Do not buy. Purchased this brand new sombrero for $400 and to spend that much on a sombrero only to find out that it was used. Not only did the lady yell and curse my uncle out when he confronted her but had the audacity to say we didnt purchase this here. Terrible customer service. Might as well go to Passaic and purchase the same quality for cheap.

The lady whom might be the owner was disrespectful, she said that teens don’t dress like the country they come from and that in this country we dress differently and be on our phones. I was waiting for the fitting rooms and checking my phone and she called me out saying saying to other clients “see what I’m talking about “ “ they are idiots”.
