I purchased the London Lane dresser, which was not at all worth the price. The customer service department is rude, unhelpful, and does not stand by the quality of their furniture. My daughters dresser is literally separating, the top is separating from the bottom section. The wood is crumbling apart leaving a large gap. The company offered to send me touch up paint which I could pay for, so basically I was offered nothing. I would never by another Oxford Baby product again, nor would I recommend them to friends or family.

I wish I could give 0 stars i have purchased RichmondBrushed Gray 7 Drawer Dresser and the matching crib all I can say is worst customer service and worst product ever placed on the market not practical at all I only had the set for 4 months and the dresser is completely peeling when I called customer service to complain about the peeling they automatically blamed me for not properly taking good care of the product and all they could say was we can send you paint in the mail that you can retouch the peeling parts I agreed as all I wanted was to fix my dresser when the paint arrived ( more like a big crayon) in the mail I take it to fix the dresser as I am doing it it starts to peel more of the paint rather than actually fixing the problem I took a video and sent it to them and all they can say this time was that the dresser was already compromised and that their paint that they sent was dried out and that they could not do anything about it except send another crayon I told them ur product u sold me is drfective and they dont beliece it horrible customer service horrible product will never be buying anything from their brand again and dont recommend spending your money with this garbage brand
