Katelyn was friendly, professional and offered good suggestions to help me make the right choice for my carpet. The removal of the carpet and its installation was done quickly and efficiently by her staff. I didnt like the way the very old carpet ran up under my base board so the installers made a slight adjustment which made me a very happy customer. CarpetsPlus and Colortile is a great place to do business.

Katelynn is fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect floor for our kitchen and dining room! It was not what we expected and when we took the sample home, it was like “Yes! This is it!” It took us four years to pick out this floor and it was worth the wait! My boyfriend and I recently renovated our new home and went through Katelyn for both our hardwood flooring & kitchen cabinets. She was such a pleasure and so easy to work with. She always responded to us in a timely manner no matter the day or time. She was helpful with suggestions but not pushy. We went to a few different places in the area and not only were their prices the best but Katelyn’s customer service won us over. A couple of months after delivery when we installed our cabinets we noticed a couple of pieces were damaged and we were missing a few things. She ordered what we needed and it was delivered within days! I would highly recommend Katelyn and CarpetsPlus Colortile to any friends or family!

I absolutely love my my kitchen cabinets and granite counters expertly installed by my husband. The glass tile backsplash came out amazing. I have no design sense so I am so glad Andre could pick out the best coordinating wood cabinets, granite counter, floor tile and backsplash colors to put together a cohesive look for my dream kitchen (if only it was a little bigger).

We tried to do the right thing by hiring a local company to install carpet in 3 rooms of our home last year. Hiring this company was a huge mistake. They damaged several walls and pieces of woodwork while bringing the carpet in the house and installing it. When questioned about the damage, the owner became extremely rude. And now a year later, we have bubbles popping up in every room...more and more every day. If you are considering this company, save yourself some money and a lot of aggravation and take your business elsewhere.Also, don’t be fooled by their rating on here as we were. If you read the reviews, it’s the same few people giving them a good review over and over.

Katelynn is so patient, knowledgeable, and efficient! She helped me through the process of selecting cabinetry that would work for my kitchen. She made suggestions and offered feedback for my design ideas. She was incredibly patient and easy to work with even though I was pretty clueless about the whole process of redesigning my kitchen! I talked to other highly-rated kitchen designers prior to working with Katelynn at Colortile and I found them to be judgmental and dismissive and it was the opposite experience here! She even helped me with questions and concerns I had a year after ordering. I’m so happy I chose Colortile and would absolutely recommend them!
