The workers here are extremely nice!! They have dresses for all budgets and sizes. Even the dresses on the “cheaper” side of the store are gorgeous. I was able to get my sweet 16 dress for almost half it’s original price!! We drove an hour and a half and it was totally worth it. Definitely recommend going here.

Purchased my daughters dress for her quince in 2020.. At the time they had a promo for a free petticoat and crown as long as I made a deposit. Unfortunately covid happened and wasn’t able to use her dress for her 15 or 16. Finally picked up but since it’s been so long I didn’t qualify for the promo anymore. Now I don’t understand that when the reason they made a sale ans I bought the dress at the time was for the promo!! I guess covid isn’t a good excuse to why I couldn’t pick up the dress when I was suppose to and all they wanted was my money. Thx for nothing ! Everyone make sure you pick up your dress when you are told if not you won’t get the promo…. Never again !!

Phenomenal experience. My friend recommended me the place because he too got his daughter a dress here. Staff was super helpful and they were willing to negotiate with me on certain items I purchased aside from my daughter’s dress. The owner made the time to come over introduce himself and asked us how our experience was. He also recommended me a photographer for my daughters event.

They have been very professional so far. They call me about my daughters dress, I make an appointment for fittings. If any issues they fix. The seamstress is very nice and professional. They hardly speak English but theres always a translator to help with the language barrier. The manager speaks english. I also like how you can text him if you have any issues or need help with your order. My daughters sweet 16 is 6 months away and cant wait to see how her dress will fit her perfectly.

I had high hopes. Till I realized....These dresses are FAKE/KNOCK OFF...I asked the staff if she had this and stop she said no we have this dress but in whitedidnt realize till I got home and try to figure out which one I should really buy..Then something caught my eye... It is not the same dress/Quality....and they only have large sizes to try on only, so they make you alter them to your size.Shame on them...Staff was kind... They tried to give help and they gave up to easily.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty, especially Mariluz. My dress arrives just a couple of days after I ordered it and my daughter was even featured in a quince website because the dress was awesome. Thank you guys, keep making quince dreams a reality!

For shame !! Over $ 800 on this dress (with hoop) and a wrinkled mess... Employee told me to just hang and wrinkles will come out. NOT TRUE !! Must be steamed and as the tulling is so delicate, chose to have it professionally done.. Even the material under the tulling is outrageously wrinkled. Another $50 to cleaners. Dresses are not wear ready !! So, buyer beware, better off purchasing from a Wedding Salon, as they always do this for you. I had no choice but to move forward with my purchase and never thought to even ask about this issue, because never thought any place would have the nerve to charge so much money on a dress that is NOT wear ready. Have purchased many dresses in specialty shops, and this is the first time this has happened. This place does not care and even lied to me !! BUYER BEWARE !! GO ELSEWHERE !! We absolutely loved it here!!! We even found the dresss of our dreams for my sisters birthday.The people that work her are also really nice and make sure that ur comfortable not only in what you are wearing but also in general I definitely had a 10/10 experience here!!! Theyre also bilingual Im case you were worried about that:) but I definitely recommend coming here !!

I recommend for you to ask for the worker Cici, shes a great worker there, she helps you find the ideal dress and gives you suggestions based on your theme regarding your party. I’m a little late with posting my review. I searched all over for my daughters sweet 16 dress. I found a dress in PA but did not like the customer service in the store. So, I googled the dress to find in my area. My cousin so happened to live near the boutique. She went to the boutique, she called to tell me how helpful Liz was. She scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I to come down.Let me tell you. We had eight weeks to the Sweet 16, not to mention, we needed alterations as my daughter is very tiny. This was a one stop shop for me. From Liz to the seamstress OMG they were the best. We recieved the best service ever. The dress was drop dead gorgeous...My daughter is now known as the Ice Princess.... If you want a beautiful dress with the best service you have found the place. Oh by the way her theme was Winter Wonderland.

Very nice location. A lot to choose from. My bridesmaid found the perfect dress. Alterations are included for an extra 20$. Dress is arriving very quickly compared to the other places my bridesmaids are getting there dresses from. Probably will come back here for a party dress for my wedding reception.

I bought my daughters quinceañera dress here. It was beautiful. The only problem is they dont iron or steam dress. I had to take it somewhere else to take away the wrinkles.

Nice quality dresses, from searching to almost 10 dress shops until driving about 1hr 36 minutes to FINALLY had found my God daughters dress. Mind you very picky, decided to what style, design, color she wanted thank you Cici! You’ve helped her keep the look exactly what she was describing. I know it was a tough one, because I’ve manage to understand as well. The alterations wasn’t something I was a big fan due to overpriced but if that’s how she sees the dress hopefully it’ll work out all well! And does not regret it. Thank you.

It was a good place overall the service was really high quality, I thought it was a Louis Vouitton store at first. Thats how superior the store really is, however they didnt allow for pictures but I took a picture with the mannequin anyway. So it was a fun store experience.

This business practically stole 50 dollars from me for a deposit that I put for my daughters Quinceañeras dress because of my work schedule I was unable to go and finish putting down my deposit. Rude and not very Professional!!!

We decided to surprise my daughter a Sweet 16-turned-Quince this year because the previous year, I had a risky pregnancy and were not able to plan a Quinceanera. We found Elegant Boutique and love the selection of dresses they offered (Marys Bridal, Morilee, House of Wu). We traveled, at times over two hours because we wanted to find the best Quinceanera dress. Strapped with time, Elegant Boutique was able to find and get us the absolutely most gorgeous Viscaya dress the my daughter fell in love with! Usually, you have to search for the dress 6-8 months ahead. We were so disappointed because we werent sure if we could get the one dress she wanted. Cris @ElegantBoutique was able to locate our dress and had it shipped for pick-up in less than 6 weeks (the week before our event!!). The shop also sell accessories and traditional Quince items on site, which is most convenient as there were different design style to choose from. Cris is also a professional photographer (and willing to travel to an event) and gave us a complimentary 20x30 photo, which we used as a guest sign in! We are so satisfied and happy with the level of service that Elegant Boutique had provided and we are truly grateful to Cris for making our daughters special day absolutely magical!! My 12 years old daughter is already planning for when her turn will come and we know which shop we will go to again!! She even took home complimentary magazines from the boutique and started telling her friends where to find their dresses! Take it from a happy-last-minute-dress-shopper, you would want to get your dress at Elegant Boutique!!👍😄😘❤️❤️❤️

The dress I bought was very dirty underneath, with a black stain of dirt, to which the receptionist replied that it was just dust but the stain was black, disgusting. It seemed that someone had used it 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 they deducted $ 20 from me plus the alteration they took another 60 from me. Disappointed in this place. First time I visited the store. And with that dirty wardrobe.
