We used to go here all the time when it was bagel Peddlar we would call they’d know our order and even if there was any mistakes because they were really busy they’d rectify them with no issues. As fast bagel … ordered a bacon egg and cheese a month or so ago on an everything bagel they put it on a salt bagel… called they told me they can remake it for me wasn’t driving back out there so they said they’d leave my name for when I decided to get it again. Okay fine that works ; however the last TWO times we have gone there for curbside pickup we have to go INSIDE after waiting for the order for more than 5-10 mins and the bagels are just sitting there with all the other pickup orders . They used to be so good with bringing the food out we just left there 11 am on a Tuesday they were DEAD fiancé goes in to grab the order and they’re just like oh sorry here it is. This place has got to get back to how they were when they first switched over to fast bagel if not they’re going to lose a lot of business . Especially because the only reason we still were going there is because they used to be quick ; now they’re slower ; don’t bring the bagels out and the bagels aren’t that great :-/ . Very unfortunate

Have lived in this town my entire life 40+ years, used to go to Bagel Peddler when it opened as a child. The bagels are exactly the same under new name and made old fashioned. The menu has been cut that’s reason for 4 stars but can understand. What food place hasn’t cut the menu,. The people are great and don’t have to wait long, For this town one of the top in town especially their big style bagels and there is maybe one who can compete in this town but at the top of list.

One of the best bagel place I have ever been to. Not just the bagel sandwich the people here are just amazing, friendly and ever smiling completing the breakfast experience. My daughter and I will never have a bagel any other place. That is a lot coming from bagel lovers like us.

I work nearby so this is my new to go to spot for a quick fix. The bagels are amazing. I was so full from my breakfast, I was able to skip lunch. Worth the $ for sure!

This place was amazing. Super friendly staff, great bagels/breakfast sandwiches and (as the name would imply) very fast service. I got a bacon, egg & cheese, tots and a half dozen bagels (everything, sesame and cinnamon raison). Bagels were fresh, tots crispy, and sandwich was excellent. I overheard a Door-Dash driver give a string of unsolicited thank yous to the owner for running such an efficient shop while I was eating my bagel outside. Strongly recommend!

Great experience! The bagels here are huge and taste fresh. These guys know what they’re doing. They have all online orders ready on the side for pick-up so no waiting on the customers end. Food was delicious and they were friendly. Def going back!

Ok so I ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches ate mine and it felt waxy I look down open it up and theres literally a waxed parchment type paper stuck to the back of my bacon. It soon becomes evident that Ive eaten half of the paper because what I spit out I can see chewed up paper and the paper is bitten. Im disgusted reach out tor the restaurant they are dismissive and tell me they dont believe theres paper then they tell me they cant help me and to reach out to Grubhub. So I hope they see these pics and believe it now. Thankfully Grubhub refunded me. Never eating here again.

This is my second visit here and both have been nothing short of perfect. Friendly staff and efficient service. I usually get a turkey bacon and egg on a roll but this time I went with the wheat wrap and the way it’s layered is amazing. Definitely A go to stop when in the area.

First off I would like to thank this place for preserving the sanctity of The Bagel Peddler which was basically a Franklin institution. Incredibly friendly staff every time I’ve gone. I’ve gotten breakfast and lunch sandwiches from there and I have not been disappointed. On the contrary I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised! Good place just wish they’d stay open later.Edit: they took away their Reuben which was my favorite menu item so I’m taking away a star :(

This place was great at first. The food was fresh and delicious. But when you order online they have very limited options no more signature foods no cheesesteaks nothing worth wild. The food has become bland and uninspiring as if those cooking it rather not be. If they add back some of those items and start cooking it like they mean it I would try them out again.

Fast Bagel makes some of the best bagels and sandwiches around and their staff is all around awesome.

My go to spot now! Love their app & iced coffee, consistency can be off tho- they never toast my bagels and depends who makes my coffee if they decide to add sugar. Most days its great!

Advice: Dont make potential customers guess where to order or have to ask 8 people if they have ordered.Total turn off. Busy bagel shops use line markers so those entering know where to order and where to wait. Your current system had me out your door in a flash.

