Been here a couple of times driving from Northern CA to Southern CA. Its in a great location as it is right next to the freeway (101). Additionally, it has a drive through window and 2 restrooms.

We stop here a few times per year when we’re on trips south. This time, more than ever before, we noticed an impressive group of baristas, both young men and women, who were courteous, friendly, and efficient. It was fun watching them turn out the drinks so skillfully, and deal with customers so professionally. Bathroom was clean. Drinks were excellent.

Quick and friendly and my mocha was delicious. I took a side stop off the highway on my way to Monterey and it was easy on and off.

Got the new Strawberry Funnel..not bad..but its Starbucks..so expensive

Standard Starbucks, pretty much what you would expect from the chain. Good coffee, good selection of food and snacks, nice staff. Drive through can get busy, so the lines can be long, and the same is true for the store. Service is still pretty fast though, and its a good option if youre in the area. Bit far from the Tesla supercharger, so not ideal if youre there.

Refused service at 9:40 pm even if the closing time is 10pm. Very rude and disrespectful service.

Decent experience. Nothing out of the norm really.

1. The menu of coffees was incomplete. I ordered two of season and they did not have them.2. The place was dirty (floor and tables)3. The restrooms did not have toilet Paper.4. The main sing was turned off (outside lights)

My coffee tastes nasty. No coffee in it just tastes like milk with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. greenfield and Gonzales know how to make coffee :)

Starbucks is right by where I work so I usually go whenever I have a few minutes before I clock in. Girl in the pink hair didn’t even acknowledge I was there, nor answered my question. Felt very uncomfortable and belittled. Didn’t even bother to ask for my drink and just left. & it’s always the same experience with her. Other than that, the boys that work there are so helpful and always going out of there way which I highly appreciate. Making me feel welcomed and appreciated. What I can say is, Starbucks needs to start filling up the drinks all the way and not 3/4.

I made a mobile order, I ordered a pink drink Went inside to pick it. It had way too much coconut milk bot enough strawberries or strawberry refresher. My drink was super white.

Oddly dirty for a Starbucks. Some employees had their long hair loose/not pulled back, really loud reggae music, and a strong sense of elitism. A general sense of college fraternity house, not coffee shop. Our drinks were wrong as well.

Picked up a Starbucks for a friend at the Soquel CA location... I informed him I was not woke enough to enter ... yet he had just landed at dominion hospital for ther birth of child #1 and so I succumbed to his request. Sure enough, the mask shaming began one step inside.... he was thankful for the coffee

Lots of flies, one set on a croissant....major turnoff/appetite killer. Employees need training to make sure drinks are made in the order of sequence, not based on ease.

Great place to get some go juice!

Aloha! Staff looked a little tired but my drink was delicious so no worries. Bathroom needs to be cleaned regularly so that the complaints would lessen. Very convenient for travelers.

Nice store and baristas. Just a busy corner of car traffic.

Not satisfied I asked for about two different drinks and they claimed they didnt have the fruit for it. They also didnt have fruit and cheese trays and havent for about three weeks now. Very unsatisfied.

It’s everything you expect in a Starbucks, so if you’re headed up the 101 it’s a good choice of a place to stop. Google gave me screwy directions when I was southbound, so be alert. It’s on the east side of the highway in a shopping center, on the freeway side but not visible if you’re approaching from the north. If approaching from the south/headed north, you’ll easily see from the off ramp.

The people here are always friendly. Drinks are made the way I want it and taste is always consistent. And they always hook up my dog with a big size puppucino so bonus points for that! The drive-thru is pretty fast too.

I LOVE this starbucks. Always courteous. Being right off the freeway brings a lot of traffic and they always get my order correct

Was working in the area and visited this place for a few times in the week, service is good, place is a little small, and it gets really drafty in here when the door is opened during a windy day napkins go flying. Other than that, its another decent Starbucks.

They usually mess up your order. Twice Ive had no espresso in my lattes. No joke I got hot milk... today went in and their espresso machines are down. How does that even happen. They had no flavor syrups for their teas. Soledad starbucks is probably one of the worst Ive ever been to.

Kudos to the staff! Excellent service, they made a custom drink to my friend... what he usually gets at Coffee Beans & Tea! I liked their Tropical Dragon drink with a coconut milk. They had tasting samples of it... smart!

The only employee that was actually polite and helpful was Luis.The cashier that took our order spent five minutes talking to another employee about personal and non-work related things before even acknowledging that he had customers ready to order.Now, I’ve spent 4+ years working as a front end cashier/lead and I know what is acceptable customer service... these employees were not even close to acceptable. Luis is the only reason this rating gets 2 extra stars.

Not the Starbucks to stop at – maybe use the drive through. Stopped by to use the facilities and get a drink. It was a little tricky to find. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. After seeing the conditions inside the restrooms and seeing the trash on the floor of the main area we decided to not even order. They may have the best food and the best staff but cleanliness is important too.

In and out fast and good service.

