My experience walking into the Autozone in Soledad was horrible,I went in for some parts and a couple of washing supplies, I had past by a young man tall with long hair with a grey shirt and if I’m not mistaken he’s a manager he’s suppose to be setting the example for his fellow redshirts, but he was in the third register sitting on a on a stool with wheels putting his feet up on a black box hoping he would ring me up to charge me that wasn’t the case I had past by him again to see if I got his attention in the contrary I seen him smoking on a cannabis electric pen I have no idea how his fellow coworkers tell him nothing if I was the store manager or the owner of the establishment I wouldn’t want someone getting intoxicated while at work very unprofessional no customer service what so ever also very rude and blunt. Also work uniform dirty shirt not buttoned up or shirt tucked in like his coworkers. I will never be going back their again.

Service is horrible. Employee couldnt change battery, so I did it for him. I had a $10 coupon and none of the employees knew how to apply it to my purchase. The manager never came out to the front desk from his office to assist. Employees need more training and supervision. 👎👎👎Hands down. 😠

Great experience! I love AutoZone and this location was awesome. Manager recommended some new windshield wipers for me and I love them. They work great. He even installed it for me.

They are not very good at looking up parts. I was told over the phone they had the partI needed in stock at the store but when I got there someone else helped me and he said they did not have the part in stock at the store and they would have to order it whoever helped me over the phone was looking up the wrong part

Friendly staff! Great staff! Aways ready to answer any questions you may have. They go the extra mile to help you. I always have a pleasant experience there. I always walk out Feeling better than when I walked in. No matter whos behind the counter male or female, THEY ARE GREAT!!!😎

To share my story in detail would simply take forever, but the service provided by Marco and JJ was (at risk of sounding cliche and for lack of better terminology) ABOVE and BEYOND! These two young men went completely out of their way to assist me with a faulty battery and terminal end ordeal. JJ even got his own personal tools out of his own vehicle to help. They spent over three hours assisting me with a genuinely helpful and self-giving attitude, yet they did not neglect tending to others patrons as the need arose. They conducted good, honest business as well.Without their help, I would have needed to have my vehicle towed to a mechanic or the dealership, incurring additional costs. They have won my future auto-needs business here in Soledad. These young men blessed me. God bless Marco and JJ.

Horrible customer service. The kids that work there are more interested in their phones then helping customers. 2 days in a row i had this experience. Worth the extra mile to go to oriellys

Didnt have what I needed, staff wasnt knowledgeable to know what I was looking for, and staff did not seem too happy to be there.

I have visited other locations as well as this location many times. I have never had any issues in any location. The employees have been polite and knowledgeable in each location. I was disappointed one time, several months ago. I purchased a discounted flashlight at this location. It was a cool red flashlight with high lumens and it was more than 50% off (they had other flashlights and work lights discounted as well). I bought new batteries for the flashlight as well and drove home. The flashlight didnt work. Someone had removed parts from it. Sold as is.No returns.
