The driver pulled up to my house, there was no call. Driver asked what was wrong with it, and I said I think the alternator. Drive then proceeded to get in the car and put it on the tow truck. I let him know we will be following the tow truck so that we can fill out the drop off sheet at the dealer. Driver did not acknowledge that statement at all with any verbal communication. So we follow him, 30 minutes in the wrong direction. So then we go to the address I requested to have the car dropped off. We waited for a couple of hours. No communication at all. I decided to go eat dinner. I come back to the place where I requested the tow service to, and my car still wasnt there. I called the dispatch, and they said he was pulling on to the highway now. This is now three hours of time, that I would have spent following the tow truck driver. Driver dropped the car off, and simply asked how many miles are on the car. Gave me my keys and left. The tow truck driver was driving at least 40mph in my neighborhood, where the speed limit is 15mph. They also backed up their truck in a parking lot at least 30mph where there were people. If I could choose who tows me car, it absolutely would not be ANA Towing. Driver never introduce themselves. Their entire family was in the back of the truck. Reckless driving. Just overall not professional at all. Driver name was Gerald, I only know this because I filled out a survey through text.

Had a customers 2019 Traverse towed to us (Streamline Auto Body) after an accident in Camden. The Driver Matt was extremely professional, and helpful. He followed every proper procedure in the towing and securement (we also tow, so I know what to look for), was polite to our office staff as well as the customer. Job Well Done Matt and ANA

I hate giving bad reviews, but its my only recourse in holding ANA accountable. Worked with ANA through my insurance company. ANA arrived later than expected, this wasnt a big deal. Then, they dropped my car at the wrong location and then couldnt find it! They couldnt find my vehicle as the tow truck driver was adamant that he delivered my car to the correct location. Finally he admitted to dropping it at the wrong location. The mechanic who recieved my vehicle by accident then did the work on the vehicle without asking me first! After everything was figured out, I called ANA Customer Service 3 times to seek some sort of restitution (I was hoping for some sort of financial restitution, but frankly I would have been happy with a simply apology). They told me a supervisor would be in touch. Its been 5 days now. Theyve never called me. VERY BAD experience all around.

Ana Towing by far the worst. Pick a different company save yourself the trouble and extortion. The company had my son waiting 4 hour to pick him up on a major highway. I went through my insurance company and they still try to get cash out of him to drop him off at a safe location if not they will leave him on the highway. Shame on you Ana Towing

I had my car towed through this company on Thursday. Something told me in my gut that something was wrong but I decided to listen to the driver when he said my car would be towed to the mechanic of my choice. Well, it’s Saturday and I happened to ask a friend to drive by my mechanic to see that my car WAS NOT delivered to the location I asked. In fact I had to look for my car to find where it was delivered which, again, was not where I asked it to be delivered at all. When the company was called to ask what happened they had no answers and said to “call back tomorrow morning for more details”. So some random people have had my car and keys for three days. I would not trust this company ever again and would absolutely not recommend- who knows, you could be like me and have your car go missing with no answers or even an apology.

My car was stranded literally half a mile away from my house (oil line burst and leaked oil everywhere). Called at 7pm to get the car towed. The times kept getting pushed back so my insurance company finally calls to inform me theyd be here in 10 min and they were just getting gas. Fast forward 45 minutes and they still havent showed up. I decide to call ANA and they say the tow truck broke down. Like, what? Its 1am and I still dont have my car. I really dont understand how there have been 5 hours worth of towing jobs in front of me.

Driver was going the wrong way in a gas station up in Lakehurst, he was blocking the exit. He refused to back up wanted me to move all around him in order to exit causing me to go the wrong way. After he finally moved he waved the state flower at me such a wonderful bird it was full of arrogant pride.

Buyer beware do not use. They out me and my life in danger and I will be filing a suit against them asap. Horrible company

Called at approx 7am for lockout service. An hour was the estimated time.Called back at 8am to follow up. And was told 40 mins. At 9am called to follow up and was told 10 mins.At 9:15 called back and was told the service driver was on my street. (It was not.)At 9:30 the driver showed up a block away refused to drive the truck into the lot. And ultimately left because “the boss” was going to handle the service request.Its 10:20 and no one has arrived.

I called the Dispatch office to see where the tow driver was because I was given a ETA of 60 minutes from my insurance company. The dispatcher at A.N.A towing I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked her about why the tow truck driver hadn’t arrived yet. If that’s not bad, She just called me back a few minutes ago to tell me she’s canceling my tow service because I wrote this review smh! I will never use this towing company again. I will be letting my insurance company know about this so that no one else goes through the nightmare I just experienced.

Dispatcher claimed he needed $15 for tolls and that there’d be a receipt sent. I was skeptical but gave my hard earned money to him. Turns out he STOLE MY MONEY, probably for drugs or something. This is unacceptable and the dispatcher should be fired, but the company defended his actions. Says a lot about Ana towing. Shame on you! I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs towing.

This Towing company has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had two employees jumping down my throat on the phone at the same time- so rude and unprofessional. I was fresh out of an accident and they made balancing this with my car dealership service 10 times worse. Please do your mental health a favor and get your tow from 1 of the thousand other companies in the tri-state area.

