I come in here fairly often whether it is to ship something or for a return. Michele is always very helpful and makes it simple and easy. She’s always very patient and kind when she helps me. Her sister that works there is very pleasurable to work with as well. The owner is also very good at what he does, but I’ll always come back for Michele!
Outstanding customer service! Quick and easy process to send packages from this store. Everyone in the store is very polite and helpful. Owner very knowledgeable and took MANY extra steps to make sure my son’s package got to him despite the fact that the people at the destination end “couldn’t find my son’s address in Google!!” Solon owner even called me back to make sure that the package got to my son. Thank you so much for all your help and especially for your kindness!

Sent a package yesterday and it was the worst service Ive ever experienced while shipping a package. Staff acted as if they didnt want to be there and the prices are borderline outrageous.Save yourself a trip. If you want mediocre service at better prices use USPS.
I couldnt find less than one star to rate it. Worst customer service, most rude and ignorant staff. They do not even know what kind of services provided by UPS. Same services were done in 5 5 minutes in the Twinsburg branch. it was a waste of time and effort to go there.I will never go there if it is the last place on earth.
I had several boxes I had to return to Amazon...5 to be specific...and the man at the counter was very rude, irritated and dismissive. He actually said Youd BETTER have return codes for all of these. Really?

Unpleasant Customer Service Experience The staff on duty never offered a proper greeting when I walked into the facility, One out of the two staff members walked over to the desk and waited for me to tell her how she could help me . I advised her of the type of service I needed and her immediate response was I need a License. I was hoping for a much more friendly tone and or better verbiage. After I presented my license, staff member number one walked away and was replaced by staff member number two. At no point did staff member number once offer an explanation as to why she would no longer be able to assist, she simply walked over to another area behind the desk . I was hoping that staff member number one would say something along the lines of One moment Im going to step away and allow my co worker to take over, as He will need to assist with the type of service youre in need of Once staff member number two took over he was no better than staff member # one . I am happy to report that towards the END of my visit staff member number one started to become friendly and a bit more helpful . I we NEVER utilize this location again. Good Service is everything these days, this location needs to brush up on basic Customer Service Skills.
Get in, Get out. What could be better?This is my favorite location to come to for quick, effective, and accurate service.Never have had a problem here, and don’t know anyone who has.Except those granted entitlement, of course.
