Customer service was good but worst place for a car wash I payed 15 dollars it did actually nothing my car looks the same

Easy on and off from Highway 101 very conveniently located right next to the freeway. Prices are high as you would expect from a brand name. Although there was some of the language barrier staff was helpful. Restrooms were semi-clean but could use a maintenance.

Do not get gas here! They straight up steal! Advertised price said $3.57 for regular (cash price). I paid cash AND used my Shell $0.10 off rewards and the cashier typed it in as credit looks like and so I got charged 10 Cents per gallon OVER the cash price. When I told her she said there was nothing I could do even though i only pumped under a dollars worth.

Out of service restroom, high price gas, no napkins... the owner seems care only for profit

My favorite gas brand for my car. I have a reward card that saves me at least cents per gallon every time I buy gas.

Clean gas station. Small but well stocked mini mart

I use to come to this shell all the time. Im actually very fond of shell gas stations and most of the times the workers know me because of how i often i use shell. But on Friday i went to purchase some food for me and my daughter and at first the guy said okay thank you and as i was grabbing my stuff he said that my card was declined so we tried again and again it was declined i apologized because that never happens and i was already embarrassed so i told him i would be back after i figured it out and i went to my car. Now im still standing outside my car as i was telling my friend what happened and 5 minutes later the guy comes up to me and asks me if i put the gum back and i told him yea i didnt even grab anything and he was like it wasnt there and i checked my pocket and oops i grabbed it by accident and i apologized and the guy snatches it out of my hands and rolls his eyes to walk away. I told him i was sorry and i was not trying to steal it i honestly didnt know and he scuffed at me and continued walking away. I couldnt believe how rude he was about the situation. I always pay for my things and Im a shell member. I will not be giving shell my business ever again. Im now a dedicated ampm customer just for the sheer fact of the disrespectful attitude of an honest accident.

Merchandise always dusty and old and gas is wayyy to expensive! Shell isnt any thing compared to NEW Arco across the street 👌👍 THEY HAVE CHEAPER BETTER GAS. AND OMG THE CAR WASH IS AMAZING! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN FRIENDLIER THERE AND THE MERCHANDISE IS EVEN ORGANIZED PRETTY LOL

5 stars because the mini mart here is the only place open 24 hrs a day--- God Bless you for that!! If you are a smoker, you can buy smokes here 24 hrs a day. You can buy beer here as well (obviously not 24 hrs /day--as you know, you have till 2am). The mini mart offers includes a small coffee bar with a variety of fresh coffee brewed. They have snacks and premade sandwiches. A variety of soft drinks, sports drinks, teas, fruit juices, bottled h2o, cold coffee drinks, and dairy products. A car wash wraps around the back of the mini mart. I think the car wash does a pretty good job with cars but I cant say the same is true for trucks. Air and water are both available as well. This gas station has clean bathrooms and lots of gas pumps available. The employees are all very polite, pleasant, and efficient. Types of payment accepted here are cash, debit/credit cards, cal-fresh (food only). Handicap parking and service is available upon request. The gas station is visible from the highway and has quick access to and from the highway. Surrounding businesses include a few fast food restaurants (Carls Jr, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King) a CVS, a smoke shop, Dennys, and a large grocery store, FoodsCo.
