DOUBLE CHECK ALL PARTS THE EMPLOYEES GET FOR YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! The last two times Ive been to this location theyve given me parts that do not fit my vehicle. The first time they accepted a return. The second time an employee had to get the part from behind the desk, so I couldnt have grabbed the wrong one. I tried returning the item the same day, but they wouldnt accept it. Now Im out over $100 because of their screw up.

On the evening of Thursday 4/8 I went into this location. Both Justin and Tyler provided EXCELLENT customer service. I had a lot of questions and both were very willing to help. Justin was knowledgeable about the products and services that I needed. Tyler was kind enough to install a new battery and wind shield wipers on my vehicle in the rain. Thanks again!

Im only giving them three stars because they hire people and these people should know least about the vehicles or the parts are asking for when I sit there and tell you they dont know actually no good they should least hire people with a little bit of experience that knows about Vehicles because were going to ask a question but a vehicle you should always have an answer or get someone that can help you get an answer

Walked in got my items I needed stood at the counter10 minutes, staff working in the store stocking shelves I guess, no one else in the store. 2 women walk in both get help right away while I’m still at the counter. I left my items and I’ll never return

Went into store to buy wiper blades. Found the right size and asked for assistance to put them on. The store has a sign that says we will mount them. Employee states he is t feeling well and wont go back outside. The temp was 43 and sunny. He obviously didnt get along with his coworker and ask him to help just flat out i wont help you.2 things. 1 Advance auto parts was WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THEN DEALERSHIP. 2. Employee down right unhelpful.Update. CarPart warehouse on Miles Rd is was better in price and product. Friendly and helpful.

Walked in to the store to have my check engine light read. The employee (large man, older, bald) stared at me for a few seconds and continued to talk to his buddy who was clearly just hanging out in the store. I felt like I was interrupting a personal conversation. I asked him to do a reading on the check engine light and he said “nope can’t do it” and continued talking to his friend. I’ll never be back. Plenty of other auto places around that will help

Cant say enough about this place. Tried to order online to pick up at store and the site would not take my card. Their chat person was not only NOT helpful, he went out of his way not to help. Now the good part. I called the store and the manager not only let me use my discount, he installed my item for me. I will go back to these guys when I need them.

They replaced my battery and did all the work to do so. Took about 30 min and cost $182 after tax. They werent overly friendly, but they were nice enough.

We called ahead and asked if wiper blades were available, they said come on in no problem, but when we got there they didnt have the drivers side wiper blade!

Very nice people! My check engine light went on and Nick was very quick about scanning the code. He helped me better understand what was going on, and I was able to get my car fixed the same day because of that!

Stopped in to ask about lights for the back of my car, because I wasn’t sure if it was either my brake light or just the general back light. When approaching the desk I asked him if someone could assist me and I was immediately told “we can help you look up the item”, but when I asked could they assist me and maybe installing I was quickly given the response “oh no we don’t do that here we just look things up”. Sad part is I’ve always go to Advance auto near my home and They’re able to assist me at that location. The sales rep looked so confused when I told him that so I walked out the door only to hear him as I was walking out to the other sales rep “ well what is he doing here then”. Funny part is I look at all the reviews above mine you’ll see so many of them that state that the sales rep took their time to go out of their way to assist and even install products. I guess it must’ve just been my unlucky day then, way to go advance auto Solon store for tarnishing other stores with your customer service. Unfortunately had to give them one star more like no stars

Other associates were also helpful in finding us the current Sales, but Nick ensured we walked out with the proper item - even going as far as to install the items before leaving it to chance. This was November 27, 2019 at 1:30 The cashier at the counter barely spoke after I said hi. I asked him could he check the battery so I could purchase a new one but he claimed he did not have time. There were no one in the store I would never go back here again!
