I had a really bad experience, I went in two days ago and asked for help from the staff in finding someProducts. I expressed I’d get whatever she told me, i really needed help!(if she knew about the products - she said she did) so I bought the items she said I’d need I asked again if i would need anything else and described in detail what I was doing. Upon returning home I had maybe a third of the amount needed (and the outcome was not what was desired but I blame myself for that) upon returning the same woman was there and said “oh yeah I should’ve told you you’d need more” and I express my unhappiness with the color and she says I should’ve used a color remover first and it was probably too late now (SHE DID NOT MENTION THIS MY FIRST VISIT AND I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES IF I SHOULD DO ANYTHING ELSE OR NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE) and convinced me to buy a few of them now. And multiple other products to fix the error. I’m just disappointed in the service I came in asking for help and was clear and making sure the person I was asking knew the topics, either she just did a poor service or she did not really know the products as she originally claimed. I wish she had just said she wasn’t sure! I wasted a lot of time and money never mind damage to my hair due to having to redo the process again!

Great selection and excellent friendly staff. The staff is also very knowledgeable. Not only do they know about the products but they use the products. Lots of sale items for clippers and other hair, skin, and nail products. I would definitely go to this Sallys again. Bonus ...very clean inside.

Everytime I go to Sally beauty I am always helped. I had the pleasure of meeting Addie today and she was very friendly and helpful. I love visiting this store. They have a wide variety of products.

I would have given more than 3 stars but I DESPISE being talked down to by people who are supposed to be practicing great customer service. I might look like Im stupid, but heres a surprise for you, Im actually pretty smart for a poor, old broad. Its sad when customer (non) service brings down the ratings for a business.

I feel really bad leaving a bad review of this store, because I used to work at this exact location, but I think its important. A couple weekends ago my friend and I went into the store to browse for a couple things. When we entered the store, the only acknowlegement we got from the guy working there was a non-chalant hello. After that he went right back to unloading boxes. As a previous emplyee, I know he should ask everyone that comes in if they need help finding anything or if they have questions he can answer. We went down to look at color and he completely ignored us. I know I look like I know what Im doing (my hair was bright yellow), but its still not proper customer service. I thought it couldnt get worse, but then he went out back, into the employee room for a few minutes without coming out to check on us. If he does that with a lot of customers, it would be easy for them to steal. It was terrible customer service. I know that if I still worked there, I would not want my coworker to give our store a bad reputation like that.

Staff is very sweet and helpful.

If they dont have the color youre looking for, theyll order it or tell you when its coming in.
