Was literally put on hold and hung up on in the middle of talking to resolve an issue before putting a review. After calling back, Incase it was an accident, the phone was answered, put on hold, answered put on hold, then Transferred to the customer care. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Whenever I send a gift from them Im always a favorite! Never poor in quality or service have been a happy customer of theirs over 5 years. Just keep getting better was pleased to see expanded menu. Never disappointed! Great value.

Save youre money and steer clear of this franchise! I live out of state and always ensure to provide my parents with mothers day/fathers day surprises. I recieved one of these fruit bouquets in my state and thought it would be a great idea to send one on fathers day. After spending aton of money for a large bouquet it was delivered late after business hours so I was unable to contact the business. The bouquet was extremely small and the fruit arrangement looked awful along with it not being fresh. There is no option to upload a photo for proof or else I would.

Took my 100 bucks and didnt even try delivering. Got a notification that a delivery was attempted but the recipient was home. I called and they said itll be brought out the next day, hung up and never heard from them again, NO BS. The order was 11/17 and I just got refunded BY MY BANK last week, this place is an absolute joke.

When a $85 order is delivered with the balloon and a stuffed bear, but the entire order of 24 strawberries and a box of chocolate were not delivered is a mistake that should never happen. I called the store and after some BS excuse I was informed it would be delivered even if she had to bring them herself.Guess what never arrived?I wouldnt buy anything from them again; for anything; ever.

WORST SERVICE EVER. AND SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL DRIVER!I had the basket to be delivered today, now every apartment complex/building has an area for PACKAGES TO BE DELIVERED, well the driver did not want to get out of his car and actually check where the room was to be delivered. Instead expected someone to walk up to him to take the basket.He was so rude, and kept cutting the call on us, despite us messaging him to apologize.I called the store and the lady defended him saying hes been there for a long time whereas the earliest call we got was 9 minutes ago.He could have waited another few minutes. Absolutely horrible experience, and then they said well just try to redeliver tomorrow.Im actually scared at how rude these people can be!

I have used Edible Arrangements for a few occasions. But this last time was horrible!!! I ordered from the Medford, NJ location. I paid $119.00 for a Get Well Bouquet Basket, Size L. I ordered on a Tuesday, for Friday delivery. It never was delivered. I called, and it was delivered on Saturday. Size Small. I called and they said that they will send another one for Monday delivery. Nope, No Show!!!! Very unhappy!!!!

Somers point location is horrible. Save your money. Some of the fruit was brown on the edges and the rest was so hard and flavorless. When I called to voice my concerns the woman’s response was “yea, sometimes the fruit we get isn’t so good”. When I asked for some partial refund she said she would talk to a manager, took my number but never called back.

My son paid for an arrangement on Monday for his grandmothers birthday tues and it never showed up and nobody answers phone at this location they pick it up and hang up . Its now Saturday and nothing ... but had no problem taking his payment . NEVER AGAIN

Somers Point (295) is the worst edible arrangements franchise! We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after messing up our order in the past and they just really are the pits. We purchased 2 orders for Mother’s Day, one was missing the balloons which they said they were out of (okay reasonable) and didn’t even refund us for them. Then the other order was missing 2 bundles of ballon’s and it was not the deluxe arrangement which was purchased! It was the standard Mother’s Day rose vanilla bouquet and only included pineapples, grapes and strawberries that weren’t even dipped in chocolate. If you can’t handle the amount of orders then stop taking them! You need to seriously figure out how to manage your supplies before you charge people full price. I’ll be writing to corporate because this technically the third time this happened and I’m over it!

Received a voice message from a delivery person stating an arrangement was delivered. I was not home at the time, arrangement was dropped off on my porch steps in the heat, all the chocolate covering the fruit melted, making the arrangement messy. Was so disappointed had to throw arrangement out. I wish a note wouldve been left instead of a voice message, I wouldve picked up the arrangement in the store instead. This arrangement was delivered from the Somers Point location in NJ.

@Robert TYou do realize that freshly cut fruit doesnt last long right? Dont rate poorly due to your lack of knowledge.On the other hand I have had no problems with this location. Very pleasant and friendly staff and quick deliveries. Highly recommend.

Awful experience. Mother’s Day arrangement arrived an hour after the store closed, dropped off my someone in a unmarked car with no uniform on and was hot and the chocolate was melted all over the plastic and part of the order was missing. Impossible to get a hold of the store manager.

I only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. My daughter ordered an arrangement for me to be delivered today, Mothers Day. It never came. We called about 3pm this afternoon and were told it was out for delivery. Then called again about 5pm and was told they do deliveries until 9pm and we were assured it would be here before 9. At 5 minutes before 9 we called again because the delivery was still a No show. This time we were told they made a mistake and my arrangement was still in the store. My husband offered to drive to the store and pick it up but The lady on the phone said the store was now closed. Then said she has a driver that will go to the store and get the arrangement and deliver it to me right then. I was told the delivery would arrive in 1/2 hour. Here we are 2 full hours later, its now after 11pm, I have given up on Edible Arrangements in Somers Point. The worst customer service ever! Ill be in the store for a full refund in the morning.

