Your sign says you’ll be open at 10 am. No one is there and looks like you’ve missed out on about 3 other customers. I tried to call and no answer. Not good for business.

Tyler (I don’t know his last name) at the Somerset location is absolutely amazing!!! I usually dread having to exchange shoes because of the awkwardness or the frustration from employees but he was sweet as can be and in the middle of a national pandemic had the most optimistic work ethic I’ve seen! Made the whole experience great and stress free and during the curbside pick up he came to the vehicle instead of making me get out in the rain. Overall has made my shopping experience here amazing and I have recommended curbside pickup to everyone from here due to the patience and great customer service shown by Tyler!!! I hope he sees this and knows he is doing something right! :)

Horrible customer service. Went in just now to purchase new shoes for my husband and myself. Both clerks were standing together talking. Neither one welcomed us into store nor offered assistance. We walked out and was not thanked for stopping nor encouraged to visit again. will not go back ever.

Great prices and selection! I recently bought four pairs of shoes here for my children. After all the deals and discounts, I basically got two pairs of shoes for free! The regular prices went over $100, then there was the buy one, get one half off and lastly I received a military discount. Ill be going there again! Praise God!

Great shoes and great deals when you purchase more than 1 pair of shoes. I was only buying one pair, so they were a bit overpriced.

I like the variety and that they have a good selection if wide width womens shoe, not just clunky styles. I would give it a 5 except it has difficult to pull out and put back the boxes because if the way they are shelved.
