Made it very obvious today they could care LESS about their workers well being. As one worker overheated and 4 including the foreman never checked on the overheated one as they stood cooling off under the tent and charting. That subject finished his project given to him and then went to the office later to cool down and then gets notified after the day has ended and everyone left that job has released him and not even by the company or the so called foreman. The recruiter had to message me.

Jeremy the foreman went into my personal bucket and took my grinder out and said it was CCI’s. No backbone and can’t run a ironworking job to save his life.