It is without hesitation that I recommend A.N.A towing out of Somers Point, NJ. Specifically, Paul has handled my roadside calls expeditiously with understanding and professionalism during the toughest times, being stranded. He calls throughout the tow to reassure me and offers a kind word to make the situation better, just gets the job done with no issues. Kyle has also handled my calls, and I just cannot say enough about the precautions that he took to ensure the car was delivered safely. Best tow experiences, Ive had.

Claims they didn’t receive my tow from AAA until 4:30 pm when they texted me snd said we will text soon with an eta at 2 pm. Waited 5 hours for a tow thank god i wasn’t stranded on the side of the road and was able to get to a parking lot. Driver cursed a lot, was nice but felt it was unprofessional. Dispatch was rude and ignorant when trying to explain my situation to try to find out what was going on. She should be trained on customer service.Very Dissatisfied!

This was by far, the best towing experience Ive ever had. From the time the call was placed until arrival, Nestor (the driver),was in constant communication with me. I especially appreciate the fact that he explained to me why I couldnt ride in the tow truck with him to my destination. Nestor was training another staff member that day and he stated to me, I did not want to make you uncomfortable riding in a truck with two men. That meant so much to me and Im grateful to have had the experience of using A.N.A. Towing. I highly recommend this company and if Im ever in need again, Ill be sure to call them.

I own Heartland Transportation LLC out of Virginia. Went to pick a car up for a customer. Got there & Bill was rather rude about my being there & releasing the car to us. Then had to go to the 2 yard lot. My customers car had been left with the drivers window down, Key fob laying in the drivers seat. It had been raining for a few days before I could get there to get the car. Asked who & why the window was left down. Was given several excuses. They cleaned the scene up & put it in they cast back for board. Thier company driver didnt seem to really care that the window was left down, broken glass in back nor the key fob was sitting in water. I told him you shouldnt treat a customers car this way. At least cover the window if you cant roll it up. He said I was taking to the wrong person. Just very, very rude all the way around with this company. Id NEVER have my car towed by them. They dont care about your car nor you as a customer.

Do NOT use this company. They were dispatched by my roadside assistance service to tow my vehicle. The employee demanded $15 cash for tolls. My roadside service company said they were not supposed to charge me anything. I called Ana Towing and they refuse to reimburse the money they scammed from me.

A&N was prompt, courteous, and professional. We handed the tow truck driver the keys, signed the appropriate paperwork, and he took care of the rest! We didn’t have to hang around while he got the car onto the flatbed or anything. He towed our vehicle to the nearest AAA repair shop. Highly recommend A&N.

My whole experience was amazing! I received alerts on my phone regarding ETA and when the truck was 5 minutes away. The driver who came to help me was so kind and helpful. He was so friendly and treated my car like it was his own. I thanked him for arriving so quickly and he responded that he tries to treat every call like it was a family member and I truly believe it. We were camping at beachcomber campground in cape May realized we had a flat tire on our travel trailer. Called AAA they recommended ANA . It was on a holiday weekend labor day Sunday night at 8:30 in the evening it was dark. The driver showed up his name was Leon very friendly and very professional started the job and got it done. We really appreciate what he did for us thanks Leon..

I had the worst experience ever with this company today. I would never use this company ever again. The driver was a half an hour late, when the driver got to my house and I told him hes a half an hour late he caught a attitude and tell me if I have a problem to contact the company that they have a contract with, which it didnt make no sense to me. It didnt stopped there the driver got into my vehicle and roll my car window down and left it like that, when I asked him to roll my window back up he caught a attitude and left one of my car window down and pulled off. I will never recommend this company to anybody that I know.

I dont know the drivers name, but he towed my teal 93 cougar (its gotta be the only one lol) the tire folded under. This guy was hands down the BEST driver ever. He went the extra mile and made sure the tire stayed straight and didnt damage the car. (Worse then it was) He towed us from Ocean City to Williamstown. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Next time I call for a tow I will be requesting ANA.

This towing company was called to an accident scene to tow my vehicle. At this time they caused $1,600 of damage to my vehicle by dropping their equipment on my hood. The driver of the tow truck had a spotter and still managed to damage my car. The driver never approached me to tell me, I had to approach him with the police officer. They told me it would be taken care of, that there was photo and video evidence, and to send them the bill when I called that morning to speak to the office about the issue. I sent them the bill when I received it multiple times and also sent them the police report they requested, they verified that they received the papers but never made contact with me again. I placed multiple calls to their office and was promised a call back, which I never received. At this point, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Three weeks later, they never responded to BBB and I have heard nothing. I am disgusted in the way this company handled this situation. This is unprofessional and should have never happened. NEVER use this company, they are not trustworthy and have left me with unpaid expenses. I cannot believe they are still in business with the way they operate their company.

The woman who picked up my call was very professional and only had me on hold for for no more than 3 minutes total (with Queen as the hold music ♥️). The driver who came to tow the vehicle was there within the hour of calling and was professional and friendly as well. They documented the vehicle before towing, had it ready for tow in under 10 minutes and made sure everything was done safely and not block the flow of traffic. Would highly recommend based on their professionalism, care and knowledge.

