Quite number of options which sometimes makes the decision hard. Dont worry, the staff is ready to guide you through and help you find the right option for you. Warranty service is great too. I was unfortunate and had to exchange mattress 2 times and every time no problem and everything was done to my satisfaction.

He took us through the process of looking at and explaining different mattresses and bases, and then worked with us to stay within our budget. We bought a higher quality bed/adjustable base than we initially picked online and felt like it was a very transparent process with his help.

This was my first time buying a new bed, I spoke with John from the Somersworth location throughout the day while at work,I met him later in the day and he was incredibly nice,laid back and very helpful. I was able to ask any and all questions I had while trying out different mattresses. I made a great decision and I had a coupon for $100 off he threw in 2 memory foam pillows free of charge as well because I tried one out and told him my neck and back always hurt due to an accident I was in years ago making it extremely difficult to sleep. I received a great deal the mattress was $1110 marked down to $899 with the foundation included and 2 memory foam pillows free that are normally $30 each. I made out like a bandit. Even during these strict Covid-19 regulations Donald took the time to properly show me, and tell me everything I needed to know, whilst answer my near million questions. They have a great selection, great options, very informed, quick shipping and I will absolutely shop there again.

It was impossible to get a live person to take my order. Once I finally did, I was informed it would take 3-4 WEEKS for delivery! I was told that due to Covid they were only allowing one delivery per day so everything was backed up. I waited patiently, sleeping on my floor for 3 weeks.Mattresses arrive. Delivery men toss them upstairs and leave. Still wrapped in plastic. Not even placed on beds, just sloppily thrown in the hallway. When I open the mattresses up, one has a big mold spot. Try to contact customer service, can’t get anyone on the phone. Write an email, get a callback the following afternoon. Agent on the phone doesn’t sound the least bit surprised by our complaint, stating that delivery drivers are doing so many deliveries per day that customer service has been slacking. (Wait, I thought the reason I had to wait so long for my mattresses in the first place was because only one delivery is allowed per day. Hmmm....) Anyway, they will replace the damaged mattress.... IN ANOTHER WEEK! I find this completely unacceptable and will never be doing business with them again.

We went to look at mattresses and were prepared to spend a significant amount of money to get a high quality mattress. We went because of the sale where you can get a king for a price of a queen as well as the adjustable base. Picked out the mattress, and were ready to finalize the sale when we were told that there were no bases left, but for $350 more we could get an upgraded one, otherwise they would discount the mattress for $100. I felt like it was a scam. We left and purchased elsewhere.

The sales rep Adam who sold me my Beautyrest mattress was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the products in the store. Also very patient with me being as indecisive and impartial as I was. Its difficult to discern what you want in a mattress when youre laying on a bunch of brand new ones. They all felt comfortable and I knew I wouldnt be 100 percent sure how I liked them until I had a few nights sleep on one. I could tell hes dealt with a lot of customers like me because he knew exactly what questions to ask to help best determine which one I should get. He was attentive, yet not overbearing as he still gave me the time and space I needed to test the mattresses on my own. After a couple weeks sleep on it, I can attest the mattress is satisfactory and Ive been sleeping a lot better . The service here was good. Dude earned his commission.Id also like to comment on the delivery guys. Super quick, in and out of my house in about 5 minutes and took all the packaging with them without me having to ask. Very polite and efficient.

My girlfriend and I needed a quick-fix queen mattress as we are planning on buying a king set in the fall. Adam listened to our needs and expertly explained styles and options while not trying to push us into something we didnt need or want right now. He will absolutely get our return business when we move into our house. He was funny, personable, and very knowledgeable. Efficient and attentive is all we ask for but he went above and beyond with finding the right product for us (offsite) and getting it to us. Other members of the store (and in Portsmouth) were also very helpful during delivery; unfortunately I dont recall their names but it shows the company has something great in more than one location. Thanks Adam, we wish salespeople in all industries were such a good time to deal with!

Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of mattress. The only downside is that the sales people are pretty cut and dry when it comes to the actual purchase. Feels like an auto dealership. I get the nature of the business but at least a goodbye or an actual eye contact would have been more pleasant when we decided to think overnight even though we didnt end up making a purchase.

Worse service I have ever experienced. Had to cancel my order because it never got to the store after three weeks. They did not even call to inform me if it was there or not. I even left work early to personally see what was up and I got a sorry but next Monday. I sent an email to voice my compliant and also called head quarters still no call to explain what happened.

Recently visited to look at mattresses. The sales staff wasnt overly aggressive, willing to compromise on pricing, but tried to upsell on everything.

Am I invisible? Walked into the somersworth store determined to buy three mattresses for my new home. Neither did anyone receive me (except the door bell that rang when i entered) nor anyone bothered to tell me that they will get back to me in few minutes if they were busy (which one of the guy was not for sure)I walked around inside the store for may be 10 minutes with so many questions in mind yet no one responded. Fed up i just walked out. Been to busier stores where employees atleast greet you. Such a shame. Hope the management react to this and rectify this soon.