Starbucks makes great drinks and the service is usually great, however I’ve had two horrible experiences.First it was around closing time and the employee locked the doors because “they” didn’t want more people coming in. As you can read on the door they’re not allowed to lock up until there are no more customers inside the building. When I told the employee that she yelled and cussed me out. She also made extremely crude inappropriate comments.Second I went through the drive thru and I ordered a drink. When I added extras on the drink the employee consistently corrected me and basically made it the way “they” wanted to.Thanks Starbucks!

This Starbucks location is very busy every time I go. They have two unisex bathrooms which are reasonably clean but not stellar. There is a drive-thru as well as indoor and outdoor seating. It is in a large shopping center with lots of parking. The workers are nice and efficient. You pick up your drinks from the side of the counter that is closest to the door. The shopping center is right off the freeway exit.

Drinks were on point. They even made my daughter a drink that was cool enough for her to drink (she had a warm drink). Staff friendly. Very busy location obviously because they are right off the highway. Bathrooms decent.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! NEVER GOING TO RETURN TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN! ORDERED A DRINK WITH EXTRA CARAMEL AND DRINK WAS NOT WITH EXTRA CARAMEL AND THE DRINK WAS ONLY 3/4 full....wasn’t Starbucks sued for that very reason???? If I pay for something I expect what I pay for! & when I tried to get it remade how it was supposed to be barista refused....we need a Dutch bros or human bean around here! So much better than Starbucks!

This Starbucks is clearly a popular stop for drivers looking to empty their bladders. The lines to both order and use the bathrooms were very long. The bathrooms (which are unisex) were less than clean. An entire family of 4 were posted up in one of them for about 10 minutes, with lots of coming and going, while everyone in line was reduced to using only one of the bathrooms.

Location, good food options, cold brew available here, fast paced and clean

My Caramel Macchiato didnt taste good at all. My banana bread was not warmed nor was I asked if I wanted it warmed up. The trainee was nice though

What can you say? Starbucks is Starbucks, staff were nice, coffee good and pastries still edible despite it being around 4.30pm.

Bahhh mobile.orders.and super fast orders getting done quickly and in haste, takes away those of us that arent lazy that actually want to go out and place the order. Drive thru and mobile orders are taking away from the experience

This Starbucks is small and when it gets busy it gets really crowded. This Starbucks is not ideal for people trying to get some work done on there laptop. Ive experienced really good customer service.

This location was not a relaxing or clean store. The music was loud. The redeeming point was my Coffee was great. It is a store by the highway and busy but not ine I would like to revisit

They purposely lag to attend the customers at the drive thru, the same car as been at the speaker for 10 min and still unattended. I myself had to wait more than 8 min to be attended and have been in line for more than 20 min

Horrible service. After being told multiple times to empty my reusable mug, which had two tea bags, they didnt. I found those same bags in my drink, spoiling the flavor of my new drink.

90% of the time this Starbucks manages to mess up my drink. Their staff is also lacking in customer service skills. I cant tell you how many times Ive gone into this store and been ignored because the conversations going on between the crew is more important then serving their customers. Not to mention conversations are often inappropriate for the work place. Just today I sat in there drive thru for five minutes, after I received my coffee, to finally be told the food item I ordered was sold out. I think Ill take my business elsewhere.

The Soledad StarBucks seems to do a brisk drive-thru business, although Ill usually order ahead using the app so I dont have to wait to pick it up once I get there. Pretty easy Off/On 101 freeway access.

I come here all the time. They are always super patient with all my questions and customizations (which are A LOT) and Ive never felt rushed by them even when theyre super busy. Im pretty picky or I take a while to make up my mind on my order but they always say its okay. Take your time with a smile.

I dont understand the point of having a mobile app order and then the app tells you that the order is NOW ready. You show up in you still have to wait 15 minutes to get your order. Last time they didnt make my 2nd drink at all. This time they didnt see my second drink and I had to wait 15 mins for it........

Visited the Starbucks in Soledad (exit 302?)in the way to Mission Soledad. This has to be the nicest Starbucks I have ever visited. Friendly Employees greeted me as I walked in, and as every customer walked into the door (ususally other Starbucks Employees are entitled Barrostas with a fake hello if any greeting at all) Great employees, extra-ordinary employees.

Bakery counter offered great choices. The Frappuccino was a bit watery...this was at the Soledad Starbucks.

This is a small store in a small town, but the baristas are sweet & helpful as always. I docked a star for the bathroom issues, I think they keep too few people working to adequately maintain the needs of a potty break spot along a major highway.

As always, the food and speed were good... but only three stars to this one for a truly terrible bathroom.

Went in to order strawberry acai lemonade and was given a strawberry refresher with 2 pumps of raspberry (very specific -not what I ordered)... I called the store and was told to bring it back I live all the way across town to go out of my way for their mistake. Not a good drink, they are not cheap drinks, but I would rather save my gas and time and post a review.

I love how polite the baristas are they take their time to make sure your drink if perfect especially with my many modifications.

Solidad Starbucks is an easy off/easy on if you are traveling north on the 101.

Slow service & music so loud they cant understand your order. Do not recommend
