DO NOT WORK HERE if you are religious they do not respect it. I told them when I started I needed off Sundays and it wasn’t a problem at first then all of a sudden it wasn’t ok. I called them and tell them they can’t do it. The manager, Summer says “I can actually.” It’s definitely illegal and definitely discrimination. Calling Human Resources did nothing also.

Just walked in to enroll myself to the pharmacy and a very helpful pharmacist Rumana helped me out and also worked on moving my prescription from out of state as well. Gave me a lot of guidance and help to get me started, she even followed up with a phone call and set me up to receive text messages updates on my prescriptions. A very friendly pharmacy in the neighborhood.

Curbside mess up. I ordered curbside pick up and my order said it’s been picked up. Glitches in their computer system or employees. Never doing pick up again. No apology was given for the waste of time and energy explaining

2/2/20 - Need to have some pictures made very quickly for a funeral display. Karen in the photo department was WONDERFUL! She showed me how to use the kiosk while doing the editing herself. She processed them immediately, too. I cant think of a better customer experience Ive had in a long, long time.

Store and cashiers were great. The pharmacy needs some help . So chaotic every time Im there. Sometimes they lie to you to buy time on filling your script. Also Im not sure of any businesses that close for lunch anymore. Especially with a staff of more than 1 pharmacist. Every heard of staggered lunches. ? My time is just as important as yours and other people have busy lives as well. Im sure it has something to do with corporate. What happened to good old fashioned quality service. All about numbers and profit. Nothing you can except shop around and find a good place.

Clean, convenient and kind people. I like printing my pictures here- they do a great job in a super timely manner. They also offer some really good deals on greeting cards.

I just had the rudest woman ring me out. She’d opened up a 2nd register because the line was getting long at the first one. She said, “I can help who’s next.” There were two women in front of me at the first register who didn’t respond. I gave it about 15-20 seconds and started to drift to the second register. The clerk snapped, “No, the next person.” Then slowly the woman who was supposed to be next drifted over. When the person in front of me got to checkout, I moved to the second register because there was no line. When it became my turn, the snappy woman gave me a standard greeting, but then proceeded to ignore me even as I spoke to her. I was being amiable, trying to ease the misunderstanding. I want to say she was focused on the clerk at the first register because she was clearly new. My clerk kept advising her. Yet I felt completely invisible. I tried speaking to her a second time. Still nothing. I’m pretty sure I’m not mute.Yet in the same store visit as I was peering down the aisles looking for what I needed, a manager asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find it right away.In the past the pharmacists I’ve come in contact with here were all very personable too. I want to say this cashier was a fluke. Yet the 3 awkward minutes at the register was enough to make me avoid going back.

Really slow filling prescriptions. Waited over an hour

Michelle is awesome I was to purchase a great birthday gift under $5. She patiently navigated me around the store, and gave great suggestions on ways to save !

They often mark items on the shelf as one price then when you take them to the cashier they wont sell them at the shelf listed price but say oh it must have been a mistake by someone else putting the item in the wrong place. Except there were many of said items on the shelf listed at that price. Then when i went back to check the price all items were removed from the shelf. This happened to three people in a row while I was standing there, This is called bait and switch and is very illegal.

I arrived at the Solon Ohio, Walgreens pharmacy around 9:40 pm. This was following picking up my fiancée’ from the hospital, after he had been admitted for three days. Many pharmacists would have told me that I would have to come back in the morning, with it being so close to closing time, however, Amy told me she could rush it. I then had an issue with his prescription card. The one I had was expired. Amy saw that I was flustered, and took it upon herself to get the situation straightened out. She apparently did not want to add to my already abundant stress.In the past I used Walgreens pharmacy, but stopped after receiving horrendous customer service. I only chose to use your solon location because of the pharmacy’s late hours. However, the service I obtained was exemplary. I now plan on switching all of our prescriptions to that location. It is rare to find compassion and kindness of any sort in retail/customer service these days. Amy went above and beyond and her efforts should be commended.

Staff is consistently helpful. Amy Rosner and other of the pharmacists are very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is well laid out.

With all honesty, I had one of the worst experiences one can have in a commercial establishment at The Walgreens Solon Pharmacy. The Pharmacist was INCREDIBLY rude, judgemental and downright HOSTILE. I was treated like an absolute criminal, because of the medicine I have to take. I went to fill my prescription prior to a vacation, unbeknownst to me, it was 5 days early of my 30 day refill date. Pulling up to the pickup window to pickup & pay for my prescription, I was angrily greeted by the pharmacist. You will leave with nothing today! was how I was greeted. In a stern, belittling and angry tone of voice, I was told my prescription was too early to fill. I was also told that my doctor was called, my written prescription was confiscated by the pharmacist and mailed back to my doctor, instead of being returned to me. In a state of shock, I tried to say I was leaving for a vacation and had made an oversight. The pharmacist of The Walgreens Solon replied with, Youll have to take it up with the doctor!. Again, in a stern, accusatory and angry tone of voice. I had to needlessly run around on MY TIME to get a replacement scrip. All thanks to the heroic work of an adamant pharmacist! I will NEVER set foot in a Walgreens again. I will tell as many people this story as I can get away with and hopefully they will do the same. In conclusion, if you are prescribed a certain medication, by a doctor for a medical condition and you choose to be treated like a junkie, by an angry, judgmental pharmacist, Solon Walgreens is the place.

Very bad customer service, especially the photo department. I have never seen such bad attitude towards customers. Go to solon library for passport photos instead !

They have a sign on the pharmacy drive thru that they are closed every day from 130-200 so they can eat. Wth? They dont have extra staff to cover lunches? This is such an inconvenience

Terrible customer service. They have 8 people working at the pharmacy and still close in the middle of the afternoon for lunch. Apparently they never heard of staggered lunches. Customer service was rude and condescending. Will be switching pharmacies.

I called to inquire about a passport photo and I was very disappointed to be rushed off the phone and hung up on mid sentence. Very bad customer service and I will not be going to this location again.

Dont buy your prescription here, just because its in Solon, people in Solon shouldnt have to pay more,just because its a high income area.I can get my prescription in Middlefield Rite Aid for almost 35 - 40 % less.

This store is constantly understaffed, and management is both slow to respond and downright rude.
