I stopped in for some Cat5e and was very impressed by the service and selection at this place. They had what I was looking for and also carried all the stuff I was headed to Lowes to buy as well. I shopped at Del ars ever since they first moved into Somerset which lasted to 2021. During those years I’ve spent many thousands of dollars with them. I loved these guys, both their hospitality and service and trusted them so much that I never even checked my receipts That was a bad mistake on my part. Just recently a clerk made a simple mistake on my order that made a lier out of him and proved the managers true colors by refusing to make it right with me in any way. My only consolation is, it was only a 169 dollar mistake. Of course. I will never be back in their store again, but what hurt me the most was I loved to shop there and I thought they were all good people, as a clerk and the manager proved me wrong. My advice is don’t trust them to the point that I did and be sure to double check all your receipts.

Great selection of everything you could ever need. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help get what you need. Don’t ever buy hardware anywhere else you cannot beat their prices and selection of every screw, nut, bolt, pin, etc. highly recommend.

Dal-RS is the best. They are cheaper on stuff than a dealer if they got what you need

Its a large toy store!They had the uncommon electrical part I wanted. I didnt have to mail order it. I will shop there again, soon.

I can only give it 3 stars for now because I have only been to it once. If your buying lawnmower or tiller belts it would get a 5 star for the price alone. However, I needed a metal 12 drill bit...the cost was around 35 bucks and I thought that a little high when I found one in Lowes for 10 bucks. The floor and displays were very neat and clean in appearance. Some of the staff was very friendly and others not so much and that is the way most places are these days. Looking forward to going back again and hopefully give it a higher rating in the future.

I do not think there has ever been a time I have visited this store that I didnt leave with what I came looking for.If I had the money, I would own two (2) of everything they sell.

Needed a 200 amp breaker for my home. They took the time for me to send them an email with pictures. Checked to see if they had it in stock. All while I was on hold. Told me that they did have one that would work. Waited for 30 mins past closing for me to get there. Awesome customer service!!! It worked, heat is back on!! Thanks you guys so much.

Im a woman and Im very accustomed to going in places like this and being shunned or they act like Im stupid, BUT NOT HERE! They were so nice and helpful, one of them even took me to another warehouse to find what I was looking for. You cant get service like that at a box store. I recommend buying what you need here & they are very knowledgeable about their products and the price was great. #buylocal

Ray and the folks are the best people to want to help you with your project. They take great care of me anytime I am there. The industrial counter has all the odd items that you need.
