Close the store so customers can wait 20 minutes a drive through, no order ahead. Cmon Starbucks, stop putting profits before customer service. I will take my daily coffee orders elsewhere.
Took our dog through the drive through just before close last night and turned out to be our best SB experience we’ve had, the attendant (can’t remember their name) was excellent and gave Nori a cup of whipped cream and some much appreciated pets, thanks so much!
Disappointing customer service. I just waited over ten minutes at the register...the only customer there...and the five or six employees working didn’t so much as acknowledge me (though they did see me)much less greet or help me with the cups I wanted to purchase. Not worth it with so many other locations nearby!
You should update your online Starbucks store hours. Waited for 15 mins through drive thru once it was my turn rude barista goes we are closed for the day.. at 5 pm. Smh. Change your google hours

This used to be a pretty good starbucks but it has gone way downhill. From the incredibly slow service to the consistent errors when preparing orders (not helped by the addition of the chik fila-esque drive thru assistants) to the inconsistent hours, Im about ready to find another starbucks, even if it means going out of my way to get it. Im also tired of being charged for drinks that I order and dont get, be it in the drive thru or via the app. Its frustrating that the person working doesnt know how to reverse the charge and I dont have 30 minutes to wait for the drink to be made when it wasnt made the first time. I tried to use points to pay for 2 drinks and ended up being charged 2xs for the drinks because the point of sale scanner was malfunctioning and the person didnt know how to scan points. I didnt realize money, not points were being deducted when she scanned my app. Instead of paying 7 something, i ended up paying 15. Thanks.

If you cant get an order right dont pour out all the ice in front of the customer after its been sitting on the counter ...I asked for a new one to be made
The drive thru is always backed to the road. Slow mediocre service. It’s unfortunate but it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. They are always behind. You would think they would want to have expedient service since it is mainly coffee and breakfast items, but they do not. Solon needs a new coffee place.
This place used to be great. It seems like they have given up on any kind of business model though. Ownership needs to get it together.
Very long wait in drive thru, but the coffee was good, and the price was less than I usually pay. The Starbucks team member was very friendly.

The worst place ever. Ordered turkey bacon cheddar came with no turkey and no cheddar. Got bacon like a piece of fried paper and egg which shouldnt be there. Paid $4 for the sandwich size of egg..
Very patient with me, ever though I wanted to try a new drink! There was a line accumulating behind me! They quickly solved the problem by creating me a Cup of Joe that was perfect for me! Thanks for being uniquely patient!👍🏼💞

As a fairly regular customer, I am largely pleased with the service at this Starbucks location. Only twice have they made my drink incorrectly and service recovery offers were given. Usually fast even when the line is long, but have had some hold ups on occasion. Overall, staff is friendly and often chat when I pull up. Always thankful for a friendly smile.
Modern, clean, nice. It had some tables, a long bench (booth like, but running just along the wall) and 2 comfy chairs. I think its a little confusing that they put some drink orders on the counter to the left and some orders to the right. Drive through line is usually long.

I met this really nice girl and she said her name was Madison. Last time I came to Starbucks I wasn’t treated with respect but she was very respectful and made me feel welcome and that’s how all employees should treat the customers.

Staff is always friendly and always makes my drinks correctly!! sometimes theres a decent wait on drinks because theyre understaffed and theres always a large line in the drivethrough. the sitting area inside is always nice and clean, and I love sitting and reading or doing work there. the bathrooms are always fairly clean which I appreciate.

Everyone remember your name and say hi to you, which is very warm.I thought I have had enough Starbucks coffee when I stayed at Seattle, but ever since I moved to Solon, here becomes the place where I always visit to study after work. I might leave this town soon due to job relocation, and I will definitely miss the people here.
Not sure what has happened lately with this Starbucks but they used to be so much faster and accurate with orders. I tried to go through the drive through yesterday and there was a period of at least 10 min where we didn’t move at all (I left the line.) Today I am trying again and unfortunately it appears to be the same.
Free coffee for healthcare providers in the month of December it doesnt look like a perk of gratitude when you post halfway through the month : Dec14-Christmas hours between 1pm- whatever. Thanks Grinch-bucks 👍
Starbucks brings me so much joy. The drive through does get awfully busy at its usual times but it never hurts to get there just a littler earlier. I do a lot of my work/reading inside because I love the commotion of coffee lovers. Great service and great location. Make sure to give the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal a try. The weather now is just perfect for them.
I stopped by today to get coffee and a muffin on my lunch time and the girl who was helping me out in the drive through had disgusting nails.... no gloves were on and the dirt under her long nails completely disgusted me.... I didn’t say anything to her but knowing the fact that she handled my food and coffee with those hands made me sick.... my order went straight to dumpster in nearby gas station. Starbucks please look for your employees hygiene and appearance!
This store has great service. Usually pretty quick. I dont typically use the drive through, because the line can be long at certain times and you can get in and out quicker

This location I have tried Mocha multiple times and I experience the best and perfect taste every time I took (disappointed only once) . They maintain the same taste every time . Even though this is not my route to work ... I come here out of my route to taste the best and perfect mocha...
Absolute terrible costumer service here. The young lady that made my drink had such an attitude that SHE got my order wrong. Once I corrected she went back and attempted to correct my wrong order and STILL got it wrong. Didn’t even apologize. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Please correct your staff.
The staff at the Starbucks was very friendly and the store is kept neat and clean. I had been at the Starbucks for an hour or two when I decided to use the app to order a wrap instead of going up the the counter to order it. After a little while I decided to ask if my order was ready but it was not. A worker/ manager saw that I actually put in the order so he got started on it right away and even gave me a gift card for having to wait. Was totally not necessary but very much appreciated!!
Nice employees and good service. I have received the wrong drink, it was made wrong or it was a mistake from earlier a number of times. Yes, they actually told me they served me someone elses mistake. Manager always willing to help though.

