We found Wreckless by word of mouth from a friend of ours only after we had a previously poor experience from a well known Off Road Jeep shop in Southern Ohio.From our first experience with Lewis, we were impressed. It was a simple service and not a big ticket upgrade or repair but he was thorough, thoughtful, detailed and honest. He gave us time answering all our our questions and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule.That lead to more expensive upgrades - a re-gear (our choice). We are thrilled with the outcome and so thankful we had it done here. Lewis and his wife are outstanding people whom take care of the customers. The time, attention to detail, and thoroughness are second to none. Wreckless is hands down the place to go, not only in Kentucky, but in the region for all your Jeep accessories, repair and upgrade needs. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

This shop came recommended by many on Facebook in Jeep groups, and at first things seemed great. I purchased a bumper and a winch and everything was fantastic. (March-ish 2020) A couple of months later I spoke with a representative and ordered a set of fairly expensive fog lights to go with the bumper I got from them. I asked and verified that they would work together before I made the purchase. I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. Fog lights arrive (Baja designs amber) and they did not come with the correct brackets to mount to the bumper . I reached out to the rep from Wreckless and he said he would find me the correct brackets and get them shipped out to me. Ok, no problem. I get it, and am just happy I’ll have my new fog lights installed shortly. A month goes by, then two, then 6. I reach back out wondering what’s going on, and am given an apology and again am assured the brackets will be shipped to me. This was fall 2020. It is now August 2021 and my last messages to the company have been ignored and still no brackets. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer to try to get the correct brackets and will be going elsewhere for the fix and from now on. I waited a VERY long time to leave a review as I run a small business and understand things happen, and it’s bad to jump quickly to a negative review. I gave these guys way more than enough time to fix the issue, and even asked how I could be a better customer to get the help I need. (I was never rude or complained to them at all, and was OVERLY reasonable.)I recommend shopping elsewhere.

I was looking for Bestop soft doors online… no one had them for my JL. I called Wreckless and they did not have them either, but they said that their shop jeep did and sent me real world photos of them. A couple weeks later I received a text saying they had the doors in stock that I was looking for. I had just purchased the front doors from someone on Facebook and was looking for the rears. Ordered the doors on Friday from wreckless and had them on Monday of the next week. Great customer service with the callback after stock was received.

Great store! Huge selection of parts and accessories for Jeeps. They’ve got very competitive pricing, a knowledgeable staff, and I enjoy doing business here. Would recommend!
