Alton-Blakely Honda replaced the passenger side airbag the Honda had issued a recall for. They also hung the catalytic converter for my with a rubber hanger after someone cut the existing one to try and steal the catalytic converter.They did have to reschedule me from Thu 7 Oct to Mon 11 Oct but that was fine.

Zero stars!!! When you purchase a Car from Honda. Read all Fine Print. My starter was covered only under the 36,000 Mile Warranty. The starter went out around that time period. They would not do anything to fix it under warranty. Now my car has multiple problems. Im almost to 100,000 and they still wont make it right. I will never purchase anything from Honda again. Just make sure you understand they will not really do anything!! Go with a company that will. Nothing is made good anymore to last!

I had 3 recall notices on my Honda CRV. I called Alton Blakely Honda here in Somerset Kentucky and made my appt. When I arrived they were polite and ready for my car. As soon as they finished the work needed, which was much faster than I expected, they checked everything else out on my car and listed things that might need to be serviced. When I arrived to pick up my car the gentleman recognized me, greeted me with a smile and called me by name. Very impressive considering how many people come through their doors every day.
