gotten there in the past and the automatic refill on my monthy medication then send me a text or call to remind me to pick it up before I run out. Everyone has been so nice and helpful.

I love Walgreens . The staff is so polite and helpful . They go out of there way to insure you have a good shopping experience. They also have excellent sales . For instance we buy all of our soda pop there its way cheaper than anywhere else.

Drop off prescription and told would be 30 mins...show up 40 mins later and told would be another 20 mins..maybe stop saying things you cant make happen...

Horrible prices long waits over priced meds staff is not very knowledgeable about the store or products manager acts like to busy to care about customer care

Walgreens in Soldotna pharmacy has the worst customer service they are dumber than a box of rocks it take over 24 hours to refill a prescription do not go there..they are too busy talking to their friends on the phone rather than helping the customers get their prescriptions.....do not go there to get your prescriptions !!!!!!!!!! It only takes 10 minutes for Fred Meyers to refill your prescription and send you a text message letting you know your prescription is ready Walgreens is worthless!!!!!!