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 of the hello kitty baskets for my daughters birthday party. They only brought one, saying they thought it was a duplicate order. The thing is, I had called previously in the week to ask about delivery times and had confirmed it was 2.They were unwilling to bring another one to fulfill my order. Now waiting on a refund. This was my first time using edible arrangements, and due to this, it will likely be my last time.

Very unorganized and unreliable. Placed an order and paid for next-day delivery. No delivery was made. The following day I called the store and was told we received your order but dont know why it wasnt delivered. The lady on the phone assured me they would get on it right away and deliver same day. Later I was informed they cant deliver that day either but hope to do it the following day (3 days after I placed the order). Will never use this place again. #FAIL

Ordered the fruit topped cheesecakes for family for Easter. The delivery guy couldnt find the house and when it was finally delivered 1 of the cheesecakes were stuck to the top of the box.

Ordered early this morning from South Carolina. Large size blooming daisies for my mom. Arrived around 215pm today. Timely and she absolutely loved it!

Worst experience. The order processor took 35 minutes and kept making mistakes. I finally placed my mother day order and was told no guaranteed time but should be there around 12. At 400 no call or delivery but it was on the way. Never even asked my name by the way. I pressed for a time gave my name and was told 6 pm. my mother is 87 so this was getting late and we are not locals. THE arrangement finally cam but the strawberries were sour as was the whole experience. I placed the same order at cherry hill nj for my wife which was delivered at 1145 and was great so just stay away from this location

Its after 930 pm on Mothers Day and the arrangement my son ordered and paid for was never delivered and they are now closed.The worst part is they sent him an email around 2 pm today saying that it was successfully delivered.He had to call them after he asked me if I received it and I told him I had not and they then told him the email was sent in error but theyd be delivering it soon.That was over six hours ago.Their excuse was they are busy. Its terrible that theyd try to capitalize on a meaningful holiday like Mothers Day and completely ruin it for children after taking their money and making them promises they arent able to keep.Id give them zero stars if I could.UPDATE....They corrected the problem to my satisfaction and Im really glad they did because their products truly are amazing.I changed my one star to four stars.

Ordered for my wife and did not deliver the time was promised at a business at 5pm. Could not get anyone on the phone to complain. I usually do not like to be one of those people but they need to hire extra drivers for a holiday or at least offer something when late by 2 hours. And I ordered a ballon to go with the order and they forgot the balloon. Just don’t recommend ordering from them for a holiday. 2 nd time this has happened to me quite frustrating as there arrangements are not cheap on a holiday !

My boyfriend ordered me an edible arrangement for valentines day, and it showed up with none of the fruit chocolate covered like it was supposed to. There was also supposed to be a card/letter along with it and that was also not delivered. Expensive fruit bouquet that didnt even come how it was ordered.

I would not even give this location or experience 1 star if it didnt force me to. The man who took my call completely butchered my name so bad that the person I was sending the arrangement to didnt even know who it was from. She had to call the store to ask and they didnt know because he was so careless to even repeat the order to ensure accuracy. It was extremely embarrassing to have to call her and let her know it was from me. Would never order from here again!

This place is soo good I called in Valentine’s Day pass store hours and they answer me and help me with my question on to when is my delivery going to arrive very nice people and they assure me on everything ...... my husband was soo happy and surprise with his gift ...

We have had several bad experiences with this location. In the past we have received arrangements that only lasted a day before some of the fruit gets moldy which is totally unacceptable. They usually give a refund or give a new arrangement, but it seems to be an ongoing thing. This last time was what i consider and expensive bouquet or fruit ($100) for valentines day that lasted less than a day. My wife called up and spoke to the manager who gave us a refund, but was very rude to my wife. I dont suggest this location at all.

Horrible experience. My boyfriend spent $101 for a Valentines day arrangement. I work a standard 9-5 . he placed it online so he was unable to put an exact time. He called several times and was told each time there were in the area. At 430 he mixed up my building number and they said theyd bring it right over. I left at 510 and found out at 530 when he called me that he placed a order. At 6pm when i was already home my boss calls to tell me they delivered the arrangement. I told her to refuse it . The next day I call the store and spoke to the manager, she was so rude. She tells me i cant get a refund because it was our mistake for giving the wrong building number EVEN THOUGH THE BUILDING WAS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from the correct one . when i asked her why it took over an hour to go across the street she said the delivery driver left for other deliveries and came back . when i said the webaite clearly says all bussiness orders to be delivered by 5pm she denied . said shed put another arrangement in for me . when i said no i wanted a refund she refused . i dont understand how a store would deny a refund for something i never recieved. now i have to dispute it through my bank . horrible service. Will never go back.
