Absolutely the best folks! Very professional as well as very caring. I’ve always been treated well and taken care of here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have always addressed each of my concerns about my feet. 5 Stars!

Has to visit after an ankle sprain and a few other issues from a CrossFit accident. All of my interactions with the staff, via phone or in person, were exceptional. I left the appointment with a clear understanding of my care plan and what I needed to do. I had to call with a few questions after my appointment and always left every call feeling like I had everything addressed by competent and caring professionals.

Have been receiving care at Dr. Moores Cumberland Foot and Ankle Centers for many years and always been treated with professional care. Most recently treatment: injections, MRI and therapy. The doctors and staff are always courteous. ( I did have to wait outside a long time on the last visit and it was hot and gas prices are high.) However, With Covid guidelines released that should improve.

I got confused about my care so asked questions, when straightened out was told my brace would be in a month, one month later called to ask what was happening was transferred to shoe store, was told brace on the truck and they would call me. Two weeks later I called, told they would call, left message two weeks later still no call back? I guess asking and clarification of care is a no no, very frustrating

I have been going here for about 3 months. The ppl are nice but do unprofessional bc for the last month Ive had to wait in my car for over 45 mins and I get tired of waiting bc I have kids to get out of school and off the bus that I have to leave before they call me in. Even called and told them Ill have to leave by a certain time but they make your appointment and I guess dont care that you have a life and dont want to sit in a car for hour. I think it is so rude. Why cant they be ready for you when they make your appointment.? I was seeing Dr Jenson. So the other Dr. might be better with time

The only thing these people are specialists about is sending out your monthly bills. First appointment they diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. Went to these doctors six different times for a variety of different treatments. Also did physical therapy twice a week for four months. The doctors gave me six steroid shots every visit, to no avail. Was finally told to see Dr. Miller for surgery consult. He tells me that I dont have plantar fasciitis and just need more steroid injections. I told him the injections werent doing any good. So he writes me a prescription for steroid patches. Turns out my insurance wont pay for these and would be $250 without prior authorization. Well, after my third phone call to Dr. Millers voice mail which did no good, I finally talked with a woman who answered the office phone. She proceeded to tell me that insurance doesnt EVER cover those steroid patches. When I asked her why Dr. Miller didnt inform me of this, she explains that he probably didnt know that they werent covered by insurance. I asked her how she would know and yet my doctor didnt know this fact. She really didnt have an answer. I have since gone to Western Kentucky Orthopedic specialist. First thing they did was give me an MRI ( dont know why Cumberland Foot never thought of this) within 10 days I have had achilles tendon debridement surgery. I wish that I had gone to these specialists from the start. I am still paying Cumberland foot every month, and they did me NO good. My opinion would be to go anywhere except these so called doctors at Cumberland foot. of Somerset.

The receptionists was extremely rude. I was actually told we dont just do finger nails back there when asking about how long I may have to wait. I am swollen so bad that I do not fit in their seats in the lobby. She continually cut me off when trying to explain why I was asking. If their was anywhere else I could get the una boots applied to my legs, I would have left then. I dread having to go back