Horrible service, left my car on the side of the road overnight because they didnt bring the right tow truck. Never bothered to tell me they didnt tow it, then lied to me when I asked them why they didnt let me know they werent towing it. Do not use!!!

The driver from ANA Towing was knowledgeable and professional when it came to safely and effectively loading/unloading my truck on/off his roll-off. He was kind, courteous, personable, and well-spoken throughout the entirety of the process. He was one of the nicest individuals one could hope to meet and a pleasure to deal with. If I ever required a tow in the future and were able to request one person to do it, he would be my guy! I am not 100% sure of the driver’s name but I believe it was Leon. As an individual with ties to the towing/repair industry, I can honestly say that I’ve met only a few people that I would be honored to have him as employees. Leon would be one of them.

In the middle of the pandemic, we asked the driver very politely if he could put on a mask. He said he left his at home. When we said we would give him a mask he refused to wear it. He said he was here to start the car, and it was not here to wear a mask. We asked him politely to leave.I will never call this service again If his refusal to respect respect a customer’s wish to provide additional safety for his family. We have people in our home over the age of 65.

Broke down in the middle of the night- in the middle of nowhere. Called my insurance company because I pay for full coverage on a 10 year old vehicle specifically for the roadside assistance. At 3am they tell me first they guarantee someone (ANA Towing) in 60 minutes, then they change it to 90 minutes and that someone from the tow company would be contacting me. 2 and a half hours later I have to call my insurance company back to find out why Im still sitting on the side of the road only to have them tell me the driver got hung up on a previous call and it would be another hour and if it was possible for me to leave the vehicle. I drove a tow truck for 10 years for AAA so I understand these things happen- however its hard not to find it slightly unprofessional for them to have not contacted me then ask me to leave the vehicle after waiting 2 hours. Shouldve just taken the chance driving the vehicle home (6 miles) while overheating.

My vehicle needed to be towed. Porsche Roadside Assistance contacted them. They were not my choice. On 09/19/2020 they were supposed to arrive at 7am for a scheduled pick-up. They arrived at 945am after 2 calls from Porsche. They transported the car. The driver took a few pics prior to leaving. The Tow Truck was parked in the street in front of my neighbors house.The 2nd time ANA was contacted by Porsche, again vehicle was not operational on 10/02/2020. It took over 1 1/2 hours for them to show up. The driver then asked for $50.00 per toll to transport car and informed us that the vehicle would be stored overnight. We were not informed of any of this. We refused and contacted Porsche USA. We were told “NO. Do not give them any money. Send them home. We will send another company”.This vehicle is under Warranty. The driver called his ‘Boss’ and wanted me to get on the phone. I refused. Told them what Porsche told me. That another company was called and they were to leave. Then ANA called my phone. Played dumb and asked if I Had the vehicle started. I refused to engage in the charade. I told them again, what Porsche told me, that They were to leave and another company was called.On that note a company called A-1 Towing arrived within the hour. This driver spent 10 minutes videoing my vehicle before stating that they will use Straps NOT chains to load and transport vehicle. Treated my vehicle with an amazing amount of care and concern. I really wouldn’t have known if I had not seen the difference with my own eyes.If i could give Negative Stars I would.So, buyer beware. There are differences between companies.I am now going to post a Very Positive review for A-1 Towing.***Update-owner posted a reply asking Me to contact them to ‘make this right, resolve’. There is nothing to resolve with me, they should call Porsche USA Roadside Assist. That’s who they need to contact. Personally, I will never use this service.

Terrible service. They were called to service my car for a flat tire. They left without changing the tire. When I followed up with the dispatcher he told me the driver was lazy for not changing the tire. He then proceeded to tell me to drive the car with the flat tire and that is perfectly safe to do so for up to 50 miles!Unprofessional, nasty and unhelpful!!!In response to the owners comment: The car is 6 months old and absolutely has a spare. The driver was welcome to change the tire but chose to wait for another truck to drop an air pump off. He then left without adding air or changing the tire.

Had car trouble this evening with my Chevy Colorado on route 73 in maple shade, i was parked in a popeyes and one of your tow truck guys came to give me a lift to Mall Chevy in Cherry Hill. He was great, arrived quickly even though there was an accident right out front of the popeyes and was very knowledgeable and helpful diagnosing any issues with the truck. Just an overall great dude you got working for you. I would leave his name but in the hectic moment i forgot to ask. I had a blowout on 76 E coming home from work....had to use my emergency roadside assistance app on my phone. ANA rowing was there in record time. I feel horrible for this, but I forgot the tow driver’s name...he was so friendly and polite. Contacted AAA when my car wouldnt start or turn over at all. A rep from ANA came out to my location, albeit a bit later (30 mins) than the later end of the original ETA window from AAA. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a dead battery and after a few attempts had the battery jumped and the car running again. I was able to drive it the few miles home and the next day swapped in a new battery with no problem. I appreciated his quick service and suggestions to prolong the life of the new battery. Overall very happy with the service. (Also, although not a huge problem for me, he was not wearing a facemask, which may have upset some people given the ongoing COVID concerns.)
