The chap thats forced to work there day in and day out despite being a TD slave remains in hi spirits and is always as helpful as he can be. I know these guys got a bad rap from the dumb fake this or that but they have learned there lessons obviously and are running a great tobacco store. I had a torch break and he replaced it without the broken one and without a receipt no questions asked. I also like the fact theyll barter with you item pending...and not tobacco obviously.......

I always stop by for everyones favorite dip and cigarettes on my way back from visiting with family. We will all continue to shop at Tobacco Distress for the attention to detail, the friendliness and care. I have a child with severe food allergies, you might be thinking,Why does this matter for a tobacco shop?!They used to hand out tootsie pops for the kids. I always had to decline, because of my allergen kiddo. Well, they now carry an allergen friendly lollipop that my kiddo CAN have and that seemingly minor detail, means the world to my family (there are A LOT of us, spread from Nikiski, Kenai, Soldotna, Sterling, Chugiak, Wasilla and Big Lake!) and kiddos. A seemingly simple thing that makes us all say THANK YOU and recomend EVERYONE do their Tobacco business at Tobacco Distress.
