Unload by appointment times only maybe 30min before. Friendly guard. Must leave after unloading. 1-2hr unload. Drop paperwork by door 8.Food truck comes around with $5 hot dog n chips. Pretty sweet.

Got there 45 mins b4 appt when time came n passed trucks came in after my appointment at 8 which put them being late still unloaded b4 me. No overnight parking must property after youre unloaded.

They unloaded me very quickly.No parking in premises. No bathroom.

The guard is nice, 2 hours to unload. Reasons for 2 stars is because they put a porta John for truck drivers when there is regular bathroom inside. Other beer distributors in Cleveland all provide a nice bathroom for truckers except this place.

1st time here with delivery. Called to see if they would take me early, they said come on in we will try. I arrived approximately 3 hours before my appointment. Guard had me take seal off trailer and bring to him at guard shack, then proceeded to give me a dock door immediately. Thought I was good to go....NOPE. Still here 4 hours later.....

This place is ok the only thing I don’t like is the took away the drivers restroom and gave it to the employees pretty sure inside there’s a big area with lockers,restroom a rest area where employees take their breaks they do have portable toilet outside am a big guy it’s extremely uncomfortable and it was 20 degrees

Had a 7 am appointment and I’m here by 6:30. The guy inside tells me that I’m not even on the receiving list. This place is a joke. I will never deliver here again.

Got here 30 minutes early. Got right in my door. Started unloading after 15 minutes. While unloading a food truck came in. Got a nice $5 lunch. Easy peasy.

Showing up more than an hour before your appointment will probably not do you any good. From gate to gate Ive never been here more than 2 hours.Bring treats for the dog! Her name is Gracie!

Take Cochrane Rd off of 43. Pettibone is off limits to truck not ways, found out the hard way. Guard is friendly...put paperwork in box as instructed and walk back to your truck. Pay attention to lights on door, they dont come out and get you nor let you know they are done in any way. Could barely see the light was green Arrived at 0730, left at 1045. One star missing for lack of communication.

Checked in at 10.30am for 2 pm appointment. Got loaded at 2.45 pm. So basically I got loaded in 45 mints from appointment time but 4.15 hrs from check in time.😆 good or not ? At least they checked me in 3 hrs before appointment. Lots of space to safely back in n park. Security guard was good n helpful. He has a cute looking dog🐕 which he let me pet.

I suggest to arrive at least 40 min before apt. Sometimes it is a hit or miss with how fast they are at unloading. Guy with dog at guard shack is super friendly!Also uploaded a pic, use exit 16

Not to sure about this place. Hr is very unprofessional, and makes you feel like she is biased on what position you received according to your ethnicity.

Otr Drivers..Check in at Guard Shack and provide paperwork break the seal and give seal to the guard. Go to assigned dock# or you may have to wait for dock# to open. There are open spaces to park. Slide the tandems to the rear and remove load straps or bars. Wait for red light to turn green and Check out at the Shipping Office and get paperwork. Leave one of the doors open on the trailer to verify with the guard at the Guard Shack. Took 2 hour and a half to get unloaded.

Stay away from this company, they not respect drivers and your time. Very slow unloading, it will ruin your all day

They should deliver the beers when promised to the bars. Not make a promise and say O maybe I forgot They know what bars....

They unload fast but the previous person said come down from the north. Hes right. Take I-271 to US 422 East. Get off at Harper Road and go south. It turns into Cochran Rd and youll see a sign that says To Diamond Pkwy at a red light. Follow the sign and itll take you right there. Make sure you have hrs to get out because theres no parking there, and you have to leave once unloaded

NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL, WITH THE COVID-19 HURTING US BARS, ITS HARD TO GET A ORDER WHEN YOU NEED ONE. WE ARE OUT OF SOME PRODUCTS AND THEY STILL WONT DO AN EMERGENCY ORDER TO GET IT OUT TO US UNTIL NEXT WEEK. VERY SAD. THE REP TOOK ALMOST TWO DAYS TO GET BACK TO US AND LET US KNOW IF THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE IT THIS WEEK AND THEN WE WERE TOLD NO...... NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!1

Do not use pettibone rd No truck route you may get tickets because police stations there use Cochrane Rd from 422 hwy No night parking

Truck Drivers....NO EARLY PARKING AVAILABLE....and as soon as you unload then POOF...you gotta leave the property. Gated property with a guard shack. Was gonna do 3 stars because theyre slow but I gave them 4 because they actually have a restroom for us to use and that is much appreciated. Typical beverage customer.....youre at their mercy. Opens at 9am

Relatively quick unloading.The location is pretty messed up. Come down from the north, dont use any other routs. The no trucks sign will probably be stuck in the front of my eyes for the rest of the days...

The office staff are nice and helpful. However, the guard is a jerk. Hes impatient, cranky, and yells at drivers if theyve sat 5 seconds too long. I particularly remember be told to, GO ON, GET OUT OF HERE!

Whats a good place to do business with they actually unload trucks the way they should be unloaded no 6 hours waiting its just pull in there they unload it and its done probably a half an hour excellent they help keep our roads safe

Gate guard is awesome. Unloading is quick. In and out within an hour.

Always quick and easy to get in and out of. They start receiving at 0530. You cant sit on the propert after being loaded or unloaded, youve got to leave but they go pretty smothly once on a doc. Restroom available for drivers.No where to park near shipper so go on time. You will get a ticket for street parking

This is by far the worst beer vendor I have ever dealt with. I own a bar in Cleveland and unfortunately they sell must have items for me such as pbr, glbc, Columbus, and market garden. I wish these breweries would realize superior is doing them a disservice with their abysmal customer service. Superior switched us to every other week delivery which is extremely difficult for a small place with extremely limited storage space. The drivers frequently forget to pick up empty kegs, thereby leaving them for an additional 2 weeks. This week they didn’t deliver my pbr but did charge me for it. I get told by my rep that they won’t put 2 cases on a truck so he’s “trying to find a way to get it to me”. Really? It’s your fault and you charged me for it and we’re out of it. If this was the first time this has happened it wouldn’t be a big deal. But it’s not. Mistakes are no big deal if they are quickly fixed. But that never happens with superior. If you can avoid using them and don’t have to sell the beers that they stock, do yourself a favor and do it. Cavalier, sixth city, beverage distributors and just about any other vendor are much better options. Superior is horrendous

Picking up a load here is very quick and the people are very nice.

They have too much business. Not enough warehouse space. Bad management. Bad CS skills quite frankly. Intelligence is compromised due to alcoholism. Business model based on poisoning people with atrocious levels of high-fructose corn syrup, bpa, nitrites, sodium, etc.

Terrible company. Buy your beer though someone else. Beverage Distributors, Cavalier, Premium... Anywhere but Superior.

B large warehouse. People here are very polite and nice. The only inconvenience is that you cannot park for the night. But before, you can park at other warehouses at a distance of about 1 mile. I am again 6/4/20 loading 13 pallets 30 min👌