Review is soley on their bagel and nothing else. The bagel is just ok. Sorta along the lines of a bagel from Dunkin. If i want a chewie center and crisp skin this isnt the place.Now getting a porkroll egg and cheese with hash brown on a roll, that is a fabulous breakfast sandwich! A+

Excellent fast and easy service! A bit pricey for hot sandwiches of standard bodega quality but the lox bagel is generous and delicious.

This place was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. We called on a Saturday after they closed and were treated very nicely. We went back Sunday morning on our way home from upstate NY. The bagels were fresh and stuffed with insides. 👍👍

We order from here all of the time. My son does so almost daily before work. The six members of my family love them. Were so glad they are in town and close. They may have an off day now and then, and sometimes it takes a awhile, but weve had every kind of meat, egg, and cheese, bagel breakfast sandwich, the Belly Buster, the Jersey Girl Burrito (hot peppers not that hot to us), and great sandwiches. If it takes awhile, its because they can get really busy.

The turkey sandwich I got was very disappointing. The deli turkey was similar to the lunch meat you’d find in a school cafeteria. It was poor quality.

Def don’t understand the bad reviews here... good breakfast sandwiches, SUPER friendly staff. Seriously... who is this friendly in the morning...? It’s a breath of fresh air. Happy to have found this now regular spot...

Im pregnant and all I wanted was a good bagel with lox and cc for breakfast, my man excited to make our first mothers day special went out to get us our food... Epic fail!! They got my bagel completely wrong, he wanted turkey bacon well done, they gave him soggy canadian bacon, and there juices, expired!! Thanks for a great experience and a happy mothers day.

The menu is great, prices are good, staff is friendly. The only thing that keeps it from getting five stars is that 9 times out of 10 my order is not ready when they say it will be and they have messed up my orders enough for it to be noticeable.

I had the jersey girl burrito, they asked if I wanted hot peppers and I said no, they put them on anyway. It was the worst burrito I have ever had in my entire life and I have had gas station burritos! The eggs were over cooked and brown, but wet from the peppers. I suspect they use frozen peppers because it was a wet gross mess! The item description included hash browns, I got very little hash browns if any at all.

I really do not know why no one can make a simple egg, cheese and turkey bacon sandwich here... undercooked fried eggs every time I ordered and for the last order I had undercooked turkey bacon! Not to mention, I am always missing an ingredient that I request every time. I wish I could say something positive but I still vomit inside just thinking of my first bite from each time I ordered here. Oh, and the manager told me to request another order for delivery to remake then cancel to avoid charges. Then, could not delivery the sandwich only 5 mins up the street! I understand they do not deliver but why suggest something if that will cancel the delivery driver through the third party service they use for delivery!? Great job for him because they got paid twice for a sandwich I had to cook in my kitchen that ultimately went in the trash! He really conned me on that one.

The bagels are delicious, crisp on the outside and chewy inside, a real New York style bagel. My favorites are the whole wheat and French toast.I came to know Bagel Peddler during the pandemic and saw I could pre-order scheduled contactless delivery. They’ve always been on time and leave the delivery right at your door.Bagel Peddler has a great product and great service!

This place used to be really great but recently, theyve been messing up my orders big time. Last time I went, I ordered turkey sausage on my bagel and they gave me turkey bacon and I asked for salt, pepper and ketchup and they did not put that on there either. Another time, I ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel for a friend who cannot eat meat and they put bacon on it! I dont know what changed but Im not loving this place anymore, time to find a new bagel place.

Terrible!!! Ordered online a bagel toasted with cream cheese for curbside service. Waited 25 minutes outside, finally called and the response given was we are busy right now! Do not offer a service you can not provide!!! You lost a customer!!

The door dash and phone orders are more important than the people standing in line. Waited 10 mintues and the guy kept saying Ill be right there as he continued to process the call in orders. Horrible service. I will never patronize that business again

This is a popular place for a quick breakfast or lunch. There is limited seating, and most customers take their food with them. They make good breakfast sandwiches.

