Two thirds of of my storage were missing, I strongly suspect they stole it! Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else!

Worse place to store your belongings.. so my friend had her stuff there, and to make the story short, she lost lots of things due to rat infestation, she tried putting traps and caught around 15 rats, she was gonna wait until next month to move her stuff, but noticed 4 new rats and decided to move out before she loses everything, well she moved out and they said she couldnt get her deposit back because according to them she needed to put a 10 day notice. Well that was out of her reach because like i said she was gonna wait one more month, but i told her,, if you wait you wont have anything left,, she lost a semi new mattress, all the wood for the base, cloth and other things that had sentimental value, but this review is mostly because of the deposit, because it shows they dont really care.

Yikes, all kinds of rodents, rude staff, they only have the smallest units available.

I’ve been renting a storage there for some time now and the owner is very easy to work with... very accommodating and flexible with staying after hours when I need to stop by the office. Also, they are very responsive and communicative whenever there are any changes.. The place is very well kept and I feel my things are secure there.

I have been a part of their family for years. I say family because that is how you are from day 1. Sure, you are paying to store things but i can truly say those things are treated as cherised possessions of their own. Customer service, well that is far beyond compare. They have gone far and above to both make times easier as well as reach out to see how you are. Sounds funny to say but it will be sad day when i have to part company with these fine folk and community services team.

Fortunately, I’ve had no problems with the owners/managers. Like the managers before the service has been really excellent and helpful. This review is for the said discount and hope to attain it. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

When I was first looking for a storage, she was really understanding and letting me know when one will be available soon I’ve been renting a for a couple of months now and I like how everytime I stop by its always clean and the owner is very nice and helpful. Also, when it comes to payments method, if you cant stop by you have the option to pay online which to me thats a plus. They are very responsive, always letting everyone know when will they be close ahead of time.

Ive had 2 storage units at Soledad Self Storage since 2010, storing belongings of a family member. Brenda was working there at first - very friendly and helpful! Now Im down to one unit, and Brenda has also been very understanding and helpful with special arrangements I had to make for access to the unit. The facility has always been clean, well-maintained and Ive had no complaints over the years!