I have been here about a dozen times and have had issues 9 of those times. A majority of these issues are my orders being forgotten, making me have to re order after waiting 15 minutes. This is not typically due to them being busy either. The other issues have been receiving the wrong order through the drive through. Im not sure if I am just unlucky with this location in particular, but I would recommend going to the one in the Market Place Giant Eagle in the same plaza instead.
Took my girls and my dog here and got everyone a treat, even the dog!! They were so gracious and excited to see him, almost more excited than he was!
The drive through line is really crazy a LOT of times. I have always had decent customer service here, and they always get the order right. No major complaints. We will return soon I am sure.
Usually out of something from my order... Often takes longer than average to get order. Friendliness is sparse. Expect so much better.
I’ve been here a couple of times but this time was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The frappuccino was extremely watered down I’ve never had one this bad. They were busy so maybe that’s why it wasn’t good. I’ll try them one more time if I’m out that way again but I’ll do so with extreme caution.
Besides the outdoor seating, clean bathrooms and excellent service, the staff here is superb. The manager is insanely knowledgeable about coffee. The staff is friendly, efficient and hard working. This location is well run and it shows.

I just hate the vibe in this place.Stopped in for a coffee with a coworker the other day (his idea-not mine) and before we ordered, I bet him a coffee that the guy at the counter with the glasses would not say hello or thank you.I was confident that I would win because he NEVER says hello and never says thank you. Ever.Yes, the rudeness from the employees here is that predictable.Of course I won the bet. Thanks, rude guy with glasses. Thanks for the free coffee but I’d rather pay for the coffee and walk out feeling good about my experience. You know, like I do at every other Starbucks.
Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes!!! Totally unbelievable experience. They gave gift cards but should have just given the coffee for free.
Horrible customer service. 70% of the time my order is wrong, asked it to be remade once and they still got it wrong in a completely different way tho, drive thru is one of the slowest Ive ever been to and they genuinely dont care and are rude. If it wasnt the ONLY Starbucks within 5 miles of my job I definitely would NOT be going there.

I got double charged on a drink but it was resolved effortlessly the next day.
Not the best Starbucks, but not horrible either. They seem generally knowledgeable if easily distracted and prone to constantly push any product with loads of sugar.
Love Starbucks, nice customer service here. Depending on the times you go is why I gave the 4-stars because it can get very busy here, especially in the drive-thru. I would say mornings and rush hour times arent the best times to go if youre in a hurry. One time I had to drive out of the drive thru line because of how long it was in the AM & cancel my mobile order. Other than that, get in where you can fit it, the early birds do get the worms first. Definitely take advantage of the happy hours and deals here, I love that the most about this place because I am all about Deals! Mobile ordering is awesome also and so convenient and BOYEE, I AM ALL ABOUT CONVENIENCES Thank you again Starbucks for the hospitality and all my comfort drinks! I’m giving 3 stars for the delicious beverage, but someone needs to know that the shift manager on 10/27/17 at 2:30pm is the absolute WORST. I have never experienced such a bland, rude, unhelpful manager at Starbucks. The other employees were busting their humps while he saunders to and fro, NEVER ONCE offering to help them or speed up his incredibly slow pace.
Food was great...I love their paninis. Staff was friendly and accurately filled my order. I was the 4th car back when I arrived just before noon, but they got the line down quickly. Thanks!

This place is constantly busy. I recommend going inside, since the the drive-thru is usually pretty long. Staff is very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The place is really clean and they keep everything well stocked.

This Starbucks has gone completely downhill. The drive thru is so slow and always backed up to the entrance of the parking lot, forget about it. Went inside today to grab a coffee and Darnese, the young lady working the register, was inattentive and distracted. She didnt acknowledge anyone who walked up to the counter and continued her personal conversation with another co-worker throughout our entire transaction. Then I had to stand and wait for close to 10 minutes for 1 coffee to be ready 🤦🏼♀️ Ill go to Dunkin next time.

I never write reviews, but after my experiences here, & my love for Starbucks, I am. Ive been a daily Starbucks customer for years & never had any problems. But since moving, I am so disappointed with this one. The baristas have very bad attitudes & are very unfriendly. The orders are frequently made incorrectly. And when you kindly ask them to remake it, they give you major attitude are argumentative! Terrible customer service. And the managers dont even seem to care. I really hope something changes here.

I had the worst experience today with the manager, Bill at the Solon Starbucks location today. I went to enjoy a breakfast sandwich with my son this morning.I left one of my business cards on the counter. Then another customer comes by and asks is this my card and offered to place it on the Starbucks bulletin board accross from the Barista station. I thanked her for doing that. Shortly after, the manager bill came over and started raising his voice at me and the other customer about how the bulletin board is only for free community events. I take the card off the bulletin board and apploligzs, he then snatched it out of my hand and went behind the register. I followed him and said I want my card back twice before he gave it back, it was covered with coffee grinds and slightly bent - bill threw the card away right infront of me.Bill is the worst manager and provides the worst customer service. There is a difference between being informative about what the bulletin board is for, versus being flat out rude!I will be sharing this horrible experience.