I came here a handful of times whenever I wanted to splurge on a hearty breakfast. Whacky wraps and the club sandwiches were my fav! I visited bagel peddler today and was taken aback by the shrunken bland menu options. I assumed there was new ownership. I tried to order a chicken club sandwich which they no longer offered. So I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich. The person taking my order said they’re would be lettuce tomato, cheese and sauces on the sandwich, seemed alright to me. Once I got my order it was anything but. They had gave me just barely grilled chicken with mayo, ketchup and cheese on untoasted bread.... is not and will never be worth $9. Unsatisfied customer.

Always get quick service and the bagels are delicious. Drinks are a little too expensive though.

Very friendly staff and bagels are fresh. They offer a variety of spreads. I ordered a sesame bagel with jalepeno cream cheese and request that it was lightly toasted. Came out perfect!! I noticed the other items they offered for lunch, so looking forward to coming back for another bite.

Perfect for what it is! A to-go sandwich shop with plenty of options. I got my usual at any bagel spot, a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted to-go. Didn’t get to eat it until an hour later and I was still very satisfied. Gentlemen who assisted, I’m guessing either an owner or manager, held the door for me on my way out since I was pushing my four month old around.I find the four star reviews a little funny, they claim great service and food, but “not the best bagels”. Unless you compete on top chef, I wouldn’t hold back a star because something wasn’t the “best I’ve ever had” lol.Like I said, great place for what it is. Get your morning/lunch munch on and get on with your day!Happy food hunting

I ordered food a half hour before I showed up to pick it up, and when I showed up to grab it I noticed that it was sitting on top of the counter waiting for me. About four or five different customers walked in and they serve them before serving me while visibly noticing that Im standing there waiting to pick up my food looking me in the eyes and not saying a word. After they cleared out the whole store mind you it was like five or six different customers that came in ordered food, they made it for them, and then left, and I was the only one left in the store is when he asked me what was I there for. So I was literally in the store for like 15 to 20 minutes waiting to be served... See recent pic to see the 2 guys who ignored me so much I was able to take this pic of them.

Bagel peddler was a small brunch place that had big plates of food but we bought drinks and they were seven dollars which is a whole case at a supermarket either way the food was very delicious!.🙂

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I order from this place all the time. So today I called in my order as always Turkey sausage egg and cheese they told me it would be ready in a few minutes. I waited 20 mins outside in my car because the traffic inside the place. I walked in to pick up my order the guy tells me after asking and looking around that they dont have my order. Then proceeds to try and take my order AGAIN! WHICH MEANS I WOULDVE WAITED AGAIN!!!! BAD SERVICE AND YOU LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!

Just want to put it out there the constant poor customer service at the Bagel Peddler on Easton. Orders are always incorrect, their attitude it negative and are so rude while taking your order. I have called them to let them know that we will never order from there again and that I will make sure others know of their business and how poor it is... so here it is...

Came to this place around 6:45 on a weekday morning to pick up a couple dozen bagels and some tubs of cream cheese for the office. I normally go out of my way to go to Kettlemans but decided to try this place out as astoundingly (and frankly hilariously) it has a slightly better rating, and is on my normal commute route.First of all, at 6:45 am, there is no good reason why I should have received day-old stale bagels. Every. Single. Bagel. Was rock hard and dry. AT 6:45 AM. Either these guys are lazy, scummy, or they just have terrible bagels.As if that wasnt enough, one of the 4 little tubs of cream cheese I bought had mold. Yup, MOLD. No words.I spent close to $50 and was basically offended.Skip this place and pop over to Kettlemans.Comparatively speaking, its worth the wait. Much better bagels, better spreads, and better service all around.

The bagels are good but they dont understand that you ask for a toasted bagel for it to become crispy toasted does not mean warm. Toasted bagels are so that it has a crunch not warmth- they need to understand that this is what customers mean.

Remodeled to make it more modern, added modern credit card terminals w Apple/Samsung Pay, have points and rewards, curb side pickup, etc.MOST importantly though, friendly staff who takes the time to recognize repeat customers and say hi and thanks for coming back and all of that. Was talking w owner and he knows hes competing w Dunkin and wants to drive an excellent customer experience. Bravo my man, bravo. You have a formula and foundation for winning, just keep going.
